    @Mikeyhcm @virginmedia Not only that but our router popped back up for 10 mins yesterday and must have had a firmware update pushed down to it, because my old iPhone refuses to connect to wireless now (despite having iOS14) and other iPhones in house being OK. No telling truth.

    @virginmedia 4pm today. That’s a 36 hour outage, that has been extended from the original 12 hour estimate - so something has clearly gone horribly wrong. And your service pages me a 404 error when I try and register for loss of service.

    @virginmedia Yea I do that and it says to reboot my Hub 3. Which I do and then get 15mb for 2 mins and then back to 4mb. Can you please DM me with a link to online tech support because I've already wasted 3 hours this week trying to get through on the phone.

    @virginmedia Day 2 of no WiFi whilst trying to work from home. Day 2 of sitting on hold for hours with no one picking up. Have also texted the number and responses either abruptly stop or we are told we’re being transferred. Is there a nation-wide outage or something?

    Hey @virginmedia you’ve been messing with our broadband in #RM11 for long enough. Get a grip, #revert the failed change and give us back our service. Why do this mid week when people are #WorkingFromHome ? Do it at a weekend.

    @virginmedia No it’s a home account, I meant engineer called his back office to ask for urgent cable book for my address and that urgent never happened as this is the 3rd day now all to gather 20th day

    @virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

    @Swell09 @virginmedia Mate of mine was supposed to have their new TV and broadband fitted last Tuesday... supposed to be every day since according to the call centre and today decided to say it was 6th Feb! They are absolutely awful, probably the worst customer service out there!
