@virginmedia I’m not interested. I am interested in having Virgin Broadband that doesn’t fail every day. You’ve designed your website so that it’s impossible to report a fault and there’s no-one answering the ‘phone. Pathetic. Is there a fault in E17?

  • Stephen37663218 Stephen Curtis (@Stephen37663218) reported

@virginmedia Convenient that as soon as the chat works you disappear and it’s another 24 hours before I’m contacted. I’m afraid my horrible experience with you leaves me not believing a word you say. All you’ve done is wind me up and exasperate the situation. I’d be ashamed

  • dr_insanity Dr Insanity (@dr_insanity) reported

@virginmedia Have spoken to tech support (took a while to find their phone number) and they insist that because the internet is working it's not their fault, so I should pay for "gadget rescue". The setting existed before the auto-update so I fail to see why I should be culpable for the costs

  • NicoleFleming24 Nicole Fleming (@NicoleFleming24) reported

@virginmedia I hope you’re able to do something about mine and my fiancé’s loss of earnings today due to your services being down, AGAIN, preventing us from doing our jobs? @JamesDarlo

@virginmedia I am writing to complain about Virgin Media. My dad is moving house and because you cannot service his new address, you are charging him £244.58 which is an early disconnection fee. My mum died of Covid and he could not afford it by himself. Shocked and upset

  • AdamJimenezUK Adam Jimenez (@AdamJimenezUK) reported

.@virginmedia my internet is down, I called up and received an automated message saying that services are being upgraded in my area and that it will be back at 4pm. No prior warning whatsoever, how am I supposed to work with this?

  • Amy_1989 Amy 💙 (@Amy_1989) reported

@virginmedia is your mobile network working ad my mums phone currently isn't working wont turn on nothing but letting letting ring a phone that isn't on

  • terryofcrete Terry Cahill (@terryofcrete) reported

For as many years as I have VirginMedia broadband I have always had a signal in my garden. None now, so I complained . They told me 25/30 ft. is the range … a guy explained all the tech stuff .. wow ! I asked the simply question .. why did it work before but not now .Hard one

  • dr_insanity Dr Insanity (@dr_insanity) reported

@virginmedia Yeah, tried that too. Most posts are pre-firmware update and refer to the "allow VPN passthrough" checkbox. If that was still there I wouldn't be having this issue!
