    @virginmedia We just have a Fibre m50 broadband package, no TV. We’ve rebooted several times and this does nothing. Nothing unusual with modem lights, just a very slow connection, 4mbps. Only one device maximum works on the WiFi at a time which isn’t right.

    If you want to buy from @virginmedia you can instantly talk to someone, contact them to leave and you go through multiple people to leave. Do they not realise the way you treat people on the way out dictates if you ever return. What a waste of my time.

    @virginmedia I’ve logged in and run the test several times in the past couple of weeks. Always no known issues. WiFi drops for hours on end literally everyday, it’s infuriating. My phone/laptop can’t even find the router name and I’m sat right next to it

    Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

    @MarkCarruthers_ @virginmedia Had virgin a fair few times over the years at different homes but I will never go back to them again. They have by far the most broadband outages I've ever had and the most in contract price hikes to match. A truly awful company.

    @virginmedia Hi The WiFi is intermittent. I ran tests last night and there was a known issue in my area, this morning it says the service in my area is working and my hub is working fine. I'm trying to check the devices but that option on the Service Status page has a "technical issue"
