@virginmedia No, I literally just got off the phone with your so called customer service and they told me that the technician had changed the appointment to the 27th March because of construction (which makes no sense as there is something being done that would get in the way of the work)

@virginmedia Thanks. Doesn't explain why I went through 3 people on the phone who literally refused to cancel my account. Apparently if I don't give a reason they cannot cancel. So I gave a reason.. still refused. Finally resolved this morning
