@virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

@virginmedia Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2

@virginmedia Yes, they are known issues; but they haven’t been fixed in over a month! Every day the message keeps changing. Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.

@virginmedia My mobile has been disconnected from service for over a week now. I am unable to recieve calls/messages or send them outbound. I cant even call customer support as it just cuts off almost immediately. Also my 4G is not working either. My bill is fully paid.

@virginmedia I just wanted to cancel. Instead I got am engineer come out to fix the problem until about 3 hrs after he left then not working again. So I will be calling to cancel, as apparently this appears to be about the only thing you can't do without speaking with a human ..

@virginmedia so disappointed a customer for years and never missed a payment and I now have a bad credit rating because you charged me and sent debtors over 1 late payment but you didn’t contact me you contacted the wrong person! Never use Virgin they have no customer loyalty!
