  To @virginmedia- Many thanks to your Technician who came out today following the outage in my area. Although I was back online by this time he checked over all the equipment and settings, and also discovered that the router needed changing-which he did - very polite and efficient man.   Absolutely no ***** given @virginmedia India and Malaysia are your only options as a customer. Poor people having to deal with vm ****** policies. FYI if you make more than one complaint about the same issue, they close the previous ones as resolved. They simply disappear.
