I have take day off from my work. No communication from Virgin media . I have to call and listen all the songs and wasted my 1 hour nothing sorted.

When I am on my home network (Virgin), Netflix video will not stream — watching Amazon Prime right now, which is working fine. YouTube also works, so it only seems to apply to Netflix. (And Netflix works fine when I switch to 4G / Vodafone.)
