I pay a premium as opposed to going with a cheaper provider to avoid precisely this scenario. It’s far from a satisfactory service.

Anyway I’ve now been without broadband and landline since 8.30am, back from unplanned trip to office for their wifi to find that service is not going to be fixed until 9am tomorrow! This is the second time in a month I’ve been without service all Friday. 😫
