@virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

@CommodoreLad @virginmedia I have tried all sorts of telecoms in the UK and so far the best support I have received is from Vodafone. That said, they installed the fibre (CityFibre) on a Wednesday, and on a Friday it didn't work anymore. Spent over an hour on the chat, eventually got solved overnight 🤷
