    @virginmedia But your SMS team either a) never respond or b) refuse to help me specifically because they say there are outstanding issues. So, through a combination of a) and b), you never look at my issue. Because there's either always a wider issue, OR you ignore me. Utterly unhelpful.

    @virginmedia It’s back now but was out for about 36 hours in this area. Service kept dropping (I know, I checked the router logs). Hope you keep it running!

    @lornajane2 @virginmedia Yeah, clearly something wrong specifically with my Virgin kit, or something hyperlocal (cabinet/wiring)... But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

    @virginmedia We have ongoing service fault making our viewing impossible. It cannot be rectified as engineers cannot work. Yet you still increase our bill by over £25!! Tried to phone but end up being cut off, no online chat working. Very frustrated.Please advise what can we do.

    @virginmedia Also, yesterday you told us that there had been service issues in our postcode since beginning of April. You forgot to mention this when selling a contract to us with allegedly faster speeds, which apparently can't exist.

    @virginmedia can confirm that there is an ongoing works in your area to improve the connection. This has started yesterday night, but we don't have an estimate time for the fix. I also have checked that there is no nearby tower to get a connection from, so we don't have to do any troubleshoo

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @virginmedia If anyone is there, your Kafkaesque hellhole of a website is like the labyrinth in The Shining. It just sending a user back to sign in, even though we are, and that's after thirty minutes trying to change the password. You are abysmal.

    @virginmedia My partner did. Two hours later after the auto response still nothing. Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.

    Hi @virginmedia. You were meant to phone us at 8am today. Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

    @virginmedia This became a regular issue since we we’re fooled to get our hub replaced with a so called better hub…this is a daily issue that we have been forced to deal with…we don’t enjoy it,why do I have to check out your pages to see if there is an issue…do u have issues all the time.

    @virginmedia That’s the problem, did not let me speak, over spoke me, would not let me explain anything asked to speak to a manager but as always never one available I did ask if I was on mute because he was not listening to me and asked to raise a complain as per C ref number

    @virginmedia The wifi has been out for over 24 hours now and same for my neighbours. Yes I have and once again there are service issues. I work at home so I don’t know what you expect your customers to do and why Acton specifically seems to suffer a service cut multiple times a week

    @virginmedia Last time when I brought the issue to their attention they just advised me to switch the hub off and back on again which became my regular activity nowadays (it doesn’t help most of the time by the way)

    @virginmedia I did as I was asked. I tried the sim card in a phone in a Vodafone shop, still not working, confirmed by shop personnel. All call centre staff refusing to escalate, called twice #richardbranson
