    Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    @virginmedia I see. Thanks. There is no point ringing your ‘customer service’ number - I don’t have the time or battery to listen to the same four songs on a loop for over an hour then be told nothing helpful. Been there, done that.

    @virginmedia This letter was never received. No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

    @frankieturner_ @virginmedia it happened to me with a virgin router. We couldn't work out the problem so switched devices off and found out it was white noise from a computer monitor

    @virginmedia Yes but that calling and waiting indefinitely to speak to someone thing is a problem when you’re just trying to help your ex partner sort this out. I sort everything out for the children, he pays the bill. If someone could call him that would be so helpful.

    @virginmedia Completed installation after moving house, ordered on 26.11.20, moved in on 11.12.20 with virgin engineer attending and ordered Repull’ as no signal - ordered for 16.01.20 and then rescheduled for 18.01.20! On numerous occasions this has been promised earlier #keyworker #nhs

    @virginmedia What a pile of cr*p service you are providing to us in NW4 4NP London area. Outages since 28-29th December and incredible packet loss on data for god knows how long. Myself and most of my neighbours are sick of the constant outages in our area. maybe a group action!
