@virginmedia Every interaction with you overseas call centre is a horrible experience, long wait times, bad English, wrong information & get passed around the system. The only way to get anywhere is to threaten to leave and suddenly you are transferred to the UK where the problem is resolved!

7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

I love @virginmedia products, but detest their overseas call centres. Customer service is appalling! Been on the current call for 40 minutes and now I’m apparently being transferred somewhere else! I’m only trying to sort my contract out....

@virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

@virginmedia Pretty much as detailed here. The problem is the speed issue is random. If it's not prevalent at the moment I actually get to speak to a person they don't want to know. If can happen any time of the day or night. That's why I'm now starting to record hourly performance data.

@virginmedia To clarify the fact that it’s buried in the small print doesn’t make it right if it was made clear in LARGE print I never would have signed up for it and no I don’t have the packaging it wasn’t sent when requested a month ago so now it will be late no fault of mine

@virginmedia Sadly no, my booking for a new cable to be run is the 28th of April, my partner is finding it hard to manage staff with no communications. We went with VM due to its free repair agreement and value, I wasn't aware we it takes weeks to fix issues.
