No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

I’ve done it for an Xbox a few times when my internet went out. Games are a little slow, but Netflix and other streaming services were good when I did it.

Latency will be way better than old Virgin coax too.

Their customer service are so inept that after multiple phone calls etc they still dont understand the situation and have passed the £500 pound charge onto debt collectors.
