    @virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

    @virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @virginmedia how do I get my account details if you have never emailed me or sent me and letters. I don’t even know my account number and have to wait till you text to say my bill is overdue to be able to pay my account. What the hell? Customer service is no help so wtf?

I reckon their own staff are also suffering with poor connections due to not responding after requesting info... they are currently arguing the toss on chat saying, you sure its not in the box?     @virginmedia I have checked. There were outages and it’s now apparently fixed. Yet I still have no service. So I can’t watch tv, can’t use my tablet, my daughter can’t use her tablet and I can’t work next week. What fabulous service!

    @_AnaCristina_ @virginmedia Can you use your data to go on your online account lovey? Do that and down the side it gives a WhatsApp option. They’re open 8-8 and v v good at getting back to u within 10 mins or so
