@virginmedia So that’s it. We’re still no closer to solving this issue than we were when it went down at the beginning of the week. Absolutely dreadful service.

@virginmedia Hello Virgin Media, I’m trying to pay my monthly broadband bill online but when choosing pay bill it keeps redirecting me to your help page, so I can’t pay atm. When will this be fixed (won’t be paying late fees). Many thanks 🙏

@LutzSchueler as CEO of @virgin media i have now been waiting for a call back since the beginning of June despite assurances my billing/package complaint has been escalated and I would receive a manager call back. I have heard and received NOTHING.

  • TravellingAdam
travelling Adam (@TravellingAdam) reported from Blackheath, England

Virgin why do I keep losing my mobile network? @virginmedia (been trying to post this since 11am lol) as I have virgin broadband as well. 😤

  • Khaled_Miah1
Khaled Miah (@Khaled_Miah1) reported from Poplar, England

@virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

  • sevki
Sevki 💉 💉🎉 (@sevki) reported from City of London, England

.@virginmedia “we’re really sorry you’ve been having issues since 21st but rest assured we will resolve this by 1st of Dec” On the same exact call that gave a 10 day resolution time @virginmedia: “looks like your contract has ended. Let’s talk through your upgrade options”

  • PieFaceMark
mark (@PieFaceMark) reported from Poplar, England

Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

  • sam_batty
Sam Batty (@sam_batty) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia We’ve been disconnected early. Been trying for nearly an hour on your live chat but no help provided at all. Still waiting.

  • islingtonlloyd

@virginmedia Hi, yes I did. But still no service before I left home. Online service checker just said problems with TV & Broadband in my postcode area. Currently not at home, but will check upon my return.

  • BobCratchitt
Andee Byford (@BobCratchitt) reported from Poplar, England

@virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

  • liz_langfield
    Liz Langfield (@liz_langfield) reported

@ArturNadol7566 So Virgin Media has to pay a fine of £28m for the deliberate mistreatment of customers. But where does that money actually go? Certainly not to their customer-victims of their mistreatment. As always, fines paid by large corporations and companies NEVER benefit the victims.

  • mitchlog
    mitchelle holland (@mitchlog) reported

@BladeoftheS Never watched tv for 7 months filled out online form to buy license to watch world cup football . They have backdated yo Dec 25 . Now going in circles like virgin media to get refund . Imagine how they will take money with digital id and digital banking . 🪬🏦

  • b4ran4bus
Modern day King of moderate degeneracy (@b4ran4bus) reported

    @Stsantek @virginmedia Awful

  • LostPigeonPost
    Flossie Smith (@LostPigeonPost) reported

@virginmedia @Stsantek Virgin has thus customer’s contact details, but as always expects the customer to get in touch with them - which is ALWAYS a waste of hours and hours of the customer’s time. Virgin knows that and everyone else knows that.

  • WimpingEgo
    WimpingEgo (@WimpingEgo) reported

@EE At what stage of the order would I get a set up/ connection date please. @virginmedia have let me down far to many times so looking to switch to a new ISP

  • superpaddiepads
    estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported

@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Exactly that. The quality of the broadband has never been an issue but the customer service is almost non existent. But when you base that offshore it does tend to be the case. Very polite but utterly useless.

  • superpaddiepads
    estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported

@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

  • DinaGlyphs
    Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported

@Stsantek @virginmedia Newsflash, @EE is also ridiculous with shady contracts. I hope you never get to cross hairs with them.

  • robheneghan
    Rob Heneghan (@robheneghan) reported

@virginmedia There is a known issue. But the time it’s getting fixed is changing every few hours. And not for the better. As a laying customer we need to know when it will be coming back on as right now I’m using my mobile data for myself and children

  • gromitfoxzero
    GromitFoxZero (@gromitfoxzero) reported

@whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
