    @Mike_Randazzo1 @virginmedia Oh, they did let me cancel, but I had to answer about 3 “last question”s before they proceeded 5 minute response time on chat, took me nearly two hours, after the 4 hours it took to connect an agent. We could get a contract with a credit check in 5 minutes.

    @BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

    @virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

    @virginmedia how do I get my account details if you have never emailed me or sent me and letters. I don’t even know my account number and have to wait till you text to say my bill is overdue to be able to pay my account. What the hell? Customer service is no help so wtf?

    @AlexanderTroup @virginmedia I guess there is a retention quota of some sort, that needs to be hit for some big wig get a big fat bonus. Especially, since we staying a customer anyway, just different account.

    After a mammoth session on the phone to 6 of your departments to arrange interim broadband given your service failed in Nov. & won't be fixed to March I spoke to a helpful chap called David in the Customer Care Dept before I was cut off. Can you help reconnect me @virginmedia 🙏🏻

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. Wife have arranged an internet connection to our new flat before this(with Virgin btw), took 5 minutes. Lot of hoops to jump through to cancel, when I just wanted to get it over with. No offers, just cancel.

    @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

    @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

    BEYOND annoyed at the service we are getting from @virginmedia broadband. Not only are they non responsive but our internet has been intermittent for MONTHS after they admitted it was a fault. Even dropping off for hours during the day. Unacceptable and do not recommend.

    @virginmedia Nothing. Just emails and phone calls demanding money I don’t owe VM. I replied to the email on 20/3 advising I’d like to raise a formal complaint but I’ve not heard anything yet.

    @virginmedia 30 minutes on the call so far and they still can’t find the order placed 07/03/22. Just shows the last representative was more interested in selling upgrades than fixing the wifi issue.

    @virginmedia Taking calls from home that cannot be monitored apparently was regarded as an opportunity by this misogynist to throw any customer etiquette out the window. Rude, belittling, uncooperative, denying reasonable requests. It got worse from there. That's atrocious and unparalleled!!
