@virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

@virginmedia I think you will have to agree this is an unacceptably long time for the repair as it’s already been going on for days?? “There's a TV issue in xxx. Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can. We hope to fix this by 14 March at 16:00”

@virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

@virginmedia I have had internet issues since September last year I have called up too many times to count and once again internet is out in SW19 and now you want to rise your prices. Please can I get a solution and not one that means a technician cancels last min today!!

@virginmedia 1 Hahaha! Seriously. So your “specialist” engineers (the 10 ones to come out) 4 years ago advised us one of the wired devices were causing the issue and to remove them all. This cured that issue, but also it’s every device & it’s not just the speed, the entire connection drops.

@virginmedia 2 the connection is up and down like a yo-yo! When it’s working the 190Mbps is fine, but it’s slows when the connection drops (through the day) to all devices. The engineer fitted a booster as he thinks there may be an issue with the cabling re the speed, but this has not helped!
