    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia Yes they said there is an issue which will be fixed by 12 oclock. 2.45 and 6 o’clock yesterday. This then changed to 10 this morning , 12. O’clock , 6 o’clock and now saying 10 o’clock tomorrow morning

I just kept getting transferred to “someone who can help” who clearly in fact every time was just someone else to transfer me to - and had to repeat account details and my tale of woe again.
