    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    @virginmedia I had a problem with DIrectD. You switch off the service in 5 min. When your routers don’t work. Wait for a guy for a week. Btw.. time and day that only suits you!!! I have to take days off.. Internet speed is up and down like, something like we do in Waltz. I#

    Respect to the engineers @virginmedia Consistently maintaining such a complex network is a tough job, especially at a time of exceptional demand. Whingeing the instant something as advanced as an internet network goes wrong is such a self-regarding 1st World problem. Shame on us

    @virginmedia It’s my understanding I have up to feb 12th to cancel my current contract with virgin and I won’t receive any fee penalties for this due to your decision to increase prices. Am I able to do this online or do I need to ring the call centre? Thank you

    @virginmedia Will keep trying have tried numerous times hanging on for an hour or more, we got through one just before lines shut and we were told to call back. Can only call from his phone with him on days we are at his as support bubble. Won’t always be early. Can you see the problem?

    Spent the last 2 days trying to contact @virginmedia about our internet. Goes off everyday and we have to restart it. I paid for better speeds and WiFi and I’m better off using my 4G on my phone 🤬 everything connected is so slow

    @virginmedia my virgin media is pixelating on most channels. If I disconnect-the splitter and put the cable straight into the box it works fine. I have bought another splitter but this still doesn’t solve the issue.

    I think it’s about time @virginmedia gave refunds to everyone for their poor supply of Internet. Dropping out every hour is so is not ok. A break of their contract maybe? Certainly won’t be sticking with them. @SkyUK can you guarantee yours won’t do this??
