    @virginmedia every night this week at 7pm our internet goes down and is unusable. Can’t watch amazon or Netflix. Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.

    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. Do far, nothing.

    @bt_uk Just moved to BT a week ago and i can say i have not been having great connectivity. My broadband has been randomly losing connection on the midnights and today its been offline for over an hour. Starting to regret my move from Virgin Media. Ridiculous service.

    @virginmedia down YET again!! 4th time in as many months!!😡😡😡 The website says planned work between 12.01am and 06.01am on 10th June, but it's only 9th June, what's the crack? Is this fault separate to the planned works on 10th? Can't wait to be out of contract in December!😡
