    @skepticmike @virginmedia Or you could argue that they were trying it on pitching a £97.50 charge and that the unwary would have just paid. Too many companies do this and then back down after a phone call. Real customer care is offering your existing curlers the best deal available by default

    @RogerProtzBeer @virginmedia It means you're with a **** ISP Roger! Try the Martin Lewis website tool for switching. Many offer better service and at a lower cost. Virgin get consistently poor reviews-spend all their time/money on silly tv ads rather than customer service.

    @virginmedia day 4 woken to no Internet. Says you've identified issue that might effect customers and it will be intermittent. You say this like this is OK How do I home school or work? I do not pay for intermittent Internet

    @virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

    @virginmedia Issue back then was my phone just stopped working .motherboard went and you wudnt repair it .so paid for a phone I cudnt use for last year of my contract .so had to go elsewhere

    @virginmedia There’s nowhere on the link to log a complaint!!! The link shows a page which says if you would like to complain complete the web form on the contact us page?? This doesn’t exist either?Clearly you work on the principal of if we p**s you off enough you won’t be bothered to argue!
