Mariachiara (@mariesnotcool) reported from Islington, England@virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia I would not have used these terms as I didn’t know them however I presumed that all the necessary work would be done in the background. Why would I keep the landline with Virgin when I was VERY UNHAPPY with the service provided
-
Dionne (@dionnepat2000) reported from Walthamstow, England@virginmedia please fix this issue. Recently not loading some emails over wifi saying it’s to do with network settings. Ok if I turn wifi off. Reading lots of people having the same problem with you on iPhone.
-
kevin richardson (@kevinri00714924) reported from Poplar, England@virginmedia So someone fraudulently set up an account in my name. Because I don’t know the password to something I didn’t set up I’ve now spent 5 hours on the phone to 5 different @virginmedia reps and a debt recovery letter. Never use @virginmedia #badcustomerservice #stress
-

-
Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia How long is due course? I’ve already spent hours on this issue with no resolution. I started this chat conversation on Wednesday 1st February. Wouldn’t you agree the customer service from Virgin is woeful?
-
Becky Kelly (Göllner) (@BeckyKellyNews) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia He has tried this and every time it just reverts to an automated bot response that doesn’t accept/understand /respond to his request to cancel. I need another way. As it’s proving impossible and stressful

-
mark (@PieFaceMark) reported from Poplar, EnglandAbsolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache
-
Shar 💙 #IStandWithUkraine (@sharlewis58) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

-
Andy Nicholls 🫧⚒️✝️ (@andy_nicks60) reportedWell @virginmedia certainly have great customer service people that just feed you absolute lies about not stocking 360 boxes anymore then when they lose the argument they say you can’t have one because you’re not a new customer, and promptly end the conversation.
-
P.J (@creepingjesus00) reported@virginmedia Hi sent you a DM due to lower speeds on broadband but paying for a 1gig service.
-
youwouldntknowme (@lazylazydude) reported@virginmedia I don’t think you get it. When I say multiple calls, I mean daily. I’ve told your customer service not to contact me. They said they’d make a note and wouldn’t, then called the next day anyway. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reported@virginmedia I need this escalated as a formal complaint regarding fault **F012421201**, because the information Virgin Media is providing has now become demonstrably contradictory. At **08:01 today, 20 August**, Virgin Media told me: “Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem.” The estimated repair time given was **18:00 today**. At **15:27 today**, after I have been without service for most of the day, Virgin Media has now told me: “We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.” The estimated repair time has also been moved to **14:10 tomorrow, 21 August**. These statements cannot both accurately describe the progress of the same fault. An engineer who was already **on site and working on the problem at 08:01** cannot subsequently be **“on their way” at 15:27** without some explanation. I fully understand that a complex network fault may take longer to repair than initially anticipated, and that estimated restoration times can change. That is not my complaint. My complaint is that Virgin Media is repeatedly providing contradictory factual information about the status of the repair, while I remain without the service I am paying for. I consequently have no confidence in the estimated restoration times being provided. Please therefore: 1. **Log this as a formal complaint and provide me with the complaint reference.** 2. Confirm the actual current status of fault **F012421201**, rather than repeating the automated status information. 3. Explain how an engineer could be reported as on site and working at 08:01 but “on their way” at 15:27. 4. Confirm when the outage affecting my service officially began and that the full period of loss of service has been recorded against my account. 5. Confirm what automatic compensation I will be entitled to for the complete loss of service, where applicable. I have retained screenshots of the outage updates and their timestamps. Please respond to the specific points above rather than sending me another automated repair estimate.
-
johngunn (@johngunn2) reported@virginmedia @CliveR39 The last time I checked a couple of days ago it gave an estimated fix of 28th August. Which considering it’s been at least a week since it went down is a considerable length of time to not receive the service we’re paying for.
-
Amanda Lee (@amandajlee_lee) reported@virginmedia @YouMadBruv3r How long does it take @virginmedia ??? Mines been down for weeks, right at the start of the season. Just done the service status check that you recommended for a fix date and it doesn't work 🤬🤬
-
ElaineGolding (@Elainebks) reported@RJAldous1 @virginmedia Oh dear you got the scammers. Their help dept is shown on the profile
-
Mr Moanivator (@MrMoanivator) reported@virginmedia My broadband hasn't been working since around 11am today. All week, Virgin has said that work was due to be completed in my area around 11:15am today. It's now saying that the Hub is the problem. I've restarted and reset it, but it's still not working 🤬
-
Amy (@AmyDonalson_X) reported@virginmedia please explain to me how after my package ran out and I renewed with a different package in JULY it’s taken 3 phone calls, 5 online conversations and 4 different bill amounts for September/October to still have no resolution or idea how much my next bill will be??
