    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @virginmedia Everything is still down. When I check my status using you website, it says there are no problems, but when I phone it acknowledges there is a problem - why the discrepancy. I registered for text updates and I received 1 saying it will be remedied by 6 last night then nothing!

    @virginmedia I really don’t have another 2 hours to spend on the phone. The first person lied to us, the second was rude. You have been by far the best, can you not assist? In terms of going online we cannot access our account online, it has never worked.
