@virginmedia I can’t seem to get through to speak to anyone to assist with an ongoing issue we have with our TV service. For over a week when trying to watch TV the picture is distorted/pixelated. The only time I can watch a clear picture is when I watch Netflix.

@virginmedia There’s been no resolution whatsoever. And I’ve called 4/5 times a week since the 29th and have waited nothing less than 50 minutes to be given a run around. If I’m receiving half a service surely I could pay half my bill?

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@virginmedia If it was a steady connection we could cope, not what we pay for but we could cope. The fluctuating signal causes teams and Google classroom live lessons to freeze and disconnect all the time. It's disgusting that my children are suffering more than they need to. One is y11!
