@virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

@Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

@virginmedia our connection is down in London SE15. When we log into our virgin account it says we’re not customers,the phone number - 150 and the alternative - both go dead when we dial, and your chat function is directing us to the phone. How do we contact you & sort this?

@virginmedia Got through on text: they offered to cancel the increase & restore the £44 price, but refused to match the £40 as it’s “only for new customers”! They referred me to Retentions, but they have now withdrawn even that offer & insist I must pay the full £47.50! Just unbelievable!

Cannot comprehend how a service can be this bad @virginmedia. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone and spoke to 6 people trying to resolve an issue, having already made 2 unrelated complaints and countless more hours spent on the phone this year. Shocking from such a huge company

@virginmedia Yes we have tried testing everything we have reset it and still it continually drops the Internet all the tests say there is no fault but since the beginning of December it has done nothing but continually drop signal why am I paying £80 a month for equipment that does not work
