    @Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

    @virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

    @virginmedia The phone line issue is sorted..but the intermittent broadband issue is still occuring..i have been constantly trying your support team but been disconnected twice..and need to see what the issue is??? Area 21, can i DM you our account number to check?.

    @virginmedia But as Matthew has stated this has been going on for a week now. This is more than just a little issue. If they are awaiting parts then just say. Taking ownership of an issue always used to be important when I worked for VM BB support in Wales.
