@virginmedia my connection keeps randomly dropping all day today and has been for a week or so. Can’t test the connection when it happens (no Internet connection) but your service status says you have no issues. This is very frustrating #virginmediadown

It’s bad enough that I can’t see friends and family (or frankly anyone) at the moment, but my @virginmedia internet connection is so bad these days even virtual catch ups are a struggle 😔

@virginmedia can confirm that there is an ongoing works in your area to improve the connection. This has started yesterday night, but we don't have an estimate time for the fix. I also have checked that there is no nearby tower to get a connection from, so we don't have to do any troubleshoo

We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

@virginmedia internet cut out 20 mins early tonight. Don't know if that's progress or not. Think I might progress to sky or BT. Absolute disgrace of an internet provider you are.

@virginmedia I only wanted a credit which has now been authorised. Shouldn’t have to ask when you know about the fault. Not good customer service you should automatically apply credit

@virginmedia @adhawkinsgh I'll be going same way in September too. VM too pricey and too outage prone. Also poor modem/router.

@virginmedia about my mums new boardband contract. Right, so the two hours I spent on the phone cancelling the contract never happened. You lot are driving me potty. Why are you making it so difficult for my elderly mother to cancel her contract? It's now over a year of this.

@virginmedia. Workmen digging up the pavement outside our home have broken the cable casing. We still have all our services, but the cable itself is exposed. For the moment, it has been covered with a piece of plastic. Not very satisfactory. Please contact.

@virginmedia Just spent 1hr & 35 minutes on the phone to retentions/faults/retentions/faults/retentions only to have faults tell me they can't do what they had already told us they would do, and then for them to hang up on me and not resolve our problem! I am absolutely fuming!

@virginmedia So basically, sign up with Virgin media and don't achieve the speed and no signal, refuse to send an engineer then demand to charge us £5 a month for a pod to boost signal OR pay over £200 to leave and we haven't even had our first bill yet!! Oh my god!!!
