    @virginmedia Thanks for your help but this is a problem only Three can sort! Their new system works where it’s deployed. The problem is that they haven’t deployed it everywhere - eg Elizabeth Line.

    @virginmedia I presume so. I was quite clear I wanted to leave Virgin as I was not happy with the services provided even though they tried to keep me as a customer. I feel Virgin are making it as difficult as possible and I am paying for it

    @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

    @LutzSchueler as CEO of @virgin media i have now been waiting for a call back since the beginning of June despite assurances my billing/package complaint has been escalated and I would receive a manager call back. I have heard and received NOTHING.

    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @vmbusiness LOST FOR WORDS I have been a business customer of yours since May 2021 my broadband has gone down 8 times and 6 engineers have come out. The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia They're the kind of company who are all nice when things go their way When there's a problem, or you leave them, they become piss poor, ignorant and hostile After all our issues, they often send salesmen to our door asking for is to switch I usually threaten them with violence

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Had a similar issue with EE/BT. Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎

    @Jenna_Jade86 It's virgin media. Ive had issues past 3 weeks and I can't conflicting messages every day. I get engineer is on site.. then a few hours later I get. Engineer is on the way with a new fix date 😳

    @virginmedia WTF is up with your service lately in PA1? I've logged 309 disconnections in the past week (101 of those in the past day - 439 in month). All I get from your service status page is "Intermittent signal in your area". Is it the weather? Do I need a new hub?

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia If you have a good mobile signal consider a LTE router & buy a unlimited Data Sim. I left Virgin after 23 years for similar reasons as above. With EE & happy with the service.

    @virginmedia Tried without anything in return All it asks for is your 9 digit number time and time again and your order number , or looking to join then repeats I am NOT a customer and do NOT want to join I want Virgin to remove your unused broadband box from outside of my home
