@virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

@virginmedia They said that OFCOM considered it as not a total loss of service which is very surprising as I have been confirmed many times by VM they knew it was total loss. I have tries to raise another complaint but once sent I didn't received any confirmation or response.

@55blueballoons @virginmedia They have the most pathetic call centre and customer service. I was a customer for over 10 years and have received the worst service when leaving them. I will never go back to virgin or recommend them to anyone. Stay away and use Sky
