3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia I last called today. I called 2 weeks ago. I called before that and got hung up on. I raised a complaint last year. I challenged it not long after the account was active and was told 60 days. I was then told when it was applied I couldn’t cancel as my cooling off period elapsed.

@virginmedia No they said it was out of stock, phoned back multiple times and said still out of stock nationwide. I specifically asked for the maxit bundle with 1gb Internet as our router is awful. I've looked on my account and it says m600 Internet, if this is the case then I will be leaving
