@virginmedia Of course: since Wednesday night, service is down due to outage and estimated time keeps being pushed forward! First it said 6:35 yesterday, then it was 10pm, then today 9am, then 5pm, then 9pm. Still down! Service completely down SE18 and looks like there’s nothing concrete.

@virginmedia Just tried to call to get a quote for broadband and TV - after a 12min wait I got to an operator who I could not understand or hear, and who in turn did not understand the alphabet. Awful customer service, was ready to switch from Sky but not going through that again

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia No absolutely no outage. It's an ongoing issue. We have called numerous times and the service hasn't improved. Given the same ridiculous advice every time. After being cut off 3times we are not willing to put up with this anymore.
