@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia It’s mostly along the lines of ‘your bungalow hasn’t been built’ or ‘we don’t provide virgin to that area’ even when the neighbours around have it! One oppo said that prob because the old lady who lived here before never had internet that it was never installed which makes sense

@virginmedia Yes, it says there are no issues but my speeds have been all over the place for the past few days. It's now really slow once again. When I spoke to VM on the phone they said there is an issue and it will be fixed soon. Please can you confirm this?
