    @virginmedia Hi, yes I did. But still no service before I left home. Online service checker just said problems with TV & Broadband in my postcode area. Currently not at home, but will check upon my return.

    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    @virginmedia Well I’m at work now but it was working then going off for a couple minutes then back on all day. Then about 9pm went off for 20 mins then back on. Went on your page to check the service and it was saying nothing was wrong.

    @virginmedia AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolutely awful customer service. Schedule appointments and never turn up. We are now on our 5th rescheduled appointment in 5 days and no expected timeframe for a resolution. Total loss of service 11 days and counting…

    @virginmedia I have had a rubbish service for months. Late last year an engineer knocked on the door and said because of a technical problem he had to replace the feed to my house, later informed me he couldn't because of a problem with the ducting. Fast forward to March 26, I get a text saying he is coming 16/03 no show, no explanation no apology. Next text says he will be there 27/04 no show no apology. The last three days the modem/router reboots about every five minutes, phoned again on Sunday explained and the techy advised me can't do anything until 20th June. This is not acceptable, I have been trying for two days to get onto your site, I am told you are sending a confirmation email which never arrives, subsequently I cannot contact the company. Just so that you know I have had enough and will be looking to replace the service ASAP. If I have any contract outstanding, I will see you in court.

    @virginmedia @fanboyofnolan Yes, absolutely they do **** all even if you can actually get you speak to a person. Which is near impossible. Very bad company if you cancel your contract they call you in about 10 minutes 🤑🤑🤑🤑
