    @MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

    Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

    @virginmedia The engineer said he was unable to fix and said would escalate and she would get an update by 13.30 yesterday afternoon. No update was sent so she phoned today to be told the call had been closed

    @virginmedia I get a fault every day with virgin media (so do many others on here) it's just odd that no connection has come back on yet for WiFi and my TV has had this issue since the restrictions were removed. Normally I have a a receipt via email with half an hour of being reconnected

    @virginmedia We have since 29th Dec had poor or no internet. I have spent over 8 hours in one week calling you. On top of all the other calls. An engineer came in two weeks ago and said to buy some special boosters which we have. Still loosing out on internet ....

    @virginmedia This is the problem, you guys wouldn’t allow me to book a follow-up appointment. I was advised someone would just show up on the day which is dumbfounding as there’s no notice on my end. How am I meant make necessary adjustments for the visit when I don’t even know when that is?

    @virginmedia The WiFi has come back on but I still don't have TV service. I've done everything that's been asked of me and nothings changed from my side with wires so it's got to be because of the restrictions that were applied. Can you help?
