If you simply want an internet connection and you don't have any problems, you might be okay, but as soon as anything goes wrong you hit their awful customer service. I had intermittent problems and it took months to get resolved, I then went to Sky asap.

Both companies upsold to me, then they totally let me down when it came to turning connection on. Vodafone was 2 weeks, sky was 4 days. Its not just 1 company. They're all the same. Contacting them is totally disgraceful
