    @virginmedia Nobody has said anything. They said they would fix it at last and then they left leaving the box in pieces in the flower bed and with no phone signal.

    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia Ive been trying to downgrade since May. Constantly put on hold (I give up around 45 minutes). Ready to pull the plug at the bank now; paying for your services that I never use. As a customer of 8+ years Im now going to place my loyalty elsewhere.

    @virginmedia I last called today. I called 2 weeks ago. I called before that & got hung up on. I raised a complaint last year. I challenged it not long after the account was active and was told 60 days. I was then told after the 60 days I couldn’t cancel as my cooling off period elapsed.

    @virginmedia Thanks, I will. This is the second major issue I've had with VM broadband in less than 12 months. Feels like a very unreliable service if I'm honest.

    @virginmedia No they said it was out of stock, phoned back multiple times and said still out of stock nationwide. I specifically asked for the maxit bundle with 1gb Internet as our router is awful. I've looked on my account and it says m600 Internet, if this is the case then I will be leaving

    @virginmedia Yes, my laptop is always wired. All wired and wireless devices across the whole house go down, because our hub literally resets itself. I just took a video of the router doing it.

    @virginmedia Says having problems connecting to the hub which is strange as I connect via cable to a switch, which is functioning, then a 25 metre run to the hub. Will check the connections for a dry joint. Speed test to Impart, Leicester 909 down 52.74up
