    Respect to the engineers @virginmedia Consistently maintaining such a complex network is a tough job, especially at a time of exceptional demand. Whingeing the instant something as advanced as an internet network goes wrong is such a self-regarding 1st World problem. Shame on us

    @virginmedia currently have no WiFi. Tired calling several times, told to call back. Finally got through to someone and they say their system is down and to call back in four hours. Meanwhile, we have no insternet and I am unable to work. Pls advise.

    @Victoria__Wai @virginmedia @ThreeUK @SkyUK Yes I was with BT at my last house but when moved no phone line and as under lockdown no engineer could come so had to go Virgin but last 5 weeks...apparently fibre but speed is appalling and then today! Never again

    @virginmedia You now admit there is a broadband issue in parts of London but it actually seems bigger than that: your service status pages are not working & if I check that page logged into my app, it claims I have no broadband on my a/c, although the a/c page confirms I do!

    @virginmedia Thank you. A call centre would have saved pain and a chat line that works would have also sufficed. Failing that a status page that works would have have helped. I still need to terminate the agreement as we are leaving the flat. No online form. Can you send me one or a link.

    Been with @virginmedia 5 weeks & it’s been issue after issue & this is last straw. Service levels are appalling. contacted BT & coming to install Fibre & then it’s goodbye.

    @MartinSLewis for anyone who's recieved letter advising increase payments from @virginmedia simply call 03454541111 and choose options to cancel and option to automatically recieve discount for same amount. No need to speak to human. Took 2 minutes.

    @virginmedia My mum is a terminally ill vulnerable patient. We have been calling to try and sort some issue out with her and after going through all the hoops go your ridiculous automated system and then waiting we have been out off again!

    Ah the usual fuckery from @virginmedia - renewed contract in December, was told it wouldn't go up. Letter today says it's going up by 13% because they're "constantly investing in their network"... that's great & all, but I've been with Virgin for 5 years and it's never improved?

    Hi @virginmedia we've been having problems with our internet for a few months. We're consistently seeing T3, T4 timeouts on our upstream and the internet is regularly cutting out completely. We're also regularly seeing high levels of packet loss on our upstream (25% loss). 1/4
