    @virginmedia We lost internet Friday night. Today Sunday morning support team say issue fixed in area and so created a new ticket nbre giving YOU another48hrs to solve it and at same time saying engineer will call within 3hrs. No call. Support unable to help. No Senior to speak to.

    And now ALL of my channels are ghosting. The picture is so bad I can’t watch anything, on any channel. My tv was totally fine before they arrived! The engineer said for me to call @virginmedia customer services, tell them what had happened, and a replacement tv will be arranged..

    The man on the phone told me that can’t happen, and that my tv isn’t broke! Totally patronising me! I haven’t even been with @virginmedia for 24 hours, and I am totally appalled with the customer service! I am awaiting a call from a manager. Fingers crossed e understand me!

    @virginmedia It’s not a connection issue. Your engineer fitted my 10 year old tv with the latest HD box, which has overloaded my HDMI ports & my tv is now broken. Customers services do not understand what I am saying. The engineers have both confirmed a replacement tv needs to be sent out.

    @virginmedia So day 3 still no internet. Ur team promised to deal with it this morning at 10. Of course nothing happened and no one called. Now call centre telling me that there’s another outage in my area. Gave me a number to file a complaint. Ridiculous !!!

    Seriously @virginmedia what is wrong with your internet in Wandsworth I pay £47 a month and the service is patchy cuts out all the time it’s supposed to be fast fibre broadband but it’s anything but at the moment!!

    @virginmedia I have constant problems with my WiFi connection at home. Connection keeps dropping. Phone switches to mobile data. Called ur team and they keep saying everything is fine. They also said connection can drop if you are to close to the router or to far! What crap

    He said that @virginmedia will confirm with the engineers manager that what I am saying is true, and there will be no issues in arranging this. He totally accepts that the virgin box has wrecked my tv... trying to explain this to the people at customer services is another story..

    @virginmedia disgusting customer service trying to help elderly parents spent 50 mins on phone to be transferred and cut off, ring back same again then oh sorry closed now terrible all we needed was a replacement sim.

    No broadband since June 27 and told fix by July 9th. In central London. Wow. Just wow. Also despite calls still no explanation just a prepared script in a distant call centre. Internet is an essential service for business in the developed world @virginmedia @richardbranson

    @virginmedia The WiFi in my house has been dropping out and disconnecting for 2 months. 1st time I called was told wait 24 hours for it to be fixed remotely, no change. 2nd time the person told me she can't see any issues her end, and I should just connect the box via ethernet cable

    @virginmedia Internet gone off again. Not connected and times when it is, states poor quality. Is this justification for a significant price increase? With the new hub by the way. Should ask for compensation from my mobile data usage.

    @virginmedia Before it was saying we had a broadband problem which you were aware of and it would be sorted by 19-40 now that’s past it’s saying there is no problem with broadband test hub we’ve turned that off and back on but nothing

    @virginmedia My issue probably doesn't matter now as I have been informed through your forums that despite being a student in a house share, there's nothing I can do to transfer my account to someone not being forced out of the property before the minimum period is up. :)

    @virginmedia I've heard nothing from Virgin - I've called multiple times but just get sent a SMS with a link to check my broadband status. Haven't been able to get hold of a customer service agent yet.
