Shar 💙 #IStandWithUkraine (@sharlewis58) reported from Hackney, England@virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England@virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business
-

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
David Howard (@Geordie_Radgie) reported@MoneySavingExp I'm in favour of more control (virgin media constantly stiffing me...), but define "inflation". You also need to factor in how the costs - for the specific business and product - are increasing. It would help if govt. didn't keep finding new ways of driving costs up, also.
-
SPAHCRAB (@spahcrab) reported@virginmedia I'm already planning on cancelling my service. This must be a speed run record as I haven't even plugged in the router, nor received the damn thing.
-
ste (@stew187511) reported@virginmedia I need some help with my account, recently moved house and had new WiFi installed and your trying to charge me £103 just for WiFi? Not having it
-
🏍️ TThe Smelly Hippie ✌️ (@HippieSmel48310) reported@virginmedia @bexholloway Your broadband is ******* garbage, 5th outage this week, absolute trash.
-
Kate and her girls (@kateandhergirls) reported@virginmedia Your chat colleague already looked into it and was incredibly rude and basically said tough you’re an existing customer on a contract and we don’t help our loyal customers, just new ones 🙄
-
Will (@willmgreenhalgh) reported@virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything
-
Paul Turner™ (Personal) (@PaulTurner140) reported@virginmedia I‘ve now been waiting 72hrs for a response. When Might I get a reply / resolution?
-
MrBazza 🎬 (@MrBazza) reported@virginmedia I logged a complaint a few weeks ago regarding mis-sold broadband rate. I rejected your initial offer in writing, then spent over 1 hour on hold only to be promised a callback in 20 minutes that never happened. Please check my complaint.
-
Kev (@victor50) reported@virginmedia if Virgin paid me £5 for every time the wifi went down, I’d be a wealthy man. I am anyway, but not quite enough to sue under the trades description act for diabolical service. Absolutely awful. The new provider can’t get in our area quick enough.
-
Lotharemas (@Lotharemas) reported@virginmedia So how do i go about reporting an SNR upstream Area fault now? the forums have been shut down which always handled it before but now ive been stuck with this causing packet loss since early June.
