You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.
