    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

    I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

    @Whiskey_Mick @virginmedia We’ve just had the same experience - waited 8 days. Not a word from them. Not a human spoken to. If I had another choice I’d drop them. 0/10 for customer service.

    @hummzak We at Virgin Media have a brand new IPTV service for 35 pounds flat fee, no monthly subscription + you get installations and service support, so it if breaks well fix replace it at no cost. Let me know if your interested

    @virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

    @Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

    @Benleo @Ofcomsheep @virginmedia They were charging me a fee to watch Netflix even though 1, I never watch Netflix and 2, my partner has a Netflix account but even if u use the app on virgin even for a different user you will get charged. For a different user you have to use the app on your tv not virgin😕

    @virginmedia Any update on this issue as anything in the virginmedia store when you try and load it up it freezes. There is a TV issue in service status it says it should have been resolved yesterday. My area reference is 031. Thanks

    @Benleo @ChrisSleven @virginmedia I concur......Virgin are crap...and I moved to Sky at the earliest chance I could....but can also say Sky aren't much better - and they both make it as difficult as possible to actually talk to someone if you have a problem - I would say though that Virgin are the worst

    @Benleo @virginmedia Serious point - I have never ever ever considered virgin media because, for at least 20 years - they have had the most appalling customer services reputation.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I’ve been hearing this for years and as a consequence would never, ever, consider anything from Virginia Media. Doesn’t help you, I know, it’s just a ‘you’re not alone’ type sympathy.
