@virginmedia hi why have I been charged a whopping 62 quid on a sim only contract that should be only 10.39 a month, any time I ran out of data I payed for a 3GB data data bundle, if it weren't for your **** Internet I wouldn't have had to, now I'm being charged twice #robbery

@virginmedia I called them, £44 a month is the best offer. A new customer can have the same for £28, but that’s the best I can have. If 17 years of being a loyal customer means nothing to you I’ll just go elsewhere.
