    I’ve had 3 hours sleep, I’m trying to catch up and within 10 mins I’ve had four calls from **** bags pretending to be from Virgin Media. The next **** to do this, I’ll be tracking your location and paying you a ******* visit! 😡

    @virginmedia My phone is now over two weeks late, which isn’t an issue, I understand waiting for one to become available to send but to suggest I send this phone back and go without a phone until one eventually gets sent to me is just ridiculous. I’m not gonna pay my bills with no phone…

    @virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

    @virginmedia I contacted customer services for an update on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was informed by your Twitter account I wouldn’t need to send my current phone back until I receive my new one. I was then informed by the gentleman on the phone my new phone won’t be sent until I send this

    @virginmedia Yes, they are known issues; but they haven’t been fixed in over a month! Every day the message keeps changing. Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.

    @virginmedia Hi John, thanks for getting back to me. The call was in regards to a problem with my broadband which luckily after an hour on the phone to a really helpful operator was discovered to be a known issue in the area that was being updated late on the system. 1/2

    Absolutely appalling service from @virginmedia - changed my contract in Feb, confirmed by email next day. The bill I received bears no resemblance to email figures, THREE calls to bills dept, all promising call backs from ‘manager’ - NOTHING 😤😡🤬
