  @virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

  @keithapearson @virginmedia Couldn’t agree more. I’ve spent roughly 6 hours on chat talking to foreign robots and got nowhere. They should be fined for not having a uk call centre. I’ve gave my 30 days notice after 19 years as a customer. They’re a disgrace.
