@virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

@virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

@virginmedia We agreed after 2 years of slow service you’d upgrade my 2 TiVo boxes to V6 and bring 3 pods to cover dead zones agreed in Nov last year and after 3 missed appointments and you calling me 3 days to confirm the work to do & you still **** it up. #fuckwits

@virginmedia It’s a bit of a joke that the deadline keeps being pushed away even more now. Almost 2 days without service.

@PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

@virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

@virginmedia YOU USELESS #***** two years of problems, of no shows after no show, today was to be the day it was all sorted yet you manage to ***** up a simple install job. You confirmed to me what was to be installed yet the engineer wasn’t told! #fuckwits

@virginmedia That’s absolutely fine, but again like mentioned before. I should not be receiving contrasting information from your employees. I can understand one isolated incident but having 2 incidents for the same issue highlights a form of incompetence somewhere

@virginmedia NE30 3JZ. Like I say, online says no issue and phone says there is an issue in the area, so I'm not sure which it is. I'm guessing the fact the light on the router is yellow means it's not an issue with the old Telewest connection box on the wall?

@anetball83 @virginmedia Normally they do but this has caught me out too. I’ve double checked & definitely had nothing. Now got to pay to get across the city & into work…not to mention all the work I lost when the network connection went & never came back. 😭

@virginmedia It was pretty unclear as to whether or not I would receive a further update or not. And then I received the email saying the complaint was closed, but with no resolution nor mention of the refund. So I've no idea what's going on. And frankly it's wasting my time chasing. Thanks.

@virginmedia Yes, the problem is Three - for those of us who are customers, the 'login via Three' on the virgin media page no longer works; it directs us to connect to ThreeWifi instead, which is fine when it's available, but it often isn't. Thanks.
