    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

    @virginmedia No I’ve been going round in circles. I have no idea if there is an outage. Your phone line suggests there is but the website says all should be fine. We reboot the hub and have internet for 20 mins before it drops out again.

    @virginmedia They said that OFCOM considered it as not a total loss of service which is very surprising as I have been confirmed many times by VM they knew it was total loss. I have tries to raise another complaint but once sent I didn't received any confirmation or response.

    @virginmedia Just to confirm, as a solid and consistent, non-complaining customer of over a decade...the only way to not pay way over what other, less loyal customers are paying for their service is to disconnect my service, wait a month and then reconnect as a new customer?.
