@virginmedia Yes, the area has a fault. Expected to be resolved later this evening. However, that is @virginmedia fault , failing for which do not have service which we pay for. Pls. organise compensation. Have reported via phone as well. Thanks.

@AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

@virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

@Boothendeb @virginmedia It seems like they're pushing an update to the hub 3/virgin routers. It's 11:30pm, pretty standard for a company to do network maintenance past 8pm. Also, how can you complain about something and stay with it? Move to another company...
