    @virginmedia you say the issue has been fixed when clearly it hasn’t because lots of customers are still having connectivity problems. Far from ideal as I can’t connect to client video calls :-(

I’ve sent this feedback over and over, and the response is always to give me a ton of work and testing to do, and then the problem resolves itself and they take no responsibility.

    @harryhpalmer @RWoody1995 @SirWalterSmith9 @virginmedia Their approach of not telling anyone when things are broken, and that in fact the service status page always shows everything is fine. Or telling us afterwards when it’s fixed. Or in any way owning their failures in service.

    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia Hang on, always use a wire for your WiFi, does that not defeat the purpose of WiFi!! Listen I am not getting what I am paying for 45 quid for speeds of 20mbps. Not right, I should be getting 500mbps. You advised if 3 times in a month you will refund, its been less that 7 days!!

    @virginmedia Meant to be connected on 9th aug but cable is sticking out the ground not connected. Pavement needs digging up. Got told everyday that an engineer is coming on the same day. They never arrive. Just constant lies and I expect I won't be connected on the 9th
