So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄
