@virginmedia @iamchrisowen Some warning would have been nice, you should have told SW9 customers you intended to remove service this weekend, I could've made other plans for my deadline.

@virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

@virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

@virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

@virginmedia this company seems to have zero respect for existing customers. Poor customer service and no help at all. I will be looking for alternative more respectful companies to deal with.

Great. Bank holiday binge watch plan ruined by @virginmedia being down in SW8 AGAIN. Might be finally time to move from them. Speedy broadband isn’t speedy broadband when it doesn’t bloody work.

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph I am horrified at the appalling customer service and staff attitude that I have experienced over changing the name on my account. I have returned the paperwork, it’s been over 30 days and all I am getting is ‘computer says no’ Shocking

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

@virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia 3. Finally managed to get the “run a test” page to work. (It failed earlier.) it eventually comes back with “we know of a problem in your area”. ie the service status page was indeed incorrect. But I still don’t have anything useful like fix ETA. Please - how to get useful info??
