Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

They took 3 weeks to restore our connection, promised us compensation (promises we were able to obtain a recording of), refused to pay that compensation and then fought us every step of the way. She waved the massive bill if I dropped my complaint!! We had closed the account 5 months before that! Shocking customer service!!

Speed is fast and the service has been good, but I am now running a 5G router alongside from Three at ยฃ11 a month rising to ยฃ22 next year. Similar speeds. Financial decision.
