    @virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

    @virginmedia in Islington and have just been booted off a call on an internet issue after being on hold for 90minutes. Only two songs (both awful) as hold music is about the end of my tether. Try picking up the phone. Feel like I’m in the 1940s!

    @TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic ! What’s the connection, I wonder?

    @virginmedia Partly, I was told on Friday by the man I spoke to that I could transfer my package over there & then, I said can I change package over on Friday 14/1/22 he said yes & told me it comes in affect then, the contract says 6/2/22 not 14/1/22 so rang today & agentsEnglish poor
