@virginmedia my connection keeps randomly dropping all day today and has been for a week or so. Can’t test the connection when it happens (no Internet connection) but your service status says you have no issues. This is very frustrating #virginmediadown

@virginmedia I only wanted a credit which has now been authorised. Shouldn’t have to ask when you know about the fault. Not good customer service you should automatically apply credit

We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

@virginmedia Yeah thanks for the reply on trust pilot. I said that the Internet is down so you send me instructions on where to place the router. GOOD JOB! The router position doesn't make a difference when there is no Internet connection.
