@virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

Thanks @virginmedia for charging us a disconnection fee of £230 after being told we wouldn't need to pay a fee on the phone. Despite the fact we are being kicked out of our house and you don't provide service in our new area. Really classy move.

@MediaLow_down @virginmedia Not yet! Hope they will. Yesterday was awful- over 2 hours on the phone. They told us they could do it so we didn't sort out a new ISP now my partner will have to miss a week of work and I won't be getting any school prep done from home before new term.

Shameless. After 1hr+ on phone to @virginmedia to resolve a technical issue, disconnected a number of times, I offered the 4th person I spoke to my number for a call back if line dropped. Was told Virgin not allowed to make any outbound calls as a mark of respect to the Queen.

@virginmedia Ok just to follow up that the issue has now been resolved. 5 weeks after I phoned to sort it out. Numerous phone calls, sitting in queues and I had to complain to get any response and escalation to a senior manager to solve a 5 minute problem.
