    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @MaggieGee10 @reece_dinsdale @virginmedia I ‘m with Sky too, Maggie. Much better customer service and if you have a problem with your broadband it’s sorted quickly. I left Virgin years ago. It was a wise move.

    @virginmedia tried everything to get through keep getting cut off no email service i understand these are difficult times you have whacked my bill up im out of contract so ive cancelled my direct debit ill wait to hear from you VERY SOON

    @vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

    @virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

    So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

    Trying to get through to @virginmedia to ‘renegotiate’ my broadband contract (which is long up). Been on hold for 90 mins over two days (understandable, given our current crisis), but the calls cut off after 30 mins & feature the same, awful hold music. HELP!

    @virginmedia what a joke. Been in all day for my 8am-12pm technician slot to fix our terrible internet connection. No one can tell me where the technician is, or if they are coming. A whole morning wasted, and now wasting time on the phone getting nowhere.

    @virginmedia Checked yesterday and it was only tv issues no broadband issues, and like I said its better in the day, the broadband does not struggle at all ?? Its at night it struggles, no kids so not that many devices used either ?? Can't understand it ?

    @virginmedia why is your service so poor? I keep getting disconnected, my.internet has been unstable for over a week now. With the black out last week and now this ongoing situation I honestly don't know why I am paying for your garbage service.

    @virginmedia The contract should have ended on march 26. Not April 9th. Not only did customer retention not listen when I said I wanted to end the service they decided I wanted no change. I am not making this up. I have paid up until march 26 you will get no more money from me.

    @virginmedia The number calling me is a different one each time. Always a U.K. landline number with a “special offer” from virgin media. I was a mobile and bband customer until May22 and been taking these calls ever since then every few days despite multiple requests to be forgotten

    Hey @virginmedia. I just had a Dutch guy come to my house to fix my router. Instead, nothing was fixed and he randomly left without saying anything? Was I just scammed by a fraud?!
