    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @virginmedia Hi. Have no wifi (green light) and despite rebooting several times have a had no luck. This has happened after following your instruction to reboot for ‘faster speed’. Please advise asap - no issues in the area according to your website.

    Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments

    @virginmedia Customer Service is shocking. It’s now almost 6 hours since I asked on WhatsApp for email address to be corrected and I’m still waiting for a response.

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

    Has anyone actually been on the phone to virgin media sales team? My f*cking god I could have shot myself!! @virginmedia when I was that shocked of how bad his service was I asked him for his full name and he hung up on me! Wow! I just wanted to upgrade- was impossible to do so.

    @virginmedia Fact is you lot are scam artists and keep putting up your prices up for loyal customers. Can't get through to anyone and have had no call back from your customer service after i was told i would - THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO!!!

    @virginmedia since upgrading my package to the ultimate I have nothing but issues. The internet is terrible and slower, xbox keeps lagging tv freezes. No signal on my mobile. Terrible customer service been on hold over an hour. Extremely poor service Virgin.
