    Seriously how many times do I need to speak with @virginmedia for them to tell my why my broadband installation keeps getting pushed back (nearly 2 months now). I haven't had a single conversation without being passed between 7/8 operatives. Literally the worst customer service.

    @virginmedia The irony is we left Virgin after months of struggling with poor connectivity and trying to get a better service. We are both keyworkers and were trying to carry out telehealth and run a social services team during lockdown. Really really poor experience with your company

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope. Done that, several times already. Still not heard from sky, not about the shite wifi nor the complaint. I’ll be leaving when I’ve time to call; I’ll expect refund for the weeks of port/no internet whilst waiting for this shitshow to be sorted. @virginmedia @EE any offers?

    Not even sure whether I want to stay anymore. And to top it off, as soon as I am offered a single bit of compensation (not worth it at all!), an automated message tells me their offices are shut and they hang up on me. Absolutely awful by @virginmedia
