Just like your service guy was supposed to turn up 12-4 yesterday, but instead turned up at 7, hadn't been told what the issue was, got aggressive & drove off. You are appalling.

Bf listening to hold music for an hour, lied to about when a technician was coming, then he was aggressive and both he & customer services then seemed to be gaslighting.

But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

Evidently different sections of your company do not talk to each other, your system is broken, and for the amount we spend on broadband it's frankly unacceptable.
