    @virginmedia no disrespect but going into my account just doesn’t work- especially when there in no mention of my appointment - it’s ok for your sales team to call me and agree an 18 month contract at more money but when i need help there is none

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia total service failure 47 on hold to be told can't get an engineer until Thursday then they cut me off - no phone back and the know I am in the medically vulnerable

    @virginmedia @deepdean Can I ask if its normal when getting through to virgin media and speaking to an operative that you are left for over 7 minutes with just music? Have never had this from any other company?
