    @hannahfearn @virginmedia My brother had issues with his provider due to a restriction with ip addresses of VPN. If you are using VPN mention that specifically in complaint to virgin.

    @virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

    @virginmedia Issues yet again. No connection at all now. Superhub keeps blinking green and the setup UI says “Internet (Access denied)”.

    @virginmedia No, i was asking the agent for help but he didnt want to know, I had to keep asking him to repeat himself because I couldn't hear him, he kept reacting the same thing over and over so I asked for a manager and he said someone wud call yesterday. Still waiting!!..

    @virginmedia Okay so what do you suggest? The forum suggested hoovering and yes initially there was a build up of dust but once removed it didn't help. It has now been 2 weeks since we noticed this and keep the dust away..please advise. Thanks
