    So @virginmedia who do I invoice for the lost revenue for my husband and I as you can’t send an engineer out for 6 DAYS to fix our broadband/TV fault??! Please tell me who I’m to send the invoice to, and also how to get compensation for 6 days of lost service 😡

    @virginmedia No internet since last week, again. Have to wait 6 days for someone to come out and ‘fix’ it again. It’s a shame because you guys really don’t care. Since June my internet has been on and off like this

    @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

    @virginmedia That's my issue; in terms of service, it is resolved. Thr cable was previously buried (all be it not that deep), & I would have liked it to be again. My suggestion was leave slack so I could bury it. That message wasn't passed on to the 3rd party engineer. What would you advise?

    @virginmedia He has tried this and every time it just reverts to an automated bot response that doesn’t accept/understand /respond to his request to cancel. I need another way. As it’s proving impossible and stressful

    @virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

    @virginmedia 3 engineer visits across 4 weeks and still no wifi… promised after another failed attempt to fix yesterday someone would come today. No engineer has arrived and nobody is replying to my WhatsApp. Fix this now please.

    So after wasting a whole day waiting in for my @virginmedia box to be delievered when it was meant to, @YodelOnline has still got it sitting in there warehouse and after 2 webchat with the help desk I get told you get it when you get it…what a joke so atm have no internet fml

    @virginmedia Phoned, and as expected; they can't just "put this right". The equipment and service are working fine. That the dish is broken and there is little slack to enable me to bury the cable deeper is due to local engineers. Will just have to dig trench, break cable and wait again!

    @virginmedia @xcsuhayla This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. You can’t get through to anyone over the phone and your “fix estimates” change every couple of hours. Why can’t you provide accurate information? It’s beyond a joke how awful you’ve been for the past 48 hours.

It is now saying it will be fixed at 10am tomorrow, but that doesn't inspire much confidence as we have already had 4 or 5 different fix times already. Is there any possibility of more information?

    @virginmedia We have told each team the series of events and how their work last month resulted in our outage, yet it has taken them them 3 weeks to feed a new cable. Shame another team has to physically connect it to the property, which has so far taken another 3 days...
