We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

@virginmedia Thanks but from what I read on social media yesterday, we were not the only ones using Virgin Media having problems and sure we do not all live in Welling! Will see what happens next time we try to watch #EFL footie on the red button. But thanks for the acknowledgement

@harryhpalmer @virginmedia @IggyPop We’re watching through iPlayer and casting onto TV. Pain when it buffers though. @virginmedia better get their act together tomorrow as it says on the website we’ve had service since 5pm today and nothing is working.

Season’s greetings to @virginmedia Broadband unusable for over a week now. The ETA to fix is 2nd Jan, when whoever’s job it is to fix my issue comes back from their break. I especially enjoyed the staff who refused to put me through to a manager even though I asked 4 times

@virginmedia 🙄 already have… over the course of 8 months. Spoke to O2 who have told me there are ongoing issues in this area. Was offered to leave my contract as you couldn’t fulfil my contract it but in order to do that, I would have to pay £600 towards my handset before you could cancel.

@virginmedia -it talks about advertised speed vs normal speed. Pre contract says between 505-545 and the contract says between 506-544. But both contracts say the same M500, WiFi Pod and wifi max service.

@virginmedia No the whole estate is back on, but it keeps dropping off we’re not entirely sure we have a long term fix. There is an engineer supposed to be coming to my property on Monday but this is unnecessary and a complete waste of time. The only issue we routinely have is poor WiFi.

@virginmedia It makes no sense to cancel technicians if you’ve not fixed the network issue. Because we just keep having to rebook them for later and later dates when you say it’s a hub problem again. Round and round and round in circles and still no service. Losing money.

@virginmedia The main issue is that I get weird stuff going on with the TiVo box where I need to unplug it and plug it back in because it's either lost signal (turn it on and nothing) or it's lost audio (I have a soundbar connected to my TV)
