@virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

  • goonerlgh

@virginmedia Do you, or could you make a TV box remote for the elderly? Tiny buttons with tinier symbols instead of words, black buttons on black body.... Almost impossible for some older people to use. An OAP version with larger coloured buttons would be such a help!

  • paulstevenlewis
Paul Lewis (@paulstevenlewis) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia how do I connect to London Underground WiFi now you have turned off your own hotspots? Hopefully you are not just depriving all Virgin Media customers of the service! Especially as you are putting all your prices up!

  • andy_s_battle
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England

@virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

@Ofcom @virginmedia tactics still awful when trying to leave - harassing with calls that are irrelevant and could be emailed. Agents saying ‘no’ to requests to raise complaints and spoken to in appalling manor.
