    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    @virginmedia It's the router signal is not strong and stable enough as have had several engineers here and they have said the same so lots of money for poor service :-(

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    @pablisc0 @virginmedia Usually I just send an email and if they don't cancel, I ask the bank to do a chargeback. The bank will then attempt to cancel it and if they too struggle, they do a chargeback. Enough chargebacks, and their account gets closed by Visa/MC Debit orders I avoid as far as possible

    @virginmedia 6 weeks of interrupted broadband trying to work from home but cannot because there is either a fault in my area or they are upgrading. Now I have been told that the infrastructure cannot support the subscribers. If I could get out of my contract I would.

    @virginmedia Your broadband stopped working in London W14 on Wed night and still not working. Cell centre folks said there’s a problem in this area and should be fixed by noon, then by 4pm and still not working. When are you going to fix the problem?
