    @lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

    @virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia I called the number you suggested and apparently there is a fault that is “complex to resolve” in the area. There was no ETA given. The service status needs to be correctly reflected on the web link. Can you also advise when this matter will be resolved? This is very very poor

    @virginmedia It’s the Wi-fi signal. Only way my son could get his computer connected was Ethernet from booster. Other rooms pathetic. My big complaint other than this is your teeeible customer service. Take my money and don’t care.

    @virginmedia Yes. It will be much quicker to speak to someone as there are multiple issues! Incorrect email addresses, delays to install, refusal to guarantee broadband or acknowledge the issue and finally cutting through my phone line!

    @virginmedia OK. Let's hope that's better than the other 3 channels I've tried many times. I have sent a message and will track how long it takes for a reply on that. Hopefully you can beat 5 hours on the chat channel and 12 hours on phone. Hasten to add for no solution.
