    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @virginmedia @PTmarkedwards I was on Live chat this morning and they cut me off. You like taking the bill payment on time but Customer Service goes missing when something goes wrong. If you think £8.06 is enough for a loss of pay for a day then you need to have a chat with yourself.

    @PTmarkedwards Last time this happened it took @virginmedia days to sort it. Customer Service non existent will just offer you £8.06 in compensation for each day with no service. People trying to work at home, study etc as well as the England game missed for many. Need to be offering more 😡😡

Day 2 of no service - can't work, couldnt watch the England game, kids are bored but it's OK because you will pay £8.06 in compensation per day of loss. You need to sort yourselves out and improve your service 😡😡
