    @virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

    @virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

    @virginmedia I’ve tried all of this. As far as I can see, it’s a bot that suggests the usual rubbish. My issue is this.. wifi used to cover the whole house, now I’m told I need a booster or upgrade to a more expensive package. Also I didn’t receive promised compensation. Terrible service.

    @55hunter1872 @virginmedia Yeah I was paying about that for two boxes. Time to time I'd phone up to cancel sports and they'd keep me on with a few months half price but that was at the end of the season
