@virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

What a nightmare to try to get any assistance from @virginmedia!!! They make it impossible to do anything online and the phone team is no help. The moment I mention “Id like to cancel my contract” I got disconnected after 30 mins.

May be a work round for some experiencing #virginmedia email issues this AM. Whilst I cannot access emails via any server/computer like yourselves, I can, strangely, via my phone (although could it be because its on the virgin network?) Worth a try?...

@virginmedia That is correct, it's poor speeds on both wired and wireless devices and we shouldn't have these poor speeds. it's all of the services we have that are being affected. We shouldn't need to keep starting the super hub to get the speeds we pay for, its been like it for months
