    @virginmedia stop letting visiting technicians tell customers they’ll rebook another visit 1st thing the following day. Just wasted half a day’s work waiting in to be told by VMCS they are coming Friday. Why not just send the customer an update via text? #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @virginmedia There’s a system network issue that was unknown to your helpdesk when I spoke with them. Status update says it should be fixed by 10am but all Virgin customers in my road have been impacted. This is now twice in the last few months + I think those affected should be compensated.

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media
