@virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia It's shocking terms though. £8.40 a day after 2 days. So in last 10 days I've had no internet for 6 days, but I'll be entitled (currently) to 3 days loss of service £25.20. £25.20 for 6 days loss of service in 10.

@virginmedia Thanks, will look out for that opportunity if it arises. It seems that an area outage, a fault on my connection, and a need to install a new hub have all happened at once so I need a tech to be onsite to sort everything.
