@virginmedia Hi. I’m very well aware of the fault, the causes and the hard work your engineers are putting in to the fix the issue. All I and thousands of others want to know is a realistic timeframe to be reconnected. If we know it’s going to be days we can make alternative arrangements.

I can say that @virginmedia is giving me a proper nightmare before Christmas! I’m going to have 3 days with no Internet, TV and Phone... and they just push the fix date/time forward... should be fixed at 9 am, now they pushed to 5 PM... always that way! #fail #virginmediadown

@virginmedia Everyone gets that. But changing the estimate 5 minutes before twice is poor. And give a realistic estimate in the first place so we can make alternative arrangements.

@virginmedia I've seen you advising people to call with issues. When I call, it advises going online if you have issues? I've got intermittent quality on my broadband. I've tested online and reset. Is it possible to request a Hub 4?

@virginmedia Yes, I tried it. Initially it informed us that there was a fault and then suddenly it says that there is no fault. There's no notification in between. In the meantime I still spent 2 hours on the chatbot and never got to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia Hi. Thanks for the reply. The majority of devices are Wireless. Only one device, used occasionally, is wired. A speed test won't really tell us anything as the issue comes and goes which suggests a bottleneck. That's why I was enquiring about the Hub 4 as it can bond 32 channels

Since upgrading to the best internet on @virginmedia the internet connection has been appalling!! Just cut out on my 9 year old’s zoom lesson with an author on world book day!! Why should I pay £6.99 for a booster when I’m paying for apparently the best!
