@virginmedia Just spoke on the phone with an agent called Denande; I explained to her that days ago other Virgin agents reassured us that we would get compensation towards our next bill due to this outage and she said they lied to us and we won’t get any. This whole mess is becoming a circus

@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia Hello there, it’s past 12pm and we’re still without any Internet connection (and getting desperate now). I’d like to stress that this isn’t an intermittent signal issue but a total loss of service as we’ve been having no Internet connection AT ALL since last Friday. HELP PLEASE!

@virginmedia I cant ever access the pro options section online either tellseto pho e. Plus it was Intentional I was put on secrecy for a few mi used abs because I wouldn't hang up o was cut off. The sales person got the survey filled in so weren't interested. Plus why not phone back?

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Merged with virgin media! Since the merge, my signal has been bloody awful and in some areas that used to be 4G have now dipped to 3G. The signal has been so bad now thinking of changing contract
