  So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

  @Papi85799379 @virginmedia Is awful isn’t it? Mine’s been on and off since early June. Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia But for over an hour your website reported that there were no issues! And then I was told I don't actually have an account at all. Why do I have to go on the Mirror website to find this all out . Bad customer service
