    @virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

    @dazzleeds @virginmedia Have exactly the same experience with @virginmedia - customer service does not exist but the charges are taken and increased without fail. For three weeks have been trying to get in touch and get some support with zero result argh 😖🤯😭😭😭😭

    @virginmedia Last fix time was June 20th. Only updates I get are from CS if they choose to call. Issue is platform level which he said isn't visible on service checker

    @virginmedia any chance of anyone actually responding on the WhatsApp? I've been switched from a phone call, to an 'agent' then to 'customer relations/retentions team' and now nothing for the past hour, i only wanted to cancel my package and give my 30 days notice 🙄
