    Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

    @acefaceaaron @virginmedia If I was you I would seriously consider buying a 5G router if you've got a good signal in your area. We've also been waiting on virgin to fix a cable and ended up buying a 5g router and are seeing speeds of 300 mbs from @EE for £30 per month.

    @virginmedia- There is no Internet service for past 24 hours in an area of WV3 8AE. We were confirmed yesterday by virgin broadband advisor that an Internet connection will be fixed in couple of hours. Unfortunately situation is the same No WiFi service available from Virgin.
