Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long
