    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    @virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

    @virginmedia I see. Thanks. There is no point ringing your ‘customer service’ number - I don’t have the time or battery to listen to the same four songs on a loop for over an hour then be told nothing helpful. Been there, done that.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

    @virginmedia So I know there’s a fault and it’s the 3rd in the space of 5 days all not requiring a visit to my house so that says to me you have an underlying fault on your network in my area what are you doing to resolve this ? I pay a lot of money for your services & this isn’t good enough

    @virginmedia Did manage to speak to someone and have recieved a new Sim however I am unable to activate the sim as its still showing no signal.

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.
