    @virginmedia I wasn't complaining at all, just commenting on how Virgin is on top of its game. My broadband was only down for half an hour, no dramas. And your field tech was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on. All good here.

    @virginmedia Nope not listed there, only happening on channel 406, audio keeps cutting out and the screen flickers, tried it on 2 different TVs and having the same issue

    @virginmedia No change after rebooting both boxes (v6/hub). Nothing on the service status page. I’ve been through all of this before and was explicitly told if it happened again the cables would have to be re fitted

    @virginmedia I need an engineer to come back to my house, possibly to rewire everything as my tv service doesn’t work properly. The previous one got everything working again recently but said it might break again and if it does we would need to replace the cables coming from outside

    @virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

    @virginmedia This isn't the case, all they offer is that it's due to a technical problem there end. I'd hazard a guess that all the engineers are off due to the jubilee. But I have been made to wait at home for a non existing visit!

    @virginmedia my mum hasn’t had consistent TV, or broadband in months. It can literally go days without working yet they won’t let her leave and think it’s acceptable to charge for a service she doesn’t have. You’ve accepted your service is rubbish in this area to our neighbours.
