Surely @virginmedia should be offering full refunds for any customers that bought #JoshuaPulev Picture issues still not fixed. RT to get @virginmedia attention as they haven’t made any comment on it yet.

Shaz (@Housewife6) reported from Hammersmith, England
@virginhelp i have been having issues with my broadband with @virginmedia for months. The router has been changed still no joy, a virtual tech was supposed to call me on Wed, he didnt, i keep calling and im still at square 1. Kids all study from home, so frustrating, help me🙏🏼🙏🏼
-
James Teodorini (@JamesTeodorini) reported from Wandsworth, England
@virginmedia this is an absolute joke. No warning that there were issues with the AJ/Pulev stream so people are paying £26 for a basically unwatchable stream. If there's no refund you're defrauding your customers by getting them to pay for a service you knew wasn't working.
-
Shaz (@Housewife6) reported from Hammersmith, England
@virginmedia I just got a direct message from you but i dont think it was you! Also no issues but the wifi wasnt working. Its back now will go again
-
Ben Darlow (@kapowaz) reported from Richmond, England
@virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.
-
cwm :3 (@catmxc) reported from Islington, England

@virginmedia It’d be great if somebody could investigate that without me having to go through the support playbook of all the steps first. I need the connection for work.

Hi @virginmedia - what’s going on this weekend? TV and broadband sporadically working. Your site says everything is ok but I’ve not been able to connect to the internet all day and the tv service is having an absolute meltdown every hour or two.

@cymboi @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland, send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

Hi @virginmedia I just wanted to let you know that I'm using my own data to tweet this because it works quicker than the 350mps you claim I have. I'm a bit bored because I can't stream anything from my room, which is 10m from the router. Thanks for your great service 👍🏼
-
Aaron Cope (@AaronCoppie) reported
@virginmedia Yes and the wi-fi is still not working. We have lost the option of 2ghz and 5ghz, and apparently no longer considered secure. Care to help? And no, switching it on and off again doesn’t work
