    Think its absolutely appalling that we have to wait for @virginmedia to send an engineer to INSTALL A NEW ROUTER because ours is “broken!” For the guy to come and NOT install a router because supposedly it is the signal so he has added something to the back to regulate it

    @virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

    Trying to watch the footie on the @virginmedia app. Watch the first few mins then signs me out. My correct login doesn't work. Makes a change from their dodgy signal. Fecking useless

    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    @virginmedia internet going down 5/6 times a day, calls and live chat completely shut down so there is 0 customer service options. I get you have to keep people safe but ******* people can operate a live chat from their house... actually guess thet can't if they have your Wifi...

    @MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

    @virginmedia In the most constructive way possible; your company is atrocious. Online accounts can't report broadband faults. Calls can't get passed your options menu. My 100MB broadband barely functions. Yet your billing processes never ever falter. Deplorable.

    @virginmedia They are hopeless all they do is send engineers out who come and test, it works they say the problem is outside so I've rang them again they say it's not so nothing is being done, I'm going to find another company, I know they won't do the same speeds but it's better than nothing
