@virginmedia Please could someone let me know how to deal with issues, regarding mobile Wi-fi hotpspots and voicemail from abroad. Tried a number of times and yet to have any conversation, that didn’t require me repeating myself two or three times !!

@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

My internet has been down for hours. But there is no way to contact @virginmedia. They are had at customer service. If I don't get internet soon I will go mad like in the Shining and there will be no Edinburgh show for anyone

@virginmedia 4 days now with no WiFi or TV, no explanation, 40min waiting on the “service” number last night, 25 min so far today - I ******* hate this company!!!!! I just want to cancel!!! Please!!!!

...customers who have been with @virginmedia for a loooooooooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg time and bloody feels like a looooong time. Service at the weekend was crap (again). Expect a phone call tomorrow to the complaints dept.

@virginmedia I have a hub 3 and to be honest I'm sick of talking to people at Virgin about the issue. All they are interested in doing is following a script of tests that I've already covered myself. The issue is, 5.0 GHz WiFi has VERY WEAK signal. Older devices that use WiFi 2.4 work fine.

@virginmedia wow, what happened to your customer service? Just rang today, 25 mins in a queue, I’ve been transferred few times around. Call handlers really couldn’t be bothered. End result I gave my notice to cancel my virgin Media contract. Customer 15+ if not longer.
