    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

    @virginmedia You know what. I think we're done with Virgin. We were told we'd get the rewire appointment straight away and we're still sat there with no TV, no phone, no broadband and wires hanging out (which ain't great with kids around - even if they're "safe", we have to treat them as not.

    @virginmedia management …..thank you to your uk staff! There are some real good people who work for you but they are severely let down by your telephone system and “overseas” staff. Take a leaf from @Plusnet and use uk staff to provide all your customer service.

    @MartinSLewis Hi Martin, is it fair that you can sign up for broadband/TV services online but when you want to cancel you cannot do this through your online account and have to call? With @virginmedia we’re going through really long waits and then cut off whilst being transferred

    @virginmedia In accordance to Fibre Service T&C R.17 and definition of TLS in VM Automatic Compensation Scheme, my landlord is eligible for an early termination if this is not resolved by 8th July. As of now he is still demanding an engineer appointment with no avail. (2/2)
