    @virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia hi , have been trying to contact you for the last month. Each time been waiting for 25-30 minutes with no answer. Today after 10min someone answered but said cannot access my account. When I insisted she needed to make a note she cut me off. Awful!

    @virginmedia Honestly don't think @virginmedia can provide a worse service. Over the last 6 weeks I've had to put up with over a week of no phone lines, last week almost three days with no broadband so cant process payments, and now it's down again. Unbelievable 😠😠😠, costing £1000s

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia Hello, I've tried rebooting the hub and it has made it worse. There was nothing listed on the site as a problem for my area. I can't get through anything on Netflix without 4,5 maybe 6 stops to buffer.

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia Hey PZ, the system said there were no faults, when I did the router test, it did say an engineer needed calling out- but wasn’t available until Tuesday. The internet must have come on through the night, but had been down for around 600 residents since early Thursday afternoon

    @virginmedia Thanks for getting back. The connection isn’t up yet-beyond latest estimated fix timelines. Its quite frustrating in today’s world when people WFH and access cloud based services. This is happening in a major City Centre Zone in Manchester.
