    @virginmedia @virginmedia your customer service agents who we spoke to are also unprofessional. They hung up on us! I’m definitely pursuing this in consumer forum, amount of harassment we have been out through today is unacceptable @CountyCourts

    @virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

    @virginmedia Vodafone said they wanted proof of my mother inlaw illness and see if it's right for THEM to cancel her contract... She has late stage vascular dementia, half of the time she can't remember where she is let alone where her old blackberry is.

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!
