    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia I could have lied and said I had no knowledge of how the cable broke but didn’t. Have been a customer for about 15 years. But have lost confidence in virgin. The bills are never correct to what was actually quoted. Partner who pays bills still can’t get anyone to correct email

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia Despited repeated requests. The whole service has been a catalogue of errors but if you need to complain it’s hard work but if payment wanted there are no problems. NOT HAPPY AND NOW WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

    @virginmedia are there known issues in the SE3 area. My broadband is not working and the service status page does not and the virgin media support phone line is not able to take calls

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the actual day but they were not very helpful. As stated before this cable has never been an issue before. I can only assume that when neighbours were weeding area where my cable runs that may have accidentally lifted it.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia I’ve had your service installed this evening, but I’m only getting about 6 channels. I thought I was getting 100+. Been on hold with your customer services now for 25 minutes and still haven’t spoken to anyone. Not exactly a great start 🙄

    @virginmedia Yeah, it's not a fault per se it's the ability of the router to provide the service sold to me; I'm simply not getting anywhere near the level of internet speeds (wifi) promised by the sales team. I'm lucky to get around 45mb, sometimes 7mb in places ...not 200+!

    @virginmedia It was out for about 4 hours - but after a rather frustrating call with customer service who also told me there was no service issues and i needed an engineer (earliest appointment in 5 days) it seems to have now come back on - i am monitoring to see if this is temporary!!!
