@virginmedia OK, so tell the truth. First you say "We're carrying out essential works in your area..Sorry for any possible disruptions on the day." Now it's "we'll be carrying out essential works...which could interrupt your services." What services will be down for how long??

@virginmedia I currently have a SIM only deal with O2 and M200 Fibre broadband with VM. I’d like to cancel both and switch to your Fibre Broadband Volt package (M350 + 10GB SIM) for £11.50 extra per month. How should I go about doing this?
-

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia The test on the broadband which has consistently dropped for months never helps. I've reset the router dozens of times I've done everything suggested with absolutely no difference. One of your engineers told me VM routers were rubbish and I'd be better off buying my own!

Can anyone in my network recommend a wifi mesh system? Despite @virginmedia providing me with a wifi booster, my connection is still very average at best. It appears some devices get confused with the booster and simply knock themselves out.

Brandon Gomez (@brgomez94) reported
Feeling sorry for @SkyHelpTeam right now. Some really horrible customers just being so nasty for no reason. It's more than likely it's not even SKY's fault. It's probably a 3rd party line supplier fault like BT or Virgin Media.
-
Edson (@leftcheats) reported
@virginmedia any reason a house on my street can get your broadband at a much lower price than myself who’s been with yourself for years and years? I phone you up and you always say - it’s for new customers only Terrible
