Mark 🏴 (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
Be careful if you ever want to cancel a @virginmedia account, I wrote to them, twice as per their T&C because you can never get through on chat or phone, they deny receipt of letters because you cant send recorded delivery so they just keep sending bills and chasing payments
-
Jay Bourley (@drummerJ83) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia Hi. Have no wifi (green light) and despite rebooting several times have a had no luck. This has happened after following your instruction to reboot for ‘faster speed’. Please advise asap - no issues in the area according to your website.

-
Mary (@SandraS80775853) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.
-
Liam Smith (@Liamsmith260493) reported from London, England
@virginmedia Our Wifi has been down since yesterday can you help please
-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England
@virginmedia Hah really @virginmedia been trying live chat since 8am and now call but on hold for ages!! Is not on. Causing issues with my work!! #worstbroadband
-
Mark Armstrong (@markatpt) reported from London, England
@virginmedia you have now postponed an installation scheduled for 4th November to Christmas Eve! Can’t see that happening. Maybe someone actually based in the UK might bother to contact me about this? Minded to cancel otherwise. Not acceptable service.
-
Mark 🏴 (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia Obviously i don't have proof because your site doesn't say send recorded so why would i, my number was ported in July and I wrote same time, I have no reason to not send letter and you can see from any data usage that I stopped using your service
-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England
@virginmedia They advise they would send a signal to router, I then turn off after 5 mins, for 10 mins and when back on all will be working! Well it didn’t make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!
-
Juan Folgar Colomer (@jfcolomer) reported from London, England
@virginmedia what's the reason for the intermittent broadband service in the Charlton #SE7 area? Any ETA when this will be solved?
-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England
@virginmedia Of course. I’ve done everything required of me: I was told it’s caused by my home move and the disconnection due on 12th. Things seem to have been prematurely actioned affecting my signal
-
Jay Bourley (@drummerJ83) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia Hi, the VMGo app is telling me I need to upgrade to watch live tv but I’ve got the right package to have access and have until today watched live via the app. Is there an issue? Tried restarting it etc.

-
Andrew Colman (@scuttyoftheyard) reported from Ilford, England
@virginmedia The only winners are the scalpers. You and O2 should hang your heads in shame at how this has happened. Disgusting.
-
Mark 🏴 (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia It's okay I've taken it up with CEDR now and let them resolve it, I'm just highlighting to people how difficult it is to cancel contracts and the fact that VM consistently "loose" letters
-
Mary (@SandraS80775853) reported from London, England
@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.
-
Mark 🏴 (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England
@virginmedia Yes I have chased and chased and spent 4 hours today on WhatsApp, no advise just can't help because I have outstanding bill....no the line isn't active because it was ported over to Community Fibre on 8th July
-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reported from Crayford, England
@virginmedia @virginmedia can have no rival to the worst customer service out there! Said resolved an issue after held for over an hour only to find it’s not and I now can’t get back in touch. 2nd day work ruined
-
Andrew Colman (@scuttyoftheyard) reported from Ilford, England
@virginmedia Been trying since 10.00 am and the priority app is still down.....interesting use of the word 'priority '....

@virginmedia one of your workers has just unplugged the streets internet and the fastest you can fix this is THURSDAY! Three days of no internet means I miss 3 days of work which I do not get paid for. This is awful service bruh
-
Annie Paul (@Anni3Paul) reported
@virginmedia I checked the service status but that only refers to broadband/TV/phone. This issue is with the authentication mechanism on your website. It is not working and I need to be able to log in and check my account is secure.
-
Singapore Maths Academy (@SGMathsAcademy) reported
@virginmedia That team us useless, they've transferred me to the wrong number, told me they would call me back within hour and after 4 hours haven't! Your customer support is horrendous. What is the email address of the CEO?
-
Hendo1980 (@Hendo1980) reported
@virginmedia 3pm and still not working internet, which is really useful when you work from home, when is this going to be sorted?
-
Glen Arnold 🇬🇧🇬🇷🎹🎶🎵 (@MrBlitzed) reported
@virginmedia Yes and it says 'no issues'
-
Joe (@mrjoevember) reported
@virginmedia It is. An operator at the contact centre confirmed it. They informed me that the estimated resolution date is 9th March (over 48 hours from when the problem began). As we both WFH, I'm sure you appreciate how inconvenient this is. We wish for this to be deducted from our bill.
-
Thom (@ThomFairey) reported
@virginmedia Can I get some help, I spent over an hour setting up a new package just to be told there were issues with O2, I was told I would be called back. This was over a week ago. Can I get this sorted.
-
Thom (@ThomFairey) reported
@virginmedia I don't really want to have to go through the whole process again. I was on the phone for over an hour. It was just sorting out the O2 SIM that was an issue. I said I would happy have the bundle without a sim, but the deal is more expensive without it, and not cheaper.

Daniel Peart (@peartdan) reported
@virginmedia Hi, I need you to confirm which company is providing your mobile coverage as I need to avoid them when I leave you due to awful coverage.
