    @virginmedia 11/ I've never been 6 days without internet and help was much more available in the past with virgin. Now, customers are being left high and dry.

    @journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

    @virginmedia putting their tariffs up by 17.3% from 1st April - that’s 3.9% over the Retail Price Index Inflation of 13.4%…people getting nowhere near this sort of increase in their pay packets…hang your heads in shame especially in a cost of living crisis.

    @virginmedia 9/ speak but he kept interrupting me. He had no help for me for having no internet for 6 days. He kept sighing and refused to put me through to anyone who could offer anymore help.

    @MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    @MayorofLondon Shame they provide the most terrible customer service and treat you like they've got you by the short and curlies! Pay £400 a year for a service, custome service agents are like robots and stuff you for days when it doesn't work with no alternative offered! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    On phone to @virginmedia for 55 mins to cancel, speak to 4 different people about a mis-sold service and then when I ask them to produce my contract they hang up. Not happy.

    @virginmedia No as I look after an elderly lady with parkinsons on Thursdays which means she doesn't get to get out of the house if I don't see her. So it's booked in for Friday. What help doninhave till then? Or reimbursement? I'm free every day after 3pm & I'm free Tuesday all day

    @virginmedia 8/ have to pay if it came down to a third party router intimating that the fault was mine. No appointment till Thursday! I tried to explain that I care for an elderly lady and he wouldn't let me speak and kept interrupting me which was incredibly rude. I advised him to let me

    @virginmedia 4/ I work from home so asked what can I do in the meantime? No help given. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 15 mins to speak to Supervisor ( 45 mins total already spent on phone)..

    A loyal customer for 9+ years at #virginmedia My broadband was disconnected due to an incorrect disconnection request made by a new customer. Virgin disconnected my services without my permission and wouldn't reinstate it until the new customer removed their request!

    @virginmedia been having a Wi-Fi range issue for months now . Had 2 calls say we have an issue with our router and an engineer will call to arrange a visit . This still hasn’t happened . Very frustrating wasting time on the phone to go through the whole thing with someone else

    @virginmedia & @vmbusiness. You really do need to sort out your customer service. After successfully getting past your Triage Bot I was directed to an Agent on WhatsApp. Then after waiting for an hour I got the message that the Agents had finished for the day. Disgraceful.

    @JimSterling @virginmedia I you don’t have issues, you’re golden, you’re the lucky elite with pretty much the best residential internet connection available in the uk. They’re not available everywhere though and if you’re unfortunate with the ISP lottery you’ll get some of the worst CS the uk had to offer

    @JimSterling @virginmedia Don’t blame you. We’ve been having issues with Our Virgin Broadband for over a month. Keep giving us new resolve dates but getting no better. Our son who works from home having to relocate to carry out his work. Not happy. 🥴🥴
