After 4mnths of this we went @Hyperoptic and never looked back. VM uninterested in my feedback on its failings. As to the street boxes...

@virginmedia I had an email Monday saying i was due a refund but there was a problem with my information and to click on the link ! Of course i deleted the email as it was obviously not from Virgin media , they got my regon code rong as well as not using my name on the email !

@MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

@virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought
