    On phone to @virginmedia for 55 mins to cancel, speak to 4 different people about a mis-sold service and then when I ask them to produce my contract they hang up. Not happy.

    @virginmedia No as I look after an elderly lady with parkinsons on Thursdays which means she doesn't get to get out of the house if I don't see her. So it's booked in for Friday. What help doninhave till then? Or reimbursement? I'm free every day after 3pm & I'm free Tuesday all day

    @virginmedia Just spouting corporate line does not improve the situation. No advanced notice, no resolution to problem, appointment missed, but if I am not here for a visit I am fined. This is very one sided for a service that has other companies wanting the business

    @virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which Iโ€™m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support againโ€ฆโ€ฆ.

    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia John - lights are on but the external fault has already been established. It is a contractor that has to deal with the issue - one claimed to have done it but it failed to work - now you contractor is failing to respond to requests by your colleagues 4 updates on a new commission

    @virginmedia you owe me ยฃ241.47 in compensation for 45 days without internet service since the start on my contract (22nd July) and the 3 missed engineer appointments. I will be chasing this through @Ofcom. When Will you start providing the service youโ€™re contracted to?

    @MayorofLondon Shame they provide the most terrible customer service and treat you like they've got you by the short and curlies! Pay ยฃ400 a year for a service, custome service agents are like robots and stuff you for days when it doesn't work with no alternative offered! @virginmedia
