    @virginmedia disgusting service you wait in all day for an installation to be told it’s been cancelled when you call and the Philippines call centre you speak too cannot help at all - day lost of work virgin don’t care. Then told now have to wait until the 17th April.

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

    @virginmedia It's sorted Virgin should have a button on their desktop to cancel contracts because the process was so stressful I will never recommended virgin media to anyone.

    The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I did. It has the fault registered but then the link in the text message that you send says there’s no problem. The phone message says that it’s a really complicated issue - it must be if it’s taking this long to fix!!!

    My poor 86yo mother has been having issues with @virginmedia TV, it regularly goes off for more than 24 hours (yesterday until today ) anyone else have this issue ? Her neighbour is having same trouble . She lives alone so really needs her telly to be working

    @virginmedia Desktop PC and work laptop PC both Ethernet cable connected to adjacent VM router. Keep losing connection. Yesterday VM tech support said it was a ‘local fault’ in my area, and to wait 24hrs. 24 hours later, same fault, but TS say it’s fixed. Why is VM so appalling?
