@virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

@virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. A dumb text telling me to do what I've already done. I'm not thick Virgin I just want the service I pay for.

@virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

@virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

@virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

@virginmedia shocked by just how appalling your service has been to move house. Told 5th Sep then told 20th Oct for install. Been cut off 6 times on calls. Best you can do is £50 credit. I need broadband not credit. Told I couldn't get a dongle then told I can but have to pay!

@virginmedia perhaps you can tell me the truth. No Internet or phone line. Online service status says no problem. Run a test, can't be done. Phone the helpline and there's an outage in the area. This not picked up in your area status on line. Can't talk to a human to discuss.

@virginmedia Your virgin advisor on the phone was rude and had a pretty bad attitude in a nutshell. Mostly his response was ‘you should cancel then’ or similar. We had 6+ broadband outages in 7 days.
