@virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

@virginmedia We’ve already called and you’ve said you haven’t had the request so I don’t see how calling again will help. Sky have told us they have requested it. Have seen numerous accounts of you blocking number ports to Sky so I’m not surprised. Pretty outrageous.

@virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

@virginmedia It's the router signal is not strong and stable enough as have had several engineers here and they have said the same so lots of money for poor service :-(

@virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

@virginmedia I contacted virgin last month to cancel or get a better deal. We settled on a better deal but was told I was receiving the new hub 3. It’s been more than a month I’m sure it 5 weeks Monday, I still haven’t received the new hub.

@virginmedia Wired connections are pretty much the same, were never able to get through to a human unfortunately (which has been our experience since joining Virgin) We replaced the superhub with a stronger WiFi router due to its terrible performance so can't can't even run self tests 😳
