    @virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

    @virginmedia nothing but issues. 2G & 5G always stops working. Updates happens when ever it feels like. And every time I contact Virgin, it's like talking to a 6 year old.

    @virginmedia But we HAVE NOT MADE the call and because of the “cleverness” of these people, we are not willing to gamble with the investigation. It’s our word against yours! Your “Geeks” could say anything and we’re screwed! We will see out our contract and then CANCEL!!!!

    @vmbusinesshelp @virginmedia another day and still no business phone lines now into day six, figures are down and angry emails from existing customer as they can't get through on the phone. Looking forward to getting the standard "sorry to hear" tweet which leads to nothing.

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    @virginmedia Hello, I've tried rebooting the hub and it has made it worse. There was nothing listed on the site as a problem for my area. I can't get through anything on Netflix without 4,5 maybe 6 stops to buffer.

    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

    @virginmedia No engineer arranged, was spoken to like I’m incompetent, advised to just keep it off as a long term ‘solution’ have had two engineers and a third come to resolve an issue in the area a month ago!
