    @AnnG50707311 @virginmedia I always haggled with them and got them to come in at new customer prices. Surprising what they will give you when you let them think you are leaving. Also let them know what other companies will offer you to become a customer as they may match the offer

    @virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have also been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

    @virginmedia hi nope just saying unavailable at this time which is no help! working all week so now have to plan to work from home incase the update is its coming tomorrow!!! was all going good just yodel a nightmare! when there updated at 21.15 last night it said 15.00! so lied there!

    @virginmedia we have had no Internet or TV since yesterday afternoon/evening. Service checker seems down and unable to log into my virgin media as just spins or says unavailable SM1 1RB please advise.

    @TracyWoodley4 @virginmedia @Virgin Their service has certainly gone down hill and this issue with the call centre is a complete farce. If they can't even get their own internal systems sorted as a telecomms company what hope do we have? My contract is up in March and I will defo be leaving Virgin.

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

    So trying to cancel @virginmedia services and the stalling tactics being used are not cool. If customers want to leave they have every right to do so. Let them go.

    @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

    @virginmedia Yes he left a name & phone number, said I should I let him know if I still have issues. I've contacted him 3 times including this morning since his visit last Friday.

    @jamesdgreen02 @virginmedia I've got the same problem. Was told by the faults team that if it wasn't fixed by 11pm last night that it should be fixed by 8pm tonight. Still not fixed at the moment

    @virginmedia I am concerned as i am a carer for a boy with ASD. He is already anxious it will go down again. It isnt running properly for him and the unpredictablity is unhelpful. What if it goes down again tonight and he has a meltdown and i cant contacr virgin to report it

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the number and it says we’ve got intermittent issues and does say its more complex, but that isn’t really helpful when I need the internet, there’s things I haven’t been able to do this weekend as the connections been so awful, it’s only recently been upgraded too

    @virginmedia They needed a sim number which I got for them. I've tried to contact the same agent again but each new person can't seem to tell me who they were & then just seem to pluck random prices from thin air (I assume it'll all be on my notes) Absolute appalling customer service

    @virginmedia I spoke to the number given to me on the diagnostic page and I they said yesterday somebody was looking at it The fact you are unaware that br5 has an issue and the fact I get different answers when using your diagnostic tool doesn’t fill me with hope you are actually working on

    @virginmedia Yes, sometime we do, as well as general buffering messages...some of the codes we've had are: CS9994, CS2317, CS9993, CS2305, suggestion to run diagnostics providing IPv6 gateway and address not available and "weak signal" diagnosis

    @virginmedia Done all that. The internet was down for about 4 hours from 8pm to midnight ish. Did all the checks that virgins website said. Went on whatsapp help which was down And when i eventually got on it at 9.55pm it said it was closed even though your website says until 10pm
