  Listening to the broadband presentation on @itvMLshow with some irony. I pay @virginmedia £79/month for broadband/phone & TV. BB/TV failed in November, after many calls they say it will be fixed in March 2023 😬 Compensation is only calculated when service is restored 😪 Fair?

  @virginmedia I've been having problems with my phoneline and it is currently dead, can't make or receive calls. An engineer came on Friday but its still not working. Charges have been appearing on my phone bill for calls I have not made. This has happened twice since November.

  @virginmedia Though I am dyslexic I have painstakingly done this on multiple devices and have photos to show It - not posting them publicly but it does not recognise that password 😢 A search on line suggests the problem is not unique. I have one hour to call the manufacturer if you advice.

  @virginmedia There is a blockage, that I know - I have had no service since November. I was told it would not be sorted before March 6th. I had been promised 3 call backs from different people in the Exec Department - none have followed up.

  @CityFibre have blanket banned anyone from having fast fibre broadband who has a Telecare device (warden alarm system). @virginmedia the only realistic alternative in my area, had me up and running within 3 days of ordering. No dramas, excellent service!

  @SkyCricket Any chance UK tv viewers could watch this on our @virginmedia sets please? Channels 504 and 505 are not working and yes I have switched it off and back on (twice). We pay 💰s for this and the report service doesn’t seem to do very much, except send me round its loops. Not cricket

  @anon_opin I keep getting calls from supposedly Virgin media. They ask me for customer number, I say I don't know, well if you'd just like to log into your account. No I wouldn't. Well, can you confirm you address,no you tell me, you should have it in front of you. Then they hang up

  @Benleo In the end, I wasn't prepared to waste my time trying to get blood from a stone, so I called my bank to report it as fraud. Whether they put it down as fraud or not, I don't know, but they knew all about Virgin Media and did a chargeback for me.
