    Think I am cursed with home internet. All the trouble in India and now a culmative 2 hours trying to contact @virginmedia with no success of speaking to a human back home. All data expired and phone line/TV also not working so we must refresh and start again tomorrow 😳

    @virginmedia on hold now 30min to cancel virgin account. No wonder I wan to leave you make customers pay almost £100 for service which not good. Then u keep customer on hold for over 30min. Amazing service 😂 not recommending to anyone virgin save the money and stress!

    @virginmedia P2. My issue is that I’ve been receiving very poor and in some cases no broadband and WiFi in my home and I’ve been charged the full amount each month and now I’m in a position to renew my contact I’m being asked to pay even more each month for the same service, this is unfair.

    Day one of switching from @virginmedia to @bt_uk and honestly I didn’t think a WiFi provider could get any worse than virgin until BT came at the 11th hour, argued about installing the cable and drilled a ridiculous hole in my walk. Great service 👍
