@virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

@virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

@virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

@virginmedia I registered for an account. However, when I try to login it informs me that the email is not recognised. If I try to create an account it tells me that the account is already registered. If I try to reset my password it tells me an account with the email does not exist.

@virginmedia There’s no faults. These issues have been ongoing for over a year. Upgraded to 200mbps and still struggle. The problem has always been the constant drop in connection. Now we just want out the contract because we’re pretty sure another company could offer a more reliable device
