@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

•today my husband rang @virginmedia to try and reduce our £129 monthly bill by removing movies and a tivo box that does not get used no problem they said we can send you a new box aswell but there was a £79 charge for an engineer to fit it when my husband fitted my dads last

@virginmedia I have already called - the line says that there are issues with the network in the area but the link that gets texted says that there isn’t… we’re still without any internet connection and this has been persisting for well over 24 hours now
