@virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

@virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

@virginmedia Thank you. I have hub 4 which is like a cube shape with one led light that goes around the hub and it is solid. Devices report the problem of being connected to the router but router not connected to the internet. Few times i've restarted it ,it connected then dropped after 10min

@virginmedia same as everyone else. Your broadband is down. No one can connect to WiFi, and I am not getting internet via Ethernet either. However I am not going to ask for support because I know it’s a case of waiting for you to fix it. Just stop asking people to reset routers for no reason

@virginmedia Broadband services have been down since Friday night/ Saturday morning. Had a tech out last night and checked all wiring internally. Rebooted super 4 it will connect and work for 5 mins and stop working. Checked the cabinet using his meter and the it seem to be low signal
