    @virginmedia @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

    @virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

    @virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

    @virginmedia your sales team are the biggest bunch of #fraudsters I’ve ever dealt with! Phone us to offer a better package and you have taken our package and completely messed it all up! #CustomerService at it’s worst! If this is how you treat a loyal customer of 14year, I’m off!

    @virginmedia @Virgin What a disgraceful customer service, spent 4 days in Spain no coverage, emergency calls only, texted #virgin on X, no reply. Arrived home to Dublin called 1908, "sorry we can't help you have service now", you should have contacted when you had no service....!

    @virginmedia Apology accepted but your data is clearly bad and your systems faulty if you have to rely on assumptions not truth. Sadly symptomatic of @virginmedia - @ICOnews should investigate. When your systems also wrongly say I haven't paid my bill in full it's systemic not unusual.😡

    @IamCarrieagain @virginmedia .@virginmedia truly shame on you, do you realise how difficult it is for disabled people to be without the internet, unbelievably bad practice, and after the difficult time you also gave to my elderly Mum I’m glad not to be a customer too, if this is the way you provide a service.
