I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

That coincided with my surgery, managed to have the new hub up & running with some help but haven’t been able to access the solar inverter to reset so far.

I was out of contract and paid £104 for 2 months, new bill for same service is now £64, less than what I was paying in contract. After 12 months it goes up to £69.
