@virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

@virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

@virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

@virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

@virginmedia Says theres no issue but everytime i ring up the woman bot says there’s an issue and needs to restart everything. Hasnt fixed it. Internet is intermittent. Sometimes says i have an unstable connection. All this after an email saying things have improved for free...

@virginmedia No we only realised we had no phone line in the walls when are alarm person came around to look into it. To add insult to it all you have now just text me to say you are cancelling the engineer?? I have put an official complaint in now as im really shocked about this altogether

@virginmedia No. I had a call from retentions today offering to send another engineer out and if I was still unhappy I could cancel within my 14 day cooling off period. In other words I would have to sign up again to get an engineer out. I'm paying for 30 days with only 1 of the boxes working

@virginmedia I was automatically offered the £3.50 discount without speaking to anyone. So shouldn't really pay anymore but £3.50 not too bad but £19.50 is a lot unless you get a better service. Unfortunately I don't use the phone and TV is not very good .
