    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @virginmedia Well, @virginmedia that's all very well but I enjoy @CNN at the very least you should be reducing your prices to package holders by the price it would cost to stream CNN. The same goes for the loss of the Fox TV channel, now I will never find out if Gibbs is OK (NCIS).

    @virginmedia I understand that the charge is valid, but am shocked that Virgin Media would prefer to take £240 from me and to lose my custom than to keep me as a customer in the future and take a considerable amount more off me over the next 10, 20, 50years!

    @virginmedia hi, I’ve set up my tv box but I can only get channel 1 & 4 on the Mixit package, it says other channels aren’t available on my subscription, even though they’re listed on the channel list. I rang you but they didn’t help. Can you?
