Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

@virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

@virginmedia Yes an engineer attended for a different reason and he told me what he had found and to keep my eye on the phone bill. Low and behold a charge appeared and customer service also saw that the line was crossed with another number.

*SCAM ALERT* Today I had a phonecall supposedly from @virginmedia saying my wifi had been compromised & they wanted me to download teamviewer QS app. This app allows them access to your phone & in turn, access to everything you look at ie. banking etc DONT BE FOOLED. HANG UP!!!!
