Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    @virginmedia Yes multiple times, they even sent an engineer out once and all he did was reset the router like I have been doing myself. And no outage that I am aware of in my area. Today is the same as always, intermittent wifi. It’s so frustrating for online learning too

    @virginmedia can you advise of any issues in the WA5 area of Warrington please. TV keeps going off every 5 mins with error code V53. Have tried to visit service status site but that appears to be down at moment as well. Broadband and phone are fine.

    @DUCKmagstoke Always a problem with @virginmedia mate they have been caught for very poor service and not connecting on @BBCWatchdog last week I am with them and have medical equipment I need WiFi for and it’s always dropping out they said they have improved it but I would prob die first😡

    When you swap your service provider and join @virginmedia for £79 a month and don't get to watch the TV channels cause they never work but @virginmedia don't help but still take your money
