    @virginmedia This is a long story. But Virgin have changed my IMEI number making a second repair not possible. My account is down and even Virgin can't access it. I've been promised calls back several times but they've not happened. The litany of Virgin failures is impossible to put in a text

    I'm having real trouble cancelling my Virgin media account. Cant6v chat them, can't email them now on hold for 10 minutes. Just want to end the contract give 30 days notice. New promotion only for new customers. Wtf?

    Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

    @virginmedia I don't mind the issue taking longer than expected to fix. I DO mind being on an update list and getting no updates. When I queried this I was told "we only send out updates once an issue is fixed". These services keep people earning money. Updating with delays too is vital!

    @virginmedia Yes I said had an email all I got was rudeness from Lauren (Irish accent) and some help from Sophie but even then she did something different to what was agreed . Please get a manager to call me so I can take them through the whole sorry affair

    @virginmedia you are the single most frustrating and repetitively broken WiFi provider I have ever dealt with I'm my life. Every single day your internet goes completely and every day you say you've fixed the problem, I'm sick of it. We pay you to provide a service and you don't.

    @virginmedia That they can’t explain why you have taken the money you have but equally don’t know how to resolve it. It seems that no one at virgin can help. I bet if I cancel my direct debit to redress what I am owed someone would be quick enough to resolve it then

    @virginmedia customer service and handset trade in is a joke. Offer one thing and then totally change the offer. Give customer the contact number for Bright Store which is not recognised. Should have trusted my instincts and went with another network. 🤬
