@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

@virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

@virginmedia Yes it's the virgin v6 box, both have been rebooted. Automated check on the phone said there were 'no issues detected' but the picture is still distorted massively (unwatchable levels)
