    Anyone else really struggling with slow speeds over the last 10 days with @virginmedia. It's been spot on for 2 years now and then 10 days it seems something has happened. Lucky to get over 10Mb now 🙈

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve been given multiple estimated dates for the issue to be resolved which have all come and gone. The latest being the 26th The service is terrible. Guess I’ll just wait some more time to pass and be charged for a service I’m not receiving.

    @virginmedia Thankyou for your reply . It says we've found an issue & have let our technicians know & we hope to fix it by the 21st 15:00 . But it's been saying this since last monday and changing the dates as it was supposed to be fixed by last Friday 14th and clearly isn't.

    @MartinSLewis Not true for me. Just called them. Only offer was to agree to another 18 month contract or cancel. Guess which one I’ll be doing @virginmedia ? You can cancel WITHOUT EARLY TERMINATION PENALTY as a result of this price hike. 10% increase mid contract is disgusting treatment.

    @virginmedia your retention team are awful. Trying to sort Gran’s account. Automated system can offer a discount, but the agent can’t?? Wants to charge £13 more a month instead? Ask for a manager and told no, raise a complaint told no. Agent then hangs up on me.

    @virginmedia I don't have a hub 3. The app said sign in to upgrade your hub at no cost. I signed in. There is NO way to upgrade a hub. There is no menu item that covers it. The help won't tell you how to do it. I pay over £100 a month for your 'service'. I just want the advertised broadband.
