    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    Virgin media - your automated service has a flaw, it just repeats the same message, ‘ no faults found’, when there is a fault, like my internet is giving 2Mb download right now

    @Sathnam @virginmedia Had this with an elderly relative. I phoned Virgin to cancel and then got to speak to someone and also got a tariff reduction for services more approparite for her needs (the lovely guy in the call centre did agree that the tariff they'd put her on was for family of 4 gamers).

    @virginmedia You are confirming what I've said then - you don't care about retention. How much does this cost your brand reputation every year? Literally any new fibre supplier can come out and dominate when you treat existing customers like this.
