  @virginmedia @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

  @virginmedia I am trying to access live chat as I have blackspots in house and would like WiFi boosters from Virgin. I have 200 Mbps but am getting only 20mbps in bedroom. Cannot find live chat on sites other than loads of help pages. Really frustrating

  @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

Ofcom found that MILLIONS of customer service interactions were mishandled to prevent or delay cancellations. Specific tactics included: • Deliberately dropping or hanging up calls when customers asked to cancel. Putting callers on hold for no reason to frustrate them Excessive and unnecessary call transfers between departments.   @virginmedia It’s a disgrace I have been trying to get a refund from my account for near 2 months now and it still has not been sent. 9 phone calls an email from a manager to guarantee it would be sent back and 7 chats all recorded. Think is a complaint to ofcom now !!

  @vdaybabygirl85 @rayquannnnnnn @virginmedia Keeps dropping out? Which VM Hub do you have? I've just got upgraded free from the hub 3 to hub 5 and so far haven't had any drop outs. Give the customer services a call and ask for an engineer (free) and when they come, it's ifs the hub 3, they'll change it for free.
