    @virginmedia i get it. Captalist country and therefore a fallacy to beleive we dont need you. You social media support responders are in jobs etc But really, VM broadband is a joke. Bring back telewest and the more personal service of old. #virginmediadown again

    @virginmedia you are an absolute shambles and that’s me being polite .... countless amounts of calls, hours on end of holding on the line and trying to resolve a very simple issue and it is STILL not resolved ..I am beyond frustrated now and will never ever use you again

    @virginmedia still no connectivity at all for me in SS0. Running a successful ISP should also surely include upda ting customers when issues arrise. Internet connectivity in this day and age is a utility, not a nice to have. #virginmediadown

    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @virginmedia You advised two days ago to not turn off the router and it would take you 24 hours to see to the issue because there was a problem in the area. We've done everything you asked and still sitting here losing connection all the time.

    @virginmedia Dealing with price rises themselves isn't necessarily a problem (though nobody likes them!), it's the fact it's such a large one. A 10% increase is obscene, and well above inflation. Can you offer any compromise?
