Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

@virginmedia I took some broadband speed readings and it looks like the problem is yours, not ours as you've continually suggested. Speed reduced to less than half at router. Always in the early hours. Very odd.
