    @virginmedia I'm really fed up I've waited 45 minutes to speak to you to cancel my services after yet another price increase to be told I've got another 30 minutes to speak to another team I'll go sky for a cheaper deal now

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @virginmedia WHAT AN AWFUL SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING! Internet down over 1 hour, your automated service hangs up when saying it’s going to test my line and when I ring and go to ‘ want to leAve’ that’s a 10 min+ hang on phone Sort yourselves out Virgin Media😡

    Really frustrating customer service unable to get through to anyone, no replies on chat. Poor broadband service on speed test paying 200mbps receiving 3mbps minimum guaranteed download speed should be 107mbps. Please can someone respond. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It just seems like Virgin Media is staffed by 3rd party support that doesn't want to own or resolve a problem at the least. At worst you are illegally hiking up my tariff and not allowing me to leave within a cop to keep a sale.

    @virginmedia your customer service chat is shocking, been speaking to your chat, they then pass me through two teams an then into a 4 hour queue after already waiting an hour to speak to someone, we haven't even had an install yet and beginning to regret it
