    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia disgusting customer service ... after months of issues still not being resolved our latest phone call after raising a complaint the customer service representative hung up on me! Getting to the point now where we will be leaving 😡

    @virginmedia 5 days with no landline despite your customer services saying 24 hours everytime I ring so yes I have been in touch and no they have still not sorted it total joke!

    @virginmedia No as normal Virgin customer service go quiet until I am forced to ring them again and as for the bill no additional charges you just seem to have doubled the bill

    @virginmedia Can I cancel my contract with you on here. I’ll also be telling the emergency services next time I get a cross line call from them that it’s your negligence causing the nuisance calls. Can you imagine how that makes me feel getting called by them at 1:30 am?

    @virginmedia Can you just resolve this and give me a simple answer to my simple question. Why are you asking me to jump through hoops for this. In the meantime the technician confirmed the shorting of the line is causing calls to the emergency services. That’s so bad

    @virginmedia Surprisingly when I agreed to this service it never entered my mind that YOU would not be able to provide a service within the capital and also that I would be moving. So not surprisingly this obviously very small print did not seem to matter to me at the time.
