@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

@virginmedia Sorted now. Disappointing because I was happy with the actual TV and broadband service. Spent 3 hours dealing with Virgin via whatsapp and Phone 2 weeks ago to be promised a call back and my services sorted out last friday and total silence. Poor Customer service is why I've left

@virginmedia Made 18.04.22 online - Disgusting resolution provided and told to contact customer services. I did and they couldn't help. I've since emailed twice to the email address I received with the original resolution and been ignored. Nobody seems to know what they're doing !at Virgin!
