    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @virginmedia your cust service number is an 0848 premium number so is not inc in minutes from an o2 mobile Even though WM & o2 now same company and I purchased as 1 package with unlimited minutes

    @virginmedia no issue not resolved - still charged £22.00 to call virgin media from o2 mobile purchased as a package. Still very upset, still out of pocket. Complaints service next to useless Still addressing me as Andrew ( dead husband).
