Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

Had an appointment with an engineer for this morning due to issues in HD4 and because the wider issue has been resolved, you cancelled my appointment and didn’t even tell me. I had a separate issue to the outage. Shocking
