    @virginmedia WHAT AN AWFUL SERVICE YOU ARE PROVIDING! Internet down over 1 hour, your automated service hangs up when saying it’s going to test my line and when I ring and go to ‘ want to leAve’ that’s a 10 min+ hang on phone Sort yourselves out Virgin Media😡

    @virginmedia Only if i had virgin media box for my own but I don't live with my Mum and dad anymore but she my still pays for it anyway on her account by virgin I have a Sony Xperia mobile but my WiFi is Now BT mark Steven Grahame house in Southchurch in Southend please help

    Virgin media - your automated service has a flaw, it just repeats the same message, ‘ no faults found’, when there is a fault, like my internet is giving 2Mb download right now

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    @virginmedia I'm really fed up I've waited 45 minutes to speak to you to cancel my services after yet another price increase to be told I've got another 30 minutes to speak to another team I'll go sky for a cheaper deal now

    @Dianemiddleto @tankhead666 @virginmedia Thanks. I got the text hours after talking to Virgin Media on the phone to activate my hub after a house move. Never had it before. Something not right in their call centres.

    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @Shadow_Official @virginmedia This issue I found happened more on wifi, I had to put in a secondary switch and run everything via Ethernet.

    @virginmedia nothing but issues. 2G & 5G always stops working. Updates happens when ever it feels like. And every time I contact Virgin, it's like talking to a 6 year old.

    @virginmedia why oh why do you keep sending me paper bills AND charging me for them, I have never asked for a paper bill and have phone to cancel them twice 😡🤬 and this morning what do I get 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia So it's now finally done, but by your high pressure delaying tactics, I've gone from a satisfied customer at 08.30 this morning to one that is fuming. Totally unacceptable. The whole interaction took an hour. What a waste of time.

    @55blueballoons @virginmedia They have the most pathetic call centre and customer service. I was a customer for over 10 years and have received the worst service when leaving them. I will never go back to virgin or recommend them to anyone. Stay away and use Sky

    @gingertrvlguru @virginmedia They were dreadful when my mum had them. Internet never worked properly and trying to get any tech support took hours and was impossible. She cancelled.

    @virginmedia And no I don't use WhatsApp. I am just going to have to resign myself to another hour listening to hold music aren't I? I just want an explanation of why I am being charged this much for a service I wasn't using. And that I was out of contract for at the time.

    Hi @virginmedia I'm trying to cancel my broadband via your WhatsApp chat service. I've told the person *four* times that I'm not interested in another deal and they still won't process the disconnection. Getting exceptionally frustrated.
