    Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

    @virginmedia But we HAVE NOT MADE the call and because of the “cleverness” of these people, we are not willing to gamble with the investigation. It’s our word against yours! Your “Geeks” could say anything and we’re screwed! We will see out our contract and then CANCEL!!!!

    @virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    @virginmedia Hub 3. Rarely able to have a zoom chat with work without issues and WiFi drops off devices occasionally so I have to use my phone data sometimes.

    @virginmedia Your engineer came out as planned. He explained that the 360 box was not working at the moment. He left our property without any demo. We were left without any Virgin tv for 30 hours. Phoned your call centre and was on hold for nearly 2 hours. Didn’t get an apology.issue resolved

    @virginmedia Yes, still a problem AT YOUR END (I know because a few neighbours were out at the same time) system was off again at prime time last night (about 8:30pm). What is going on? Is this the “upgrade” VM just wrote tome about? If so then we need to discuss your definition of upgrade
