    @virginmedia promised me if I moved it would be really easy. Just unplug, plug back in & ready to go. 9 phone calls, 2 promised call backs (that never happened), and 1 engineer visit later I’m still not set up!

    Never had customer service as disgraceful as @virginmedia today. 3.5hrs on hold, customer service hangups, staff accusing other staff of lying raising complaints about one another. Refusing to transfer calls to a manager. Bunch of kids. Take a hard look at yourselves. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Checked the guide way too many times and tried everything, called up and tried to get it sorted so many times but it just says its running tests then never sorts out the issue. Wish I'd never changed from now tv lol, and they were pretty shoddy
