@virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@virginmedia nothing but issues. 2G & 5G always stops working. Updates happens when ever it feels like. And every time I contact Virgin, it's like talking to a 6 year old.

@virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

@lesleymack @virginmedia I would recommend hiring a medium because you will 100% find more customer support from them than any avenue virgin media give. 24 days no internet here and now given 2nd 2 week wait bringing it to nearly 6 weeks without connection. Do you know any good medium's I could try???

Their recent merger with O2 (another company with woefully inadequate customer service) has given me reason to find another provider.
