    Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

    Hey @virginmedia! Your service is down in the whole of Strood. It’s been down since Friday, you are definitely going to lose a lot of customers this year from ME2. Fix it please, keep saying your engineers are on it. They not.

    Have some sense @virginmedia if your mobile phone systems are having issues why wait until the caller has been on hold for over 15 minutes to play the recorded message that says there's nothing you can do about it #********* #CustomerService

    @virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

    @virginmedia No communication from you & no updates.This was one of the worst possible times of year for sports fans for this to happen. This is happening regularly since KIER group took over. I’ve had to make nothing but complaints the last 12 months. Appalling standards/service

    @virginmedia This has been ongoing for over a month now. Pixelated on BBC2, E4, Channel 5 etc. I’m entirely feed up with this awful service and this month my bill has increased again.

    @virginmedia After been cut off twice by your call centre staff on Thursday no one has rang my dad back to resolve the issue. He has rebooted his system but the Internet signal always drops intermittently. He is now looking at alternative solutions as virgin seems to have no customer care.

    @virginmedia On Friday service status reported issues, no broadband/wifi between midnight and 8am, status clear since then but TV has been pixellating and broadband/wifi dropping Saturday and Sunday mornings. At time of this reply service working ok.

    @virginmedia Not as straight forwards as that, they are new neighbours and what with the current pandemic we haven’t even had the chance to introduce ourselves let alone moan about the cable. Regardless to the above, are Virgin Media really happy with this awful install? Or is the standard?!

    @virginmedia furious 😡 rang up the other day to cancel subscription ad coming to end of contract, was offered a deal so opted to stay and told nothing would change. Now I put on the TV to find most of the channels I watch aren’t available anymore 😡 sort it!!!!!!

    @mrs_crimboSBM @virginmedia I had this exact problem a couple of years ago. Their customer service is appaling. I didn’t bother in the end and stayed with Sky. I honestly could not believe their attitude and incompetence
