@virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

@virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

@virginmedia @virginhelp At the mo, I can’t sign in fully. However, the area cole and account number is correct. I reset my password, but it keeps buffering using my partner’s iPad. My own pc won’t connect fully, poss cos of the fault. Took the biscuit being asked for£25 for something not my fault

@LutzSchueler @virginmedia I am having trouble with my landline. I have been without it for weeks but when I rang 150 today, I failed the security questions because, apparently, my name, email address, sort code and monthly payment of £135.40 is all incorrect! I need a landline!!
