@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

@CatrionaShearer @virginmedia The virgin wifi routers are very dodgy - you might be best just to get yourself an Eero wifi off Amazon and use it with virgin router set to modem only mode. Fixed my virgin wifi issues

@virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!

@virginmedia I have done this and it is automated and won't allow me to speak to anyone. When I go on line it is asking me to check all connections. It is still saying there are no issues with broadband. So where I go from here is anyone's guess.
