    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

    @virginmedia No, there is nothing. VM billing correspondence goes to my mum's ntlworld email address. It is a bit confusing. To access the 'primary' VM account I need to login using my own ntlworld email - even so the VM greeting on the webpage is still " Welcome back, Susan!" - my mum.

    Four days of unusable internet from @virginmedia - upload speeds of less than 0.5mbps making home working virtually impossible - no communication and the VM app tells me there are no issues in my area - isn't it great what an extra £12 per month gets you? 😡

    @virginmedia are the problems in the WV4 area, total loss of service. You Terri bot had stated they bent accept more messages re any faults at this time. I can't check for faults online as your Web page states it can't run a test right now.
