    @virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

    @alexbloor Most likely includes Virgin Media upgrading their network to 1gb which would have happened regardless and the proposed we’re putting gigabit fibre here but haven’t yet to bulk up the numbers

    @virginmedia Am updating you as requested. WiFi came back yesterday, worked today and then went down an hour ago. Your website now shows us as having TV issues (which we now do) but says WiFi is working. It isn’t.
