@virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

Some folk absolutely losing their composure over #virginmedia being down. Mine's down too but in fairness, their uptime for me is 95%+. Their monthly charges however, is something worth getting angry over. 4G router & data sim looking a very strong option instead.
