@virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

@CBirl @virginmedia I actually managed to get through this morning and cancelled. Call at 8am on the dot. They still tried to keep me and offered at deal at less than I am paying now. So the question is, why the heck did you increase prices to begin with. Obviously in damage limitation mode.
