    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

    @virginmedia we made changes to our contract incl adding a sim from O2 (sold to us to speed up our broadband) We were told we would get the changes via email which never arrived - we then requested them in writing and changed email address thinking it’s us but yet again - nothing till date.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media’s definition of ‘great things’ is different from mine. two weeks of trying to get through to cancel my contract, including 40 minutes this morning, only to be told I’m a day late and they want £240. In effect I have to pay them for ignoring me. Not a ‘great thing’

    @virginmedia Tried to ring your CS team they won’t let me speak to a senior manager to get my deadlock nor provide me with anything to show they are dealing with my case. Complete waste of time and ridiculous way to treat a customer who’s coming from @O2 .
