    40 minutes on hold (so far)for @virginmedia’ customer service. Whilst loads of online options to “solve your problem” when you get through on the phone and told they need to transfer my call, you do hope they are on the case! Why did I ever leave Sky - a false economy

    @virginmedia I’ve contacted Virgin 11 times over 3 weeks about WiFi issues. I’ve made 3 complaints, one of which Virgin closed ‘in error’. I’ve had five booked technician appointments, all of which Virgin cancelled because the issues were ‘network outages’ in my postcode area.

    @virginmedia 4. Engineer is sent to the cabinet that serves many customers. There are no problems at the cabinet, so he reports the issue as fixed. 5. Next time it rains, my WiFi & my neighbours’ WiFi goes down again.

    @virginmedia having had flooring damaged during installation of VM services in August 2020, we are still waiting for said damage to be rectified. Do not join Virgin Media if you want a harmonious life. Their customer service is appalling beyond measure

    @virginmedia No, I’ve just checked my email and haven’t received one with a complaint reference number. Which explains the lack of response. I suppose it’s my fault for relying on the faulty connection, perhaps I should have written instead? An engineer came out and ‘fixed’ an issue with it
