@virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

@virginmedia The guy installing at my partners house took it! I’ve tried. One the phone, via my account via WhatsApp. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone unless you can dedicate a full day to calling you. Making it impossible to cancel doesn’t mean I have to keep paying
