    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @virginmedia This tells me there is no error. Our internet works when plugged in but no wifi whatsoever! Need this sorted ASAP because clearly the service isnt 'good'.

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    day 27 until @EE @bt_uk @virginmedia realise that I cannot get fibre optic broadband in my area because it is not installed and wish for them to install it, as opposed to there employees reading and just sending links on if I'm available for fibre in my area. #slow

    @virginmedia I called at my disappointment that when the engineer installed the hub and tv package at the new home, he did not check to ensure that the internet could be received on the third floor. I was asking for network boosters to be sent or an engineer to come out and disconnected
