    @Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

    @virginmedia My tariff is going up from £72ish to £108ish so I want to leave... Simple but trying to get them to do this is madness. Internet is slow and not reliable, I have been promised the earth and it has just got worst! @BBCWatchdog

    I'm having real trouble cancelling my Virgin media account. Cant6v chat them, can't email them now on hold for 10 minutes. Just want to end the contract give 30 days notice. New promotion only for new customers. Wtf?

    @virginmedia Your missing the point my phone works now my complaint was about the fact it took 9 days to activate and Virgin changed the number

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

    @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles!

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

    @virginmedia It was a little more than short lasting pixelation! The channel kept dropping completely and during the main fight it felt like we were watching in slow motion.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @virginmedia What with the losing channels right left and center, pass few months seen about 5-6 channels, latest one That's TV, price up, channels down, what are you replacing them with, Rewind would be a good one to start with.
