    @bingosbadingos @virginmedia @Ofcom They will play the game mate - you report them. Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @virginmedia majority of my channels stopped working, picture and sound very distorted about an hour ago, tried rebooting etc still not working. Tried ringing but your too busy and call cuts off 😡

    @virginmedia have the absolute worst customer service going! Have once again made a **** up with our bill, even after speaking to (and being lied to by) 3 different people on the phone! Absolute joke of a company!!!

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    @purplescroll @virginmedia @giffgaff I have had similar issues since March. Slowdowns when the connection appears to be there normally but the bandwidth, specifically upload speed, is just non existent. Having to hotspot often just to keep working.

    @virginmedia @O2 10 year customer here, seems you have made it impossible to talk to someone on the phone now? we have been having problems ever since corona mostly tolerable 1 day issues. Today and yesterday we have no upload on our internet. If this is not fixed today, we will be leaving.
