    @virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

    @virginmedia I have spoken to your CS team about raising a complaint and have been told that the complaints procedure is for existing customers. As I am yet to go live, I am not considered a customer and therefore have no where to go.

    @virginmedia How about just provide me a link to download the less than 10mb of pdf? Admin fee to provide a link or email a customer of over 3years? What have you offered me in return for the many times of INTERRUPTED service when I’ve had to turn to my mobile hotspot?

    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @virginmedia I have just spent over 1hr20mins on the phone trying to sort out my mothers virgin account she has dementia person I finally spoke to (after 3 other depts) put me on hold & we got cut off. He hasn’t bothered to call me back despite having my number! Dreadful service!

    @virginmedia Imagine for weeks upon weeks your internet has not been working. Can't connect on chat as no data and WiFi not working. Ran out of data repeatedly and have had to top up eSims And U have the AUDACITY to say my services will be suspended for non payment. No thanks

    Post-mortems are due to be carried out today on the bodies of five teenagers who died in a head-on collision on the M9 in Co Kildare in the early hours of yesterday morning. Gardaí say their car was driving the wrong way down the motorway when the crash happened.
