    @virginmedia I’ve had two lengthy phone calls with your ‘technical support’ people; it briefly got quicker then stopped working completely. On their instructions I’ve changed some settings on my router which apparently may take 48 hours to fully take effect…

    @virginmedia I had to borough neighbours phone to call virgin CS again, as I did not get the promised call back. Still no service/signal after receiving replacement sim card, now have a replacement phone sent to me, hopefully it will be here tomorrow.

    @virginmedia @timashton1979 Swapna said charge was for call to speaking clock!? I'm very concerned as if one spurious call can be made and billed to me then others can!? There are no phones or sockets in the house!? He closed the complaint himself without it being resolved!?
