    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia any reason why you still haven’t fixed our phone lines? Been down for 3 months now so I’ll be expecting a reimbursement. Also expect a reimbursement due to the fact your failing to supply the minimum download speed

    @LeRef5 @melindiscott If they use virgin media, possibly. Other network providers like openreach provide infrastructure for lots of different ISPs. But with the infrastructure in place, and as long as an area is served, it would be trivial to change providers.

    @virginmedia I rang them 14 times yesterday (while working) and haven’t been able to speak to a manager. The line quality of your offshore call centres is horrific. Managers are too busy to discuss my issue. I have zero appetite to ring or engage with VM further. Cancelling my direct debit

    @virginmedia Its day 14. No Internet in my house. Virgin are not doing anything to resolve it. This is appaling service. Each Customer service agent promises to resolve the case then call you back. They disappear into thing air! Shocking

    @virginmedia An update as requested. Two different engineers came yesterday but still not able to fix the problem. Sounds like the under street cable box needs a part which they dont have. So still in limbo and not sure when they can come back to fix.

    @virginmedia Why do they keep making appointments with me then for no one to show? 2 days in a row where they promise someone will be out, in writing on WhatsApp and again no show?! Apparently I have appointment again today but I won't hold my breath! 11days with total loss of service
