    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

    @virginmedia You are no longer my ISP due to your incompetence. Also there will be a lawsuit pending due to the fact I almost died from pneumonia with pulmonary oedema and sepsis later going into stage 2 respiratory failure. Your useless service is unacceptable.

A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!

    @virginmedia I’ve been without wifi for 10 days. All I am being told is that they don’t know when it’ll be fixed. I work from home and have been unable to get anything done because I need wifi. I’m a week behind. I need it fixing asap. The problem isn’t my end it’s yours.

    @virginmedia Do you not think the first thing I checked was your website for checked outages and all you tell me to do is book an engineer which you then tell me I have too wait another 2 days to get one??? So that’s 3 days of service you’re not providing of which I pay for.

    @virginmedia Not good enough, I'm afraid. This is just the latest outage in recent weeks. The siuation appears to be getting worse, not better. We are paying for a service you are not providing and incurring additional costs through being unable to work from home.
