@virginmedia @doncaster_free What a joke..says quickest way to complain is online!!! Helps if you have Internet!! Weeks now without out oh & the phone and TV. Signing up in Dec was the worse thing I did!! I'll send a carrier pigeon with my complaint, you might receive it quicker than you fixing my issues!
