    @virginmedia There isn’t internet down time the box has stopped working, they can’t get a new box out here till mid week, with a lot of people working from home you think you’d have next day delivery or something, bad enough we can’t have a engineer out to help

    @VirginMediaIE No internet at all in D7. It has been ups and downs for the past 6 days. Virgin doesn't respond to costumer service calls or texts. The least Virgin media could do is post some sort of message on its page to alert it's costumers.

    @virginmedia so frustrating, several times last week and now this morning in the London N21 area no service broadband. Can’t make a claim as over several different days. No point being fast if you’re not reliable. WFH what a risk!

    @virginmedia it shouldnt take almost month of calls and correspondence to sort this issue out. Also the number of incompetent people who give you duff info at the call centres is not really a surprise when you cant understand what they are saying.

    @virginmedia disgusted at your service of rectifying your mistakes. On the phone for over an hour, been cut off 3 times and all I keep getting is “I’m sorry” - you wasn’t sorry when you forced a sale on me or sent me bills for a service I haven’t even used yet.
