Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    @SquidGaming @virginmedia It’s a shame because when Virgin works it’s definitely the best most stable provider out there (in my experience). It’s just a shame the customer service and technical help departments are excruciatingly bad most of the time. Hope this gets sorted for you quickly!

    @virginmedia Nope, they just never showed up and we never heard more about it. Service status says it's fine after running diagnostics. I'm being pushed from person to person on the phone and no one is helping. Waiting to speak to a 4th different person now.

    @virginmedia I’ve made two 40 minute phone calls and on both occasions, before I reached any resolution, I got cut off. I’ve received nothing to confirm my request has been actioned. So, not great 🙁

    @virginmedia The person the phone said there is no record of an appointment so I don't think that's going to help. I am going to move provider, I assume as you can't deliver the service and no one can help I won't be charged a leaving fee? Thank you for your help
