Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

Going to speak to the union at work as they offer a free legal service. We had heard loads of horror stories ourselves but had never had an issue. But once we are out their clutches we will never go back.
