    @virginmedia Hi VM, I ordered a replacement remote control for my TIVO box. Just realised that was a couple of months ago but it never came. When trying online again it says as I’ve had one within six months I can’t order another. Please check that the first was ever sent, thanks

    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @virginmedia Terrible service from you these last two weeks! I have spent more than 4hrs on the phone to Asian based O2, and Virgin call centres who never help or process things. Also Capita in South Africa… Why do you use foreign call centres if they cannot do the job!!

    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia @YodelOnline again day 3 of waiting for package spoke on webchat kept getting told its coming today + check tracking but tracking saying was delivered yesterday! another day wasted and taken off work yodel please help! I just need to know its coming today and a time

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia Because I pay for your best package and you can’t even provide me with your guaranteed internet speeds. And you can’t solve it so I want my contract terminated at NO cost to myself as I feel I have put up with this for far to long m,but all I’m getting are rude people.

    @virginmedia I called the number and was told told that there is a technical problem So the number transfer request could not be submitted. I requested the transfer 1 week ago and the customer service rep told me that potentially the technical problem was there for last 10 days. Reply plz.

    @virginmedia Hi, I have two Tivo boxes and one of them has started to flicker when I use certain channels and certain apps (including Netflix). I rectify it by turning the box off and switching it back on again but the problem is getting worse. Please can so ebody help?

    @virginmedia Well into my 5th hour of live chat trying to exercise my right to cancel an upgrade that was mis-sold to me yesterday. It seems that your rep is refusing to honour UK consumer law. Fine way to treat your customers!
