    I get through to sales in 15 secs but your customer service line says ‘ we are busy goodbye’ and your online chat bot has had me waiting 1.5 hours… your sales team shouted at me and hung up @virginmedia what is going on? Iv gone from calling to upgrade to wanting to cancel
