    We are fortunate enough to be able to have both @SkySportsPL and @btsportfootball on @virginmedia. But why pay for this when the matches we want to watch are on Box Office? We are being asked to pay twice! We will cancel if this continues. #RipOff

    @virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

    @virginmedia So, I've booked an engineer for this but it doesn't make sense to have 2 appointments on different days to sort out 2 issues. Any chance engineer can be told to fix both problems on the same day?

    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    Absolutely HATE @virginmedia with a passion. Made a complaint, they said I’d be refunded for kids inadvertently ordering SkySports. I wasn’t. Then they cut me off. Liars

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia Another fraud call today to my virgin landline, third one this week. No. that rung was 01202 684483. Claim to be calling from your technical team about slow broadband speeds. Please can you investigate as don’t understand why I am getting these calls of a sudden.

    @virginmedia just started another working day in NW6 with your expensive WiFi not working. Over a week now with most days not working. Occasional moments when it seems to be repaired and then collapses again. Update and refund please.

    @virginmedia Then was told a booster would be delivered that never arrived. So when I called back it hadn't actually been ordered. I finally received it yesterday but am still waiting for a call back following a complaint I made and the charges I am not willing to pay for the booster.
