@TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

@ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

Just renegotiated my Virgin Media contract £99 a month but part of this is an o2 SIM-a separate £25 direct debit to o2. I cannot use this as I have 2 contracts with Virgin Mobile but I have to have it. This makes no sense at all! Customer for 16 years! @virginmedia

@virginmedia I can see a series of questions coming. Issue was happening over both, wired and wireless. There weren't any other devices connected during that time, (online streaming or anything if you were wondering). mobiles were connected to WiFi, but were idle (not in use).
