Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

So we’ve waited 4 weeks for @virginmedia to install our TV and WiFi, telling us it’s been in the flat before, they get here finally and say it’s never been in the flat and we can’t have it! So they’ve left and we’re back to square one....

@virginmedia No sorry, it's not possible. As I said it's fine now, but I just wanted to check if there were any issues that hadn't been listed on the service status page. I wfh so if there is something known I wanted to make my employer aware that connection might drop intermittently.

Home from work to find no tinternet or TV, log in to @virginmedia app to find our account has been suspended with no attempt to contact us. It has to be the worst customer experience I have experienced from a service provider. Hopefully when I call tomorrow I can cancel and move.

@virginmedia you lot need to get a grip. Signed a new contract and had nothing but issues since. Wi-Fi box if horrendous, net keeps dropping out, you put the price up a week after i signed on. I'll be cancelling and going back to BT at this rate.
