@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@virginmedia I stupidly never read my contract properly. I ordered the 1GB service but was given 350MB. I never noticed this until I checked my account today. I am paying the price of the 1 GB service. The package I have doesn’t exist online.
