    @virginmedia It never says what it is. The fix is always hours away. 3pm in this case. This isn’t acceptable in times most of us work from home.

    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @Smig3108 @virginmedia @leepg Well their team of engineers will be tracing the route of the problem, now that could be a number of things from ‘cables, software, coding,firmware,hardware.’ Once they find the source then they will fix the issue. It ain’t simple to find and fix straight away.
