    @virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

    @virginmedia When I eventually got someone to deal with the issue was after waiting on the line over an hour, I was told someone will contact me within 24hrs. I’m still waiting since last week Thursday.

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    I still have no cheque refund from @virginmedia AVOID this money grabbing company at all costs & being a ‘valued customer’ does NOT exist in their vocabulary. I’m so glad I’m no longer your customer & have taken my business elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Moving house. Used the chat stream give all my details then no one answers when moved on. Get on the phone to he told ring back . Ring later then get cut off twice after long wait. I hope you will not charge me more for the service I am trying to sort 😡😡

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @virginmedia All this have been discussed and no there are no known issues in the area. Since the date the tv box was installed. We were told it will take 48hrs for the landline to start working but it never did. I tried calling so many times but only customer service for sales picks.

    @virginmedia Hi and no, it's been a pain. I've been told that I'd need to wait a total of 60 days to be considered a new customer 30 to give notice to leave and 30 waiting. Then trying to sell me things I told them I didn't want nor need, like another contract sim and TV.

    When i found why @virginmedia were lying- deceiving- misinforming- ignoring- blocking ANY resolution for my (& millions of other) complaint & breaching (at least) 4 areas of contractual law to disadvantage for their ££..realized this huge data breach could be deliberate-could be.

    Dear @virginmedia, I phoned yesterday, and after 35 minutes on hold, you hung up on me. Have now been on hold on your WhatsApp 'help' for nearly 22 hours. Your website's complaints section won't let me register a complaint either. No wonder you won't sign up to the Ombudsman.

    @virginmedia That’s the earliest appointment for an engineer apparently. That is unless I want to pay £30 for the 3 months upgrade, then I’d get an engineer tomorrow morning. Don’t think I should pay a fee just to receive the service I already pay for tho

    @virginmedia I'm not speaking to anyone else. I've spent 5 days on the phone sorting your mess out to start with. I've coped the complaint to will just keep copy and pasting until it's live on my account. Maybe more than one copy with actually make someone do something at your end 🙄🙄

    @virginmedia I've cancelled now. You gave me an install date 3-4 weeks later then on the day itself you cancelled the install, giving me another day a month later, even though I'd cancelled my current internet provider. Ppl rely on internet to work. Disgraceful behaviour & horrendous service.
