    @virginmedia I have spoken to your CS team about raising a complaint and have been told that the complaints procedure is for existing customers. As I am yet to go live, I am not considered a customer and therefore have no where to go.

    @virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.

    @Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    Virgin Media moving weird. My wifi is working but for certain things. YouTube, IG, Disney+ is all fine but Safari, Twitter and other apps ain’t working. Fix up man. I ain’t paying all this money for daily issues @virginmedia

    Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

    @virginmedia But how does the account holder know a request was made? I received no notification that someone else had informed virgin I had left? Surely The policy holder should have to confirm this for the cancellation to happen? This means anyone can just cancel someone else’s policy...

    @virginmedia Hi, Yes I checked and it is limited coverage, I thought a decent speed of 4G should be served if not 5G speed. The issue with Virgin is there is no option to go back to 4G network once upgraded.
