@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

@virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

@virginmedia No, none of those are the main issue which is the box just randomly shutting down mid program and rebooting. Have missed vital parts of programs & goals in football matches, so you can see how annoying that is from what is supposed to be state of the art equipment!

@virginmedia Oh right, an area outage for the past 18 months. I’ve been with virgin for 10+ years it’s not an outage but an issue at my address. Can you get an engineer out like promised? I phoned and was on hold for an hour then the call ended on me.

@virginmedia I wanted to complain about the price increase, only renewed my contract for another 18 months. Trying to contact you on the phone is nearly impossible to get through. If your services were worth the extra price increase it wouldn’t be a problem .
