@harryhpalmer @RWoody1995 @SirWalterSmith9 @virginmedia Their approach of not telling anyone when things are broken, and that in fact the service status page always shows everything is fine. Or telling us afterwards when it’s fixed. Or in any way owning their failures in service.

Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

@virginmedia I am with you until 10 July. I just can't take anymore of the frustration and upset the calls to virgin caused me. What is the point of paying for a service and not getting it? One of your team said I was entitled to a refund another team member said no.

Promised repairs, joke!
