    @harryhpalmer @RWoody1995 @SirWalterSmith9 @virginmedia Their approach of not telling anyone when things are broken, and that in fact the service status page always shows everything is fine. Or telling us afterwards when it’s fixed. Or in any way owning their failures in service.

I’ve sent this feedback over and over, and the response is always to give me a ton of work and testing to do, and then the problem resolves itself and they take no responsibility.

    @virginmedia By text message, my husband is at home at min and it is off already. Hopefully it won't be long as he is disabled and relies on telly and internet. I just thought that with the transmitter problems affecting over a million people maybe virgin would have realised and delayed works

    @virginmedia So just started working and it's gone offline. This is after the factory reset yesterday afternoon. The Internet seemed fine last night no issues,but I wasn't online all night to confirm.
