@virginmedia So after getting an engineer visit finally today, comes, says fixed, 10mins later broadbanddrops again. Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

@virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

@virginmedia It was def.used within time scale. She just said it's not working after we tried to scan twice amd she tried typing in then numbers so both ways..she didn't know why and told me to contact 02 but that's why she gave me the receipt.

About 16 years I've had broadband with @virginmedia and now they're suddenly telling me they are collecting their equipment and won't talk to me on the phone. I guess they've too many customers and don't want/need me(single tear moment). Utter **** their customer service anyway!

@virginmedia I’ve called a number of times. After numerous password change attempts by your tech staff I was told it would be resolved in 24 hours - 25 hours ago. Last call said you know there’s a problem and I’d be put through to IT support. No one picked up from that dept
