    Definitely switching internet provider in the new year, nothing but problems with @virginmedia idk how many routers we've had but soon as we leave the room it's in, we get literally no signal. Ridiculous prices for something that doesn't even work!😤

    @virginmedia regarding your tweet I have contacted parcel company we have to wait 24 hours,lied and said neighbour had it,I was outside collecting online groceries shortly before message received,also daughter tracked driver and he was all over,first down the road then 4 miles!

    @virginmedia That may be the case however it should be solved at the customers earliest convenience, not the companies. The fact that people rely on your service to work from home, and rely on your service to watch events that they pay for, this is not acceptable. Especially for the price.

    @virginmedia No I had to hang up whilst on hold for another dept, we have part service back in that we now have our channels that we subscribe to, however we still don’t have our on demand or catch up services..
