Absolutely disgusted that @virginmedia feels it’s ok to cancel installing my nans landline not once but twice and give a new installation date of 10th September. For a landline she desperately needs for an emergency pendant.

@NeilCastle @benno86222551 @SteinerJar @virginmedia I feel like that’s what my post was. Bear in mind, this is not new. I’ve sent this feedback over and over, and the response is always to give me a ton of work and testing to do, and then the problem resolves itself and they take no responsibility.
