    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia If you checked my other 50 tweets to you, you’ll have noticed I used the checker and it says I have no issues, when in fact the entirety of thanet it out. Multiple postcodes without wifi or TV. Your own website doesn’t work properly
