    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    @virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

    Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

    @virginmedia We agreed after 2 years of slow service you’d upgrade my 2 TiVo boxes to V6 and bring 3 pods to cover dead zones agreed in Nov last year and after 3 missed appointments and you calling me 3 days to confirm the work to do & you still **** it up. #fuckwits

    @virginmedia As I said your customer service is non existent, on hold for hours to be cut off and no one replying for hours on webchat, I’ll be going with a company that can answer the phone. Moving house is stressful enough without having to deal with money grabbing conglomerates like virgin

    @virginmedia is there a problem with the mobile phone network in NN1? Haven't had a data signal for about 3 hours now, have switched phone off and on again several times, even taken SIM card out but to no avail. Rather annoying when I needed to phone home whilst out.
