    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia We have followed all advice. Nothing untoward? The BQM is showing extremely high latency and packet loss? Comments are even saying this and the network log are strange. Why should I wait for a forum response when I'm paying for a service that currently isn't efficient?

    @virginmedia just upgraded to TV 360 and it keeps stopping and telling us service is suspended. After 4 phone calls and speaking with 6 people spending 4 hrs on the phone and each time being told it is fixed I can assure you it IS STILL NOT WORKING and we are in a queue AGAIN!!

    @virginmedia I have been using ye're broadband and TV services for the last 17 months.Rang December last year and tried to cancel and was given a better deal so decided to stay on.Due to unforseen circumstances I have to move address end of this month so gave 30 days notice today
