@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia your customer services is atrocious. When trying to sort out my brother-in-law affairs after he sadly lost his battle with cancer a couple of weeks ago. My wife has spent hours on the phone trying to get to someone who can help her. Please dm a direct no to call.

@virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

@virginmedia This has been ongoing for over a month now. Pixelated on BBC2, E4, Channel 5 etc. I’m entirely feed up with this awful service and this month my bill has increased again.

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia been waiting since Wednesday to talk to someone on the Web chat. Everyday it gets refreshed and have to talk to bit again. Can't get through on the phone because (no signal with new sim from you) This is really important and I need to get through to someone today.
