    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia The problem is I won’t be able to benefit from an offer that may or not appear later in year. I will be locked into another 18 month contract paying £40 more, or if I don’t do anything, nearly £100 more per month than a new customer. Seems pretty expensive to be a loyal customer.

    @virginmedia Hi, can you tell me if there is an issue in my area NE250RR as I had a text at 10:06 saying the issue had been fixed but I have no WI-FI. The online checker says it will be fixed by 10pm but it said 10am this morning and had been fixed and broke since then apparently
