    I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

    @virginmedia worst customer services I've ever dealt with. They make it hard to complain then lied to me twice deliberately and closed the complaint before it was resolved. Don't trust them!

    @virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia it goes on, we have had no Internet for 3 months, that’s finally been fixed and now no TV, and I am still on the line, 58 minutes, not sure where the guy has gone, I’m not putting the phone down!

    Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

    @virginmedia Like a pixelation like it looses signal and then pops back, also noticed that the WiFi signal has dropped a lot as I can't attach to WiFi upstairs.. usually watch netflix on tab in Bath but won't pick WiFi up in bathroom today, will reboot everything after ncis finished .. 🤞

    @virginmedia @The1mivvy It's not automatic, as customers have to register an outage with you - an outage which you're already aware of. So no, not automatic at all.

    @virginmedia I believe he still gets £8.5 million a year for the use of his brand name - regardless, yes, I am still having issues. No WiFi and phone line is on but crackling badly so of no use. Fix required ASAP please
