    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

    @journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

    @virginmedia It’s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure it’s all connected.

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dad’s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    @virginmedia Trying to upgrade to 360. Don’t want new package so opted for £24.95 upgrade fee. It’s added £5 to my monthly fee, not proceeded! Phoned through and was told can’t do it without taking new contract. Any help. Been with you years!!

    @virginmedia so was offered an early upgrade a month ago and the phone never arrived. Have been told that ‘it’s being investigated’ several times now and have still not received the upgrade that I’m now paying for. Either get my phone to me next week or legal action will be taken

    Hey @virginmedia. Can you tell me if there are any issues in SS14? Nothing reported on your website, yet for the last 2 days my internet randomly disconnects and either A) Needs a reboot, or B) comes back on its own after a minute or so but runs very very slowly.
