    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia I am trying to contact your customer service team regarding #nuisancecalls plaguing my 84 yr old (isolating) Dad, all numbers online are unobtainable or recorded mssgs which cut off - im right in thinking you are a tele-communications provider aren't I ?

    @virginmedia a new contract then told one would be sent in 24 hours and still waiting 3 days later! been on text message for over 6 hours this week! and today just keep getting terri triage bot!!!!! any chance of some help or do I have to be a new customer!!!!

    Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve tried the pinhole reset as well. Still having wifi issues. Just ran another test and it says looks like there’s an issue with your connection and come back in 21 hours if I’m still having problems. But I need wifi to do work as can’t do everything from my mobile!
