    @DannyMonez @virginmedia Yes sat down to watch final episode of " and just like that " and the screen is pixels all across. Just tried to watch on catch up is the same. Virgin Media i want a refund how can this be fixed. Can you tell me when sky will repeat this final episode.

    @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

    @Shayan86 @virginmedia It’s a disgrace - my husband works in tv too. You 100% cannot rely on VM. I am definitely changing. My bill started off at £35 and is now £45 as we had to buy boosters. Worst service ever. Skybroadband non-fibre was better than this.

    Virgin Media moving weird. My wifi is working but for certain things. YouTube, IG, Disney+ is all fine but Safari, Twitter and other apps ain’t working. Fix up man. I ain’t paying all this money for daily issues @virginmedia

    So @virginmedia won't let me leave our contract despite their service continually crashing or not providing the speed it promises. Ultrafast broadband but getting nothing or 9mb download. Fed up with it now. Avoid them at all costs. #VirginMediaoutage #broadband

    @TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

    @virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet for last 2 days with no resolution available. Can you advise - is a broken fibre optic cable being fixed? Working from home (or rather not at this rate) and upset with the price I pay monthly having just upgraded - poor show Virgin!!

    @MutliRaceMan @virginmedia Rang again, said they'd done something it should work in 24 hrs again. It didn't. They told me he needed to buy a new phone off them. (It was fine with older sim), I asked them to cancel the account. They hung up on me.. very disappointed

    @virginmedia They said its an issue with VM something to do with port 123 udp that needs to be opened. The booster was connected to my broadband & working fine until around 22nd then suddenly stopped, vodafone tested and said not there end!

    @virginmedia Nope, as I said awful Customer Service, we spent around 8 hours on hold, had 2 engineer visits and no resolution.

    @MutliRaceMan @virginmedia My friend whose 82, had letter saying a new sim would be delivered. It never came, his phone was cut off a week later. After repeated calls, he told me they'd hung up on him. I rang, was told new sim would arrive..it did, and didn't work. Was told it would be 24 hours..still no .
