@virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia You don’t have to look far to see many people have the same issue. I note from one FB post where someone’s elderly mother without phone service was also still waiting for her letter, that the blame was placed on Royal Mail.

@virginmedia Speed test or black spots or something I've been told. The issue we have is the previous tenant has the main connection upstairs. Therefore the router is in our bedroom rather than the centre of the house or front room where it should be.

@virginmedia That's problem. They aren't. We had to pay our food money that we should not of needed to pay ontop of what we usually pay and our services are STILL off!!! I'm very ill and had enough of the hassle
