    @virginmedia 6 days since moving to Virgin, we are having issues, the WiFi won't reach our outside cameras. After completing the troubleshooting guides + waiting for over an hour for a chat agent + 30 mins on the phone, we still haven't spoken to a human....not impressed

    @virginmedia It’s everything downstream of the LAN ports, so wifi on the box is on and working but all his wired network is offline. I have asked him to check all the cabling to make sure it’s all connected.

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia my wifi is terrible, how do i go about getting some boosters so that my signal is as strong as you promise? I can't access the app (thats another unresolved problem!) Also how do i go about receiving the £100 credit that you also promise? Thank you.

    @virginmedia You are no longer my ISP due to your incompetence. Also there will be a lawsuit pending due to the fact I almost died from pneumonia with pulmonary oedema and sepsis later going into stage 2 respiratory failure. Your useless service is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia somehow you have reset my Dad’s Virgin media box, LAN seems to be off and the wifi on it is back on. This is rubbish because we have network setup there with much better hardware than your box. Now none of it works and I am hundreds of miles from his house. Why?

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the issue. But now there’s no way of cancelling the engineer! Can’t get through on phone. Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    @MartinSLewis Virgin Media wifi been unstable since June 2020. Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

    @virginmedia I have never been able to access the app. Its says i will receive an email to verify it but never arrives. Ive contacted virgin a few times but the issue doesn't get resolved!

    @virginmedia you have now postponed an installation scheduled for 4th November to Christmas Eve! Can’t see that happening. Maybe someone actually based in the UK might bother to contact me about this? Minded to cancel otherwise. Not acceptable service.

    @virginmedia When we started having the issue did what they advised worked ok for a few days then same issue repeated same again but I should not be having to do this every time , shouldn’t it just work the way it supposed to ?

    @virginmedia I want to remove one of my boxes as I no longer use it. One of my other boxes is running very slow, especially when connecting to netflix ! My WiFi is very poor It cuts out regularly, keep needing to refresh it, disconnect it even to use one laptop. Worse in the evening.
