@virginmedia I get about investing in your network, products and services (with a pinch of salt). I still think the plus 3.9% which virgin as jumped on is a farce although you are not alone in this. My issue is "RPI". As far as I'm aware every other network is CPI. RPI always higher than CPI.

Hey @virginmedia it's seemingly impossible for me to get in touch with anyone who can help with an incorrect bill. Can you point me in the right direction of an email address please? I won't use the call centre as I've been outright lied to or hung up on by the last two people.
