@virginmedia Third Superhub and it's just as unreliable as the previous two. Frequently has to be reset. Slow speeds, unstable wifi. When are you going to replace it with decent hardware?

@virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

@virginmedia I’m not particularly sure, my internet was working fine up til yesterday where it just went down and didn’t come back for hours, now it’s working but the connection quality is really struggling at times, as it’ll work fine for a stint and then chug extremely hard

@virginmedia Originally told an engineer would be out on Tuesday, then told would be brought forward to Saturday, then pushed back to Wednesday! Rang to find out what was happening - supposed to get a call back from a manager - never happened!! Wife and I both working from home with no wife!!

@virginmedia Appreciate it's not your fault as the social media team. I just really think, if a fix will take a long time to deploy, your company as a whole needs to communicate better. Current time is set for 10.30am but there still doesn't seem to be an engineer on site. Bit of a concern.

@virginmedia We are away for a week from today so will leave this to my son of he has issues with Internet again, he doesn't use TV much so that won't affect him but we can't even put stuff on to record as we will come back to a load of pixelated rubbish.
