Two contrasting phone calls to @virginmedia CS this morning. Really unhelpful 1st guy / rude. Rang directly back and the differner guy was absolutely amazing. Mathew was his name and he needs a praise. 1st guy really needs a lesson in customer service. Thank you Mathew.

@virginmedia They replaced the box and it’s all working now,I do have one other query I have the Virgin go app but I don’t have any content available on it,is this something you can fix for me? There appears to be an issue with my account I have the ultimate ooomph package if that matters.

@virginmedia why is it when you request cancellation of service via phone and getting cut off mid call , then sending and email and also trying to chase via web chat which I also sent my request for cancellation and then move out two months later . They keep the account open 🤬

@virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

@virginmedia This is so tiresome I have complained so many times about slow broadband speed, unreliable WiFi, terrible TV services & only after threatening to leave did you send an engineer in July. This made it a little better, but recently it’s been unreliable of an evening.

@virginmedia Give up! Your tech support is ****… home phone with free voicemail has perm dial tone for voicemail. Countless calls and engineer visit and ‘fixed’ if voicemail removed but VM back and it’s vm dial tone back… and now my CLID not working!? Useless…. #virginmedia

@virginmedia Tested via phone wifi connection, PlayStation and laptop all were the same, back up now but only hitting 40mbps though I'm on an unlimited service, on average hitting around 80-100mbps Technician booked in for Friday to inspect the router but the router itself is a year 1/2 old

@virginmedia If you don't PM It's 74 runnymede road in Birmingham, hall green Engineer turned up unannounced, did something and everything went down. Had to ring up and told now we're without services for 7 days 7 days in 2022 is disgraceful
