@virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

@virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@virginmedia Which is why I asked if there were any in stock and you’ve just told me that there are? So which is it? I don’t appreciate being lied to by virgin and unless I’m sent what I need to correct my internet I will be leaving after being a customer for 4 years.
