@virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

@virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia Hello. I did as instructed, all connections were very secure, reset the hub waited for a bit. 5G returned however it looks like I'm still having issues such as high ping and very low speeds.

Being put on hold trying to speak with someone on Virgin Media Ireland whilst listening to a terrible melody over n over is extremely difficult, they shud start with a 70's greatest hits instead and by the time someone responds you'll be singing along to Slim Shady in yr 2000
