@virginmedia You are no longer my ISP due to your incompetence. Also there will be a lawsuit pending due to the fact I almost died from pneumonia with pulmonary oedema and sepsis later going into stage 2 respiratory failure. Your useless service is unacceptable.

@virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

  • Matty411
Matt Frow (@Matty411) reported from Corringham, England

@virginmedia Yes I have but the download speed is fine. The problem is that you peg the upload speeds down to 10mbs. We used to get that over copper cables. It's time to step it up a notch.

@BonesE78 @virginmedia I have the same reply, I've sent them a dozen messages, including photos and videos of the streaming box not working but my Alexa still able to say date and time. Not interested, just saying I have to call them from my landline, I don't have one. The service is pathetic.

  • eddie10oo

  • nimohally

@virginmedia i’ve called your customer service twice, your mobile coverage is so bad that I’ve had it hang up on me twice and then your AI agent hung up on me, when I asked to get through to an actual person

  • nickjmorris_3
    Nick Morris (@nickjmorris_3) reported

@virginmedia no tv or broadband all day in WD5 area. Called customer services who told us it would be fixed at 2:30am. That’s not good enough. Please can someone contact us to let us know how to get online sooner?

@virginmedia Shameful service. I’ve contacted you DAILY and STILL no resolution for my inconsistent internet connection. It’s been 6months now. DSAR request promised, still waiting. Enough is enough. Escalating to @Ofcom

  • HNMZY16
    Harry M (@HNMZY16) reported

@Johnty14 @virginmedia It's not Virgin Media themselves that do this btw. Some outside leaflet drop company gets hired to do it and they don't give a **** where they put that leaflet.

  • caz_fizz
    Caz (@caz_fizz) reported

@MelJanie @virginmedia Virgin made all customer care off shore and made us all redundant, just so they can save money...but in the process are losing their customers.

  • andybearz
    dEBT shredder (@andybearz) reported

@robert_grieve @virginmedia Yup Terrible customer service Seems to be once they have you signed up they no longer give a ****

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
