    @BrowneKen @virginmedia The virus has been the worst thing to affect customer service. It doesn’t really exist anymore. People working from home or watching the TV, sleeping or walking the dog, while you’re trying to get through on the phone. You should think about cancelling them and going elsewhere

    @virginmedia So am I right in thinking "service request" is their engineers coming to install the fibre optics today and installation is them connecting from there? If so, I know how to install it after the fibre optics have been fitted outside

    @virginmedia your customer service is the worst of any company I have the misfortune of dealing with. Contract for broadband is up in May and I will not be renewing. Just been on hold for 45 minutes to be cut off without any resolution. This is about the 10th call I have made 😤
