@virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

Cancel breakdown cover, refund received in a few days time. Cancel insurance, refund received in a few days time. Cancel @virginmedia, get charged for the next month when you’re no longer a customer for more than you pay now and may get a refund in a couple months by cheque.

@virginmedia Neither. Rather, a spotter was sent in June, but the engineer who then came to do the install this week challenged their finding, so our whole process has been restarted. The outcome now may be that Virgin cannot serve us at all. That is why the tech tomorrow may or may not help.

@virginmedia I would love to be watching it but your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Repeatedly cut off our internet connection whilst trying to connect the tv. 3 weeks with no tv, customer services policy is to just hang up if they can’t help.
