    @virginmedia I am live chatting, explained to your advisors everything and how I'm really upset and they say they will send out a final bill with termination fees. What a way to treat a vulnerable pregnant person during a pandemic. All of this was totally unforeseen and out of my control.

    @virginmedia No, because I started this via the website and am also working from home so don't have time to spend on the phone. We do not have a phone connected to our landline - the service was reduced to a minimum and the phone taken off because we only ever received spam calls.

    Recommendation for mesh network setup? We've got a @virginmedia hub, but thinking I could put it in modem mode and buy my own router/network equipment, rather than pay a monthly fee for their pods, which I've not exactly heard good things about anyway.
