    @virginmedia FYI - the service status on your website/app says there is no broadband issues, but when I go onto troubleshooting with intermittent WiFi, it says thereโ€™s a big problem in my area. Not overly helpful, have been trying for a couple of hrs to fix ourselves ๐Ÿ™„

    @virginmedia 4pm today. Thatโ€™s a 36 hour outage, that has been extended from the original 12 hour estimate - so something has clearly gone horribly wrong. And your service pages me a 404 error when I try and register for loss of service.

    Iโ€™ve had 3 hours sleep, Iโ€™m trying to catch up and within 10 mins Iโ€™ve had four calls from **** bags pretending to be from Virgin Media. The next **** to do this, Iโ€™ll be tracking your location and paying you a ******* visit! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia my wifi is terrible, how do i go about getting some boosters so that my signal is as strong as you promise? I can't access the app (thats another unresolved problem!) Also how do i go about receiving the ยฃ100 credit that you also promise? Thank you.

    @virginmedia Your end time has now moved out another 2 hours to 1800. That is the third time you have extended this outage. It sounds to me like you donโ€™t have a grip on the underlying engineering issues here. Now over 36 hrs without a decent service. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Yes, it said issues with broadband and tv, but itโ€™s been 3 consecutive days now. Plus like I said I canโ€™t get mobile signal and I donโ€™t live in the middle of nowhere so dependent on wifi calls unfortunately.

    @LozzaFox Don't people know you can use google family and virgin media security that can fully control what any child watches and download on a device and restrict how long a device can be used a day. Down to the parents to decide what their child watches. Is Starmer etc so thick with tech

    @virginmedia make it impossible to cancel tv subscription. Unhelpful when I tell them the registered email is an old work email. They will get there equipment back smashed to pieces

    @YeshuaFoxtrot @virginmedia I read on here everyday about issues, I have to be honest they are the best I've had. Three years and never an issue, well apart from the persistant cold calls. I sympathise with people who do, I was with Sky and had to reset my modem 3 times a day.
