    @virginmedia This tells me there is no error. Our internet works when plugged in but no wifi whatsoever! Need this sorted ASAP because clearly the service isnt 'good'.

    @virginmedia it took my neighbour over 2 hours on phone but an engineer is coming today, taking 4 days for this is dreadful service

    @virginmedia I've been a customer with you for 21 years and your customer service is not great, I'm paying through the roof for my package, the wifi is crap sometimes, your team has offered to take my bill down £20, but when I mentioned about replacing my hub, that will cost £35

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @bingosbadingos @virginmedia @Ofcom They will play the game mate - you report them. Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Router keeps resetting/rebooting/reregistering every evening. Will be out of use for as long as 30 mins and will happen multiple times a night. I've checked service status, all okay. Called the number, all okay. Carried out a pin reset, this solved the issue temporarily 1/2

    @virginmedia I Have been away but logging in externally to check my house with my CCTV, had to come back early as lost connection, I have booked an engineer, but your website status shows no issues after logging in as well as emailing me to say it's backup and running 🤬

    @virginmedia No known issues on the status page. Don't think it's been identified as an issue yet. Multiple people are reporting packet loss in Manchester on Twitter. Can this be escalated and looked at?

    @virginmedia I can’t because it is timing out. What would be helpful is you resolving the problem. Area is Stockport SK3. Tried resetting hub, no change. Problem across laptops and phones. 2.3 mbps pretty consistent on Speedchecker.

    @virginmedia No, bcos don't want to start messing with my settings when something has gone wrong at your end. As per my previous message, it usually comes back in a few hours, but it's not acknowledged in Service Status. I'm getting incoming mail OK; it just won't send. #virginmedia #email
