    @virginmedia So only total loss of service allows me compensation,just 7 days of really awful service including customer services, when asked about compensation and I query the criteria,throw a ‘sorry I can’t hear you’... Now that’s really awful customer service 😡

Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @konata_aoi Yeah I recently went with Virgin Media over her in the U.K. and my broadband is Fibre with 362mbps speed and it costs me £56 a month. I know your pain with slow internet it sucks

    @virginmedia This really has been the worst experience along with non existent customer service I have ever experienced. I want out of this contract without any fee as I am on 500mbps and we never get anywhere near that with or without ethernet. Ofcom is the next step.
