Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    @virginmedia Done all that I must have tried 20 different passwords now it says they’re strong passwords then reject everything I try. Also tried on Apple & Microsoft nothing works. This isn’t a new problem, I can see people complaining going back months U must have a fix

    @virginmedia Very slow progress. Raised problem with your team 7 days ago (24 hours after being unable to get into email). The account holder on phone for an hour today but to no avail. Apparently only your cms web team can fix it. Seems like a waste of our time and your staff?

    @virginmedia So, estimated time of fix, 21st by 3pm. As expected, not fixed. Now estimated fix time is 25th by 10pm. Words fail me. Incompetence at its best. Useless service & provider. Taking money, increasing prices and not providing any resemblance of service. CISAS complaint coming.

    @virginmedia Disgusted with the service I have received today,my broadband was to much to pay, so my hubbie called customer services earlier & was given some prices, he used the WhatsApp service later on which took 4 hrs & was told a higher price, been a customer for 15 yrs
