Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

@virginmedia She sorted it, but your first working from home staffer said that neither her nor her superiors could do a thing. The computer wouldn’t allow them. Christie did it in minutes with no issues. Something isn’t working somewhere if all the staff don’t have the right tools.

@MartinSLewis I have been trying to cancel my Virgin Media services since Monday to no avail. I was shuffled between the phone & whatsApp for hours only to be cur off. In the end Iv’e cancelled my Direct Debit with them so they can’t take my money. Facebook are not the only scammers.
