    @virginmedia My direct debit failed I wasn’t sent a letter just got cut off I was then threatened to pay 3 months in advance new customers don’t even do that I put in a complaint no one called me back this was last week

    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    What is it with sales people.... It's all lies- @virginmedia charging us for a service they haven't provided for 3 months! @SkyUK couldnt provide the service so we moved to @BT who failed to connect us when they said they would and arguing with sky so we now have no service!

    @virginmedia my elderly (over 80)Mums phone line has been down for over 24 hours this has happened previously and trying to get through to your phone service (a premium number is up to an hour on hold) Your service status checker on your website shows no issues??
