    @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles!

    @virginmedia My understanding is that it is affecting a lot of people. I have now worked out how to access my email another way but do strongly feel that virgin media should be looking to resolve this issue ASAP.

    On phone to @virginmedia for 55 mins to cancel, speak to 4 different people about a mis-sold service and then when I ask them to produce my contract they hang up. Not happy.

    @virginmedia A number of times. But let’s be honest, they’re nothing but messengers. There is no escalation, and they can’t even call the construction company to escalate issues. As someone who has worked within many projects teams, and mapped business processes, yours is simply shocking

    @virginmedia Yes I have checked the service status, it is the first thing I do & all was fine. The issues is with the cable Ethernet & the phone connection in the Hub 4. I don’t use your WiFi setup as my house is fully cabled for networking. I am a Network Architect, so have done basic tests

    @virginmedia You are no longer my ISP due to your incompetence. Also there will be a lawsuit pending due to the fact I almost died from pneumonia with pulmonary oedema and sepsis later going into stage 2 respiratory failure. Your useless service is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

    @Benleo @virginmedia They gave me a CCJ because they failed to action my notice and I complained, so they ignored the complaint in and pursued me for the month although had a PAC . I refused to pay it the never wrote to me. They just put a CCJ on me. @virginmedia WORST INTERNET COMPANY IN BRITAIN..

    @Benleo @virginmedia They have been fined by the mediator in my case but still have not fixed a simple email issue. They have now been pulled up again to get it sorted from last year. Dealing with the Indian call centres have had no progress there, and only one person spoke understandable English

    @Benleo @virginmedia This "quality" service is endemic in the UK these days, there's no accountability, if you got £50 for every aborted attempt, you can bet they'd get it done 1st time every time. OFCOM should punish these firms with huge fines and bring in accountability, otherwise this will just go on.

    @Benleo @virginmedia It’s the only option I have that doesn’t use Openreach lines, which are crap. They were terrible when they were NTL as well, seems like nothing has changed.

    @Benleo Virgin Media internet doesnt work at all I have had 5 engineer visits and they keep moving my router to different places around the house there are wires everywhere and one of the engineers even broke my wardrobe while fitting the connection cable
