    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer and originally broadband was supposed to be installed today, but has moved to 13/4 with no warning!! As 13/4 is also a bank holiday I don’t know what is going on! Have tried calling and live chat and no answers🙁🙄 please help

    @virginmedia It should be now. I had a 1.5hr call to virgin to try to fix this. They are investigating and trying to sort the issue. 3 calls, 2.5hrs so far, and nothing fixed.

    @Kieronocall @virginmedia Problem is Aswell on evenings it goes to foreign call centres not direct employees their as helpful as the can be but limited to what they can do unfortunately mate
