    @virginmedia No as I look after an elderly lady with parkinsons on Thursdays which means she doesn't get to get out of the house if I don't see her. So it's booked in for Friday. What help doninhave till then? Or reimbursement? I'm free every day after 3pm & I'm free Tuesday all day

    @virginmedia hope you can help please! Our router is a hub 3. It has a constant red light. It’s not over heating, I’ve done multiple hard resets. Any suggestions? Do I need a new router?

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @virginmedia This seems to be the standard message coming from Virgin Media. “Computer says no”. If you can’t see the issue with this then you (Virgin Media) are the problem. I’m inclined to contact the ombudsman as you have sold me a service which you blatantly cannot provide or install.

    @ConorPDunne I agree Connor. It’s time for a complete change of direction for RTÉ. I’ve lost interest in the LLS and RoT. I get RoT brings tourism to Kerry but it’s time for a change. RTÉ is still living in the times gone past. What exactly are we paying TV licence for? Virgin Media is as bad

    A man in his 40s has died after being struck by his van near Luke’s Bridge in Gortnaleck, Grange, Co Sligo. The collision happened at around 3.55pm yesterday (Saturday). Gardaí said the incident involved “a van and a pedestrian, the owner of the vehicle”. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and Gardai are appealing for witnesses.  More on Virgin Media PLAY.

    @CheekyVic @virginmedia Yes I would totally agree with that! I had to get in touch with one of the directors to sort my account out! She waved the massive bill if I dropped my complaint!! We had closed the account 5 months before that! Shocking customer service!!
