If it can't, and it's same as WiFi, no internet, get onto virgin, don't take their **** and explain Synchronisation is being lost and it's their responsibility to investigate.

@virginmedia Virgin Media internet & Tv spoke to an employee on the 02/02/2021 , 04/02/21 & the 09/02/2021 in regards to your error. I am a manager in customer service in and hands down your company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Apparently mangers take a week to call back?

@virginmedia Nope to be honest I’ve now purchased and I’m streaming from a @vodafoneUK SIM card so dunno if I even want virgin anymore as a customer of over 20 years I expected a lot better service then the attitude of oh well
