    @virginmedia Not sure what this will do. There has been regular outages in the area for over a week. Your call centre told me today that this should now be fixed and will not reoccur. We will see if this is the case when the service eventually returns.

    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia One of the worst when they commit and change the visit in last minute don’t respect others time my installation date was on 11/06/2020 ,Received call at 18:00 on 10/06/2020 via automated system that date has been changed to 11:07/2020 ,you know what 🦶

    @virginmedia I have just checked and it says there's an issue for people with v6 and tivo this only makes us unable to watch catchup and on demand but an engineer is sorting that issue estimated time 13:05

    @virginmedia No reference to the outage I see! Also every other broadband provider rooter/WiFi has been totally fine - funny that. The best bit is that you want £260 to cancel because the service is fine. Your companies disinterest in it customers welfare is astonishing!

    @vmbusiness We've been having major issues with our VM business service but am still surprised that an "Internet" company requires customers to wait on hold and raise tickets via phone with no electronic way to log faults. Why must we wait on hold for ages just to say you're down!

    Just phoned @virginmedia to renegotiate my broadband and TV bundle. As soon as I mention I wanted to choose a cheaper package I was told their systems had gone down and for me to call back on Monday! They have just lost a customer.

    Seems @virginmedia don't want to keep loyal customers. Won't let me upgrade online and miraculously their systems go down when I mention I want a cheaper package. They wont even let me cancel my membership. Disgraceful.
