    @virginmedia what a joke! Tale of two cities. One advisor couldn’t be more helpful when I rang up with a complaint - I even ended up adding to my package. One was rude, patronising and obnoxious. I get a 14 day cool off might just cancel it. Fuming 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to call but just get automated, I’ve tried livechat but they say I can’t order a booster through that service. What am I mean to do? I just want a lead time on the booster. Why can nobody give me that?

    @virginmedia are there known issues with broadband in Loughton IG104QU? Had very patchy speeds recently . Paying for 350mb, typically getting 150mb+. Few days now of <30mb 😫

    @virginmedia Slow broadband. I spent ages on the phone to your helpline and s was hen they couldn’t do anything they said an engineer would call. Waited on all day but he didn’t bother.

    @virginmedia I have called but on hold each time for so long and the number isnt free for me to call. The issue every time is when I get put through to the movers department, no one seems to answer the phone or WhatsApp. Waited hours on sun, all day yesterday and been trying all day today.
