Well it didnโt make a difference and my speed test shows my downloads dropped from 236mbs to 36. The issue is uploads tho at 0.5mbps. On hold again!

Thr cable was previously buried (all be it not that deep), & I would have liked it to be again. My suggestion was leave slack so I could bury it. That message wasn't passed on to the 3rd party engineer. What would you advise?
