@virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

@virginmedia I have been experience no internet since 10 December 2019. I have received the message 13-12-19 back to work but no internet called the Customer service couple time no internet yet now they book engineer wednesday.

@virginmedia I have experienced similar issue in October 2019 they have book the engineer but didn't turned up on the day. I have take day off from my work. No communication from Virgin media . I have to call and listen all the songs and wasted my 1 hour nothing sorted.

@virginmedia In my humble view the customer call centres, specifically abroad need more training...I've been on the phone 3 times to amend packages & in truth not many are up to speed when the change occurs As a customer of over 11+ years it's been a poor experience

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@virginmedia Your customer service is a joke! I've been on the phone over an hour and spoken to 9 different people to be lied to and told the engineer tried knocking and calling my mobile this morning (I've been home all morning but had no one at the door and no missed calls).

I advice people please do not use @virginmedia broadband they are false advertising. Pathetic customer service useless engineers not turn up on due date just charging big money in the name of fibre optic but service is worst than land lines. No service in my home last 7 days

@virginmedia I eventually managed to get up and running, putting my hub 4 back in router mode rather than modem mode. It shouldn't work, but it does. My main frustration is the lack of online testing for my hub - I can't tell if it's your problem or mine.

@virginmedia I have been huge broadband issues for months. Last time I had to speak to manager I was told if it happened again they would send an engineer out. I consistently have no WiFi at all at home and we have been sent boosters etc.
