    @virginmedia I had an email Monday saying i was due a refund but there was a problem with my information and to click on the link ! Of course i deleted the email as it was obviously not from Virgin media , they got my regon code rong as well as not using my name on the email !

    @virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

    @virginmedia so customer service just hung up on us after putting us on hold for over half an hour and failing to deal with an issue which your app said you can deal with. Only want a wifi booster and the customer service I have received was atrocious

    @virginmedia I did tests and there is a problem. But it is not fixed. No landline, WiFi keeps dropping, terrible coverage in house. Please give me a number where I can contact a REAL person

    @virginmedia You have actually called me once (22nd April) on my mobile number. Instead of trying to solve the problem you tried to talk to be about mobile phones and Tivo boxes. The caller was non UK. My phone is PAYG text and calls only. It does not have a package.

    Yet again @virginmedia doesn’t fail disappoint. Called up today to check the status of my engineer revisit. The associate offers me a new deal with O2 included to compensate just to tell me 20 mins later I can’t have the deal and to call O2 #virginmedia #disappointed #badservice
