@virginmedia Are you able to remove all registered devices from my Virgin TV Go account? Searching online it looks like there is a bug on the system, which requires Virgin Support to remove the devices.

@virginmedia Yep. I asked to start a complaint, to which I was told I problem.. and guess what.. no-one’s been in touch. Been constantly with you since ‘96 through Nynex, C&W, NTL, Virgin Media. Think I deserve more loyalty than I’m getting.

@virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

I was on hold for 18 mins (at a charge of 7p per min) to speak to @virginmedia. Then, guess what? My WiFi cut out (again). #terribleservice Can. Not. Wait. For my contract to expire. 6 months and counting.

Its odd that I was phoned out the blue, told I've got no order now (despite having a contract!) and being transferred to a clueless sales person who couldnt help me at all and said to just "place a new order once the current tenants have left". @virginmedia Nope, you still won't pick up the phone. Cancelling the direct debit means you won't get your increased price and seen as though I haven't been home in, nearly, 5 months and haven't used your service since then (whilst still paying you every month on time) I won't miss you.

@virginmedia my virgin media is pixelating on most channels. If I disconnect-the splitter and put the cable straight into the box it works fine. I have bought another splitter but this still doesn’t solve the issue.
