    @virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

    @virginmedia This issue has been going on since August. Loss of power for hours on end is adding up to several days. I am currently on hold which I've been doing for 30 minutes. Shocking @Se7 residents please take note of @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I need to be contacted by phone and text on my trip. I also need my voicemails. If I don’t switch in roaming I can’t get these. Virgin’s data fees for the U.S. are vastly more expensive than your competition. I never had this issue with my o2 or Vodaphone contracts.

    @virginmedia Well, find the customer service absolutely calamitous. I had a letter notifying me of increased costs so I could cancel my service. This was early Feb. Since then I have called about 5 times to confirm the cencellation and each time there is no record, although you record all?
