  • declan1968

@virginmedia Oh yeah. Nothing that explains why it keeps happening though. Fix dates are usually meaningless. Feels like we're being rationed.

  • drummerJ83
Jay Bourley (@drummerJ83) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@virginmedia Hi, the VMGo app is telling me I need to upgrade to watch live tv but I’ve got the right package to have access and have until today watched live via the app. Is there an issue? Tried restarting it etc.

  • Andrew007Uk
Dr Andrew Fleming 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Andrew007Uk) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@virginmedia I performed the reset, it still does not recognise the code. Very disappointed. On Wednesday I wasted 3 hours on the phone talking to 13 of your people one of whom brazenly told me to fix all issues I must buy an upgrade. I am sorry to say the whole experience is abysmal 💔

  • andy_s_battle
Andrew Battle (@andy_s_battle) reported from East Ham, England

@virginmedia No effort is made to rectify the problem they just want to change to VOIP with no regard to a customer who spends over £1200 a bear for all devices, I wonder what offcom would think

  • BBLn15
Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia How long is due course? I’ve already spent hours on this issue with no resolution. I started this chat conversation on Wednesday 1st February. Wouldn’t you agree the customer service from Virgin is woeful?

  • Andrew007Uk
Dr Andrew Fleming 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Andrew007Uk) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

After a mammoth session on the phone to 6 of your departments to arrange interim broadband given your service failed in Nov. & won't be fixed to March I spoke to a helpful chap called David in the Customer Care Dept before I was cut off. Can you help reconnect me @virginmedia 🙏🏻

@virginmedia hi there, all of our services have dropped out in the last ten minutes, the router changed to a flashing red light without anybody touching it. I have rebooted the router and it comes back on but is still flashing red. No TV, no WiFi, no landline help please

  • declan1968
Declan Higgins ☘ (@declan1968) reported from Southwark, England

@virginmedia What does an area outage mean? I pay Virgin about £150 a month for services. This is over the odds but I thought I was getting a reliable service and so went with it.

  • Gold_Accounting
Going for Gold (@Gold_Accounting) reported from South Ockendon, England

  • PJacksonClark

@virginmedia I've covered all the options; there aren't many. It tells me there are no problems in my area and then defaults to the bot chat.

  • DerrickSWB
Derrick Brown (@DerrickSWB) reported from Lower Clapton, England

@virginmedia Can someone advise how I fix the Wi-Fi pod which isn’t working with my new router - I had to upgrade at extra cost to receive new kit as the lead time was shorter than getting a competitor in #ThisIsWrong

  • BBLn15
Helen Reihill (@BBLn15) reported from Hackney, England

@virginmedia I presume so. I was quite clear I wanted to leave Virgin as I was not happy with the services provided even though they tried to keep me as a customer. I feel Virgin are making it as difficult as possible and I am paying for it

  • WhiskyOneIce
Mark 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@WhiskyOneIce) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@virginmedia It's okay I've taken it up with CEDR now and let them resolve it, I'm just highlighting to people how difficult it is to cancel contracts and the fact that VM consistently "loose" letters

@virginmedia Our broadband has recently started to fail on a daily basis. It has been fairly reliable until a couple of weeks ago. Yes, it comes back after a while, but this really isn't good enough in 2026, especially bearing in mind how much it costs. What's happening?

  • LisaPatten2

Absolute quality service from @virginmedia as always. Broadband not working all morning, it might be fixed by 7pm, whoop whoop. 150 quid a month well spent. Daylight robbery.

@virginmedia In the kitchen it’s very bad, bad in the bathroom, worse upstairs and it’s very frustrating. I just upgraded to a faster bandwidth but I haven’t seen a single difference except for that I am paying more money.

  • lgwlgwlgw
    LGWLGWLGW (@lgwlgwlgw) reported

@virginmedia Done this multiple times. Engineers have confirmed there are regular intermittent network outages in my local area which cause broadband to drop out for up to 10 mins at a time. Not good. Also no priority for anyone at Virgin Media to fix the issue any time soon
