    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia All of our WiFi appliances stopped working at the exact same time. The WiFi keeps trying to connect but just whirls and whirls. No issues with our appliances

    @virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @virginmedia Having spent from 9.30am to 2pm on the phone yesterday to virgin media and asking for my complaint to be resolved and escalated having been put through to every different department…… complaint manager not available!!…. Call again exasperation!

    @virginmedia service has been abysmal, 50% of the time cannot get Wi-Fi upstairs. Despite numerous engineers coming out all confirming the BB speed being excessively low & replacing cabling outside, there has been an open job to replace wiring indoors since Oct 20. From disgruntled customer

    @virginmedia Constantly happy to take £99 a month but wont fix my service been waiting for a tech since oct. but faults team wont contact engineer they arrange between themselves. what do i need to do to get someone to deal with this instead of fobbing me off
