@virginmedia absolutely piss poor customer service from@whoever the guy was who put us on hold, blagging our of his arsehole he was waiting for a technician, to then cut us off just before 8pm so that we couldn’t call back BECAUSE THE LINES ARE CLOSED!

Finally got a real person - he said connection was poor & couldn’t hear me so told me to hang up &call back. After 1.5 hours - and it’s not a free fone no!
