    @virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

    @virginmedia Internet has been patchy for the last few weeks to say the least but recently almost non existent. Called help desk and followed automated advice, reset router etc a number of times but no joy. This makes it almost impossible to home school my kids. Please advise!

    @virginmedia Please can you help. Yet again my download and upload speeds are terrible can’t load or download anything. I’m paying for 110mbps but you give me 7mbps and less than 1mbps upload. Your ruining my business I pay you guys so much cash and my issues never get callbacks

    @virginmedia One of the worst when they commit and change the visit in last minute don’t respect others time my installation date was on 11/06/2020 ,Received call at 18:00 on 10/06/2020 via automated system that date has been changed to 11:07/2020 ,you know what 🦶

    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia The outage is known since Tuesday, its now been more than 5 days & you either don’t know what to do to get it fixed or you’re not doing anything to fix it. Both are concerning scenarios.

    @virginmedia I have a V6 box on Oomph. I enquired about 360 to enable streaming in bedrooms (which is issue with roku) and adviser did not know about 360. Offered me Volt which I would have signed up to but don't want the £25 sim offered. So no joy
