    Anyone else in romford lost there internet with @virginmedia I have been on hold for 30min to be told it wont be back on till 10th dec, 2wks without internet this is just not good enough they won't let me cancel, staff have been rude, cant get a manager #fuming

    @virginmedia In my humble view the customer call centres, specifically abroad need more training...I've been on the phone 3 times to amend packages & in truth not many are up to speed when the change occurs As a customer of over 11+ years it's been a poor experience

    @virginmedia For the present but am seriously rethinking Virgin Media as our TV provider and will be looking at other options. You definitely need to have more staff working. I appreciate these are difficult times but you can’t continue to advertise a service you are not providing.

    @virginmedia I work from home and still manage to respond to customer complaints within the required time frame. Clearly your managers are that busy due to the dreadful service you offer. I’m not worried ...your the ones which have lost a customer because of this.
