    The man on the phone told me that can’t happen, and that my tv isn’t broke! Totally patronising me! I haven’t even been with @virginmedia for 24 hours, and I am totally appalled with the customer service! I am awaiting a call from a manager. Fingers crossed e understand me!

    @virginmedia It’s not a connection issue. Your engineer fitted my 10 year old tv with the latest HD box, which has overloaded my HDMI ports & my tv is now broken. Customers services do not understand what I am saying. The engineers have both confirmed a replacement tv needs to be sent out.

    @virginmedia I have constant problems with my WiFi connection at home. Connection keeps dropping. Phone switches to mobile data. Called ur team and they keep saying everything is fine. They also said connection can drop if you are to close to the router or to far! What crap

    And now ALL of my channels are ghosting. The picture is so bad I can’t watch anything, on any channel. My tv was totally fine before they arrived! The engineer said for me to call @virginmedia customer services, tell them what had happened, and a replacement tv will be arranged..

    Think I am cursed with home internet. All the trouble in India and now a culmative 2 hours trying to contact @virginmedia with no success of speaking to a human back home. All data expired and phone line/TV also not working so we must refresh and start again tomorrow 😳

    @virginmedia disgusting customer service trying to help elderly parents spent 50 mins on phone to be transferred and cut off, ring back same again then oh sorry closed now terrible all we needed was a replacement sim.

    He said that @virginmedia will confirm with the engineers manager that what I am saying is true, and there will be no issues in arranging this. He totally accepts that the virgin box has wrecked my tv... trying to explain this to the people at customer services is another story..

    @virginmedia At least twice a month it has issues, now waiting 2 days for a network engineer, it's just overall down too often to rely on.

    @virginmedia I am a M500 broadband subscriber, who has been getting 275 mpbs download and 29 mbps upload for the last week. Your service is not cheap and you are essentially ripping me off with £59/month bill and rate limiting my connection speed to half of what i should be.

    @virginmedia You’ve moved our reconnection apt 3 times - now to Jan - had no internet since Nov! We rang to complain & cancel - been cut off three times. Complaints line said they would call us back in 20 mins. No call. You’re still taking direct debits too!!

    @virginmedia This is the 2nd time we've had an outage of internet. Last time it took 7 days to fix it. Your service updates have gone from 12pm, to 3pm, to 9.30pm and now 10am tomorrow??? But your rep over the phone said you won't have anyone working tomorrow or on the 25th!

    @virginmedia, you have my respect. I've been writing software for 20+ years, but it takes some big ***** to go live with an untested UI just before Christmas. Pro tip: if your UI rounds down the payment amount, maybe don't threaten with charges for having a £0.35 balance.
