    Not sure how I get turned down for an awesome @virginmedia mobile/iPad bundle offer due to not meeting the criteria when I got approved for A- buying a house B- Virgin Media big bundle for tv, broadband & phone ... And my credit score is only 20 points off the maximum score...

    @virginmedia The picture begins to stutter and flicker. The tivo box also becomes very slow to respond to remote inputs. Our other tivo box is not affected. Thanks for replying

    @virginmedia Would you tell me when they’re available? I pay for 500G but only get 30, even in the same room as router. Your CS Team are unobtainable, one hour on hold then cut off. Done all the trouble shooting steps!!

    @virginmedia That’s strange because any time I’ve asked to speak to a manager or someone more senior I’m told it’s not possible. Very mixed messages. Someone needs to take responsibility for sorting out your terrible customer service, it really lets down the good parts of the business.

    A woman who called me on landline saying she was from @virginmedia tried to scam me. Had my Virgin account number, address, full name. How did I know it was a scam? Well, you would never be able to talk to a real Virgin representative on the phone. (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK I'm coming to one of your stores today. This is the worst customer service I've had since Virgin Media drama in 2017. This is shockingly awful. I have spent an hour and a half trying to cancel, to be told "we can't hear you" and hung up on. This is ombusman ****.
