    @virginmedia I reported a fault on my Home Telephone with Virgin Media on 6th March I am still waiting for this to be repaired. Virgin Media are absolutely disgusting for customer service. Don't ever join them!

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia No, there is an IT fault on my account which is stopping a call being raised for an engineer to call out. Your IT people were notified 12 days ago and have still not rectified the problem.That is what is causing the whole problem.

    @virginmedia cannot even be bothered to make contact to find out what services I’ve lost and try and help fix the issues.. @skytv @Ofcom diabolical customer services ! Phone line down, broadband down, tv on this occasion still works but had 2 x 5 day total loss of all services
