@virginmedia Clearly your kids in the advertising report were all out with hangovers when their Unis were teaching about the backfire effect of “knocking copy”. It kind of makes you sound like your own product is so bad you need to bring others down to your level

@virginmedia I reported a fault on my Home Telephone with Virgin Media on 6th March I am still waiting for this to be repaired. Virgin Media are absolutely disgusting for customer service. Don't ever join them!

@virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

@virginmedia No, there is an IT fault on my account which is stopping a call being raised for an engineer to call out. Your IT people were notified 12 days ago and have still not rectified the problem.That is what is causing the whole problem.
