@virginmedia Thanks but from what I read on social media yesterday, we were not the only ones using Virgin Media having problems and sure we do not all live in Welling! Will see what happens next time we try to watch #EFL footie on the red button. But thanks for the acknowledgement

@virginmedia Engineer noted it last month when he fixed telephone line. It has become worse overnight, probably hit by a car. Have reported via virgin media online complaint also.

Season’s greetings to @virginmedia Broadband unusable for over a week now. The ETA to fix is 2nd Jan, when whoever’s job it is to fix my issue comes back from their break. I especially enjoyed the staff who refused to put me through to a manager even though I asked 4 times

@virginmedia 2 weeks with no internet. Four phone calls (one hour each). Three engineer visits cancelled. I even tried calling you BEFORE today's engineer visit to try to stop you cancelling it but no luck. Please help. Nobody on the number you provide is able to do so.

We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

@virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

@virginmedia Thank you. I'm way beyond reviewing your site for tech support (which is limited) and have cancelled my account. I asked Virgin Media to take some responsibility for 5 months of problems by not charging us for the 30 day cancellation period but they wouldn't even consider this.

@virginmedia shocking customer service and shocking logistics - internet down over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day . Time to leave this poorly driven ‘tech’ company. The level of communication for a communications provider is appalling for this day and age.

@virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, I appreciate you saying that however I'm sure you can understand my scepticism. 48mb hard wired 40mb WiFi. Numerous hard resets of the router and other tips/tricks tried still nothing changes. Checked service status --- no known issues. Worked well this morning.

@virginmedia I’ve been checking the service status in my area since Thursday. The area is indeed affected and it says the technician is working on the issue but the expected time of repair is getting postponed several times a day for past 5 days. This has surpassed any standard waiting time.
