@virginmedia I called 150 again this morning, after you confirmed the service had not been suspended. I’m happy to say this person knew what she was doing, immediately suggested a password reset and this fixed it. Now all working. Suggest you retrain the person I spoke to yesterday.

@virginmedia Stop passing the buck from logging a complaint to calling customer service to now web chat. Do you not think we’ve done this. Acknowledge you’ve made a mistake and rectify it. I’ve had to live in a different location for a month because you can’t get your act together.

@virginmedia It’s been on going now for 3-4 weeks! When I test for local issues it says it’s fine but it clearly isn’t. It’s back up now but when it drops off it is so frustrating. I also know it’s a virgin problem because if I run a vpn I get good speeds when virgins is down!

@virginmedia Long story short I had 2 months apparently added coz all the issues 3 complaints in a month for different reasons but I already had 20 compensation due to outages causing me issues. Ie that's 3 months credit and when I called to clarify this yesterday I was told 1 month only 1/2
