Not sure how I get turned down for an awesome @virginmedia mobile/iPad bundle offer due to not meeting the criteria when I got approved for A- buying a house B- Virgin Media big bundle for tv, broadband & phone ... And my credit score is only 20 points off the maximum score...

@virginmedia That is not true. We are meant to have the fastest speed at 200 but it rarely goes over 50. The connection is unstable and is throttled at busy times. It cuts out and is unreliable plus it is impossible to get hold of support. Shameful and shambolic.

@katerussell Virgin Media support once told me that 2 days of no service were because “accidents happen”. I immediately switched to another broadband provider and will never go back to Virgin.

@virginmedia My reply to you there didn’t send immediately indicating the internet was down again so I did a speed check - it basically hovered and I couldn’t connect to the speed check website for a minute or so then when I got on the speed was around 70MBPS.
