    I was on hold for 18 mins (at a charge of 7p per min) to speak to @virginmedia. Then, guess what? My WiFi cut out (again). #terribleservice Can. Not. Wait. For my contract to expire. 6 months and counting.

    @virginmedia OK after an all day wait was contacted and tge rep worked through it. Was frustrating as hell Outcome is a network problem in my area that has been reported to the appropriate team. I'm left feeling unfulfilled and tossing a penny down a well hopeing its ok

    @virginmedia Feels like I’m talking to myself here....on the plus side today you know there is an issue and are working hard to fix it...on the down side having managed to keep the disruption to nights & achieve some WiFi in the daytime over the weekend it’s Monday morning and there’s no WiFi
