    @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @virginmedia I did and it said the service was ok. It’s now working after several times of going onto Amazon. I just don’t know why the service has become so poor recently

    Got to be the worse customer service in the world @virginmedia . No services for 3 days because your sub contractors cut through the cable and still no light at the end of the tunnel #fuming 😡

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia @gblondon1 Good luck with that….!!! I did the same 18 months ago… after 4 months of Virgin messing up my bills I moved back to @skytv The call centres are simply the worst I’ve ever encountered A much better service imo…

    @virginmedia what a terrible experience. At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.

    @virginmedia Of course I already checked. The estimated fix time is now 8:06pm. That’s far too late and will completely disrupt my workday. I work from home and have already been without internet for 2 days. This situation is unbelievable and has caused me significant inconvenience!

    Working from home in TW1 and my Virgin Media internet has been down for 2 days. I literally can’t do my job. It’s 2026 and I’m still dealing with outages lasting this long. Completely unacceptable. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia. 2 hours on a call trying to sort things out, to be told I was now cutting out, so the mobile team would call me straight back. 40 minutes later still waiting. Mention complaint and they cut me off 😡😡😡😡

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia You’ll come to regret it. They’re great when joining and setting up but if you have a problem be prepared for a lot of frustration and time wasting. They’re absolutely horrendous for customer service. I was lied to, transfered to dead lines, put on hold without coming back etc.
