    @virginmedia over the past 4 weeks I have had intermittent loss of service (at least 4 times) which don’t last a full 48 hours so we don’t get compensated but each have lasted over 3 hours causing significant disruption working from home. Is any compensation available for this?

    @virginmedia Not really no. Granted I know there are areas of poor/no signal on this route but it shouldn't be this bad. I seem to only get 4G in major cities/towns, anywhere else all I get is H+. Using a Huawei Mate20 Pro and has no issues with EE.

    @ellen__jones @virginmedia Absolutely horrible stuff, I had similar with BT recently but as soon as I explained what happened (grandparent dying and needing to cancel contract) they instantly waived the cancellation fee, it was discretionary but such a human response.

    @virginmedia Hello - is broadband service having issues in SE22? We got our router installed on Saturday and today it's refusing to connect on any of our devices - if it does, it's painfully slow. Was fine before - could the rain be an issue?
