    @virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

    @virginmedia I've raised 2 complaints so far, both have been "resolved" without any contact whatsoever. Have had contract and billing issues not being honoured since May, absolutely lost all faith in virgin
