    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

    @virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

    @JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

    @virginmedia You wrongly disconnected my services on 22nd December so had no TV and no Internet over Xmas and spent hours and hours on the phone to your scandalously poor customer services trying to get it resolved and it still isn’t. Really took the shine of my Xmas you should be ashamed

    @virginmedia Pretty much but I am still getting big fluctuations in the upload speed. With the hub 3 in modem mode it was always over 35mb but now its dropping right down to 7

    @virginmedia Call took 1hr 40 mins got nowhere and the promised callback hasn’t happened. Still I used all the time I spent on hold to write to Sunday Times Money customer service complaints asking them to take this up. I hope the do, some public naming and shaming is the least you deserve
