  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  So @virginmedia customer service is appalling! Was told I had a default, which they had never made any attempt to contact me about. Called and was told I was up to date and to email to get it removed. They replied to email to say that I had to pay despite being told on the 1/2

  @virginmedia another let down. Waiting 5 hours for an engineer only to be told he’s rescheduled. I’ve taken a half day off work. Dreadful customer service.
