    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

    @virginmedia Everything seems to be back but this is a reoccurring issue. Three separate times it's dropped out for over 8 hours at a time.

    @virginmedia every night this week at 7pm our internet goes down and is unusable. Can’t watch amazon or Netflix. Rebooted every system in our house and the hub every night inc hard reset...at our wits end and impossible to speak to anyone on your call centre.

    @virginmedia Customer service is rubbish not even a message back after my last complaint on here because you wanted all my security details cos that's safe giving them to you. Once again the box broke when you were having problems and I lost all my programs some I cant ever get back.

    @virginmedia It's been down since 9.30. I appreciate the need for planned maintenance but in these times of working from home, scheduled maintenance of the network for 5 hours is disruptive. I've never known this with any other service provider I've used.

    Virgin media really do take the biscuit. They’ve just told me that my new cost will be £39 a month higher than anything they’ve quoted me. £40 a month more than they would charge a new customer. I feel another ceo email coming on. His office were meant to have sorted this out.

    @virginmedia I just want to see your offers. I was told about a new deal on the phone, but was unable to understand what they were saying because of the accent. I can’t see any of your offers online as the link just leads me to your awful chatbot service which is absolutely useless.

    @7alext7 I hope so, think that's important, I think I get it free with Virgin Media, have never been a subscriber previously and doubt would be but hopefully it continues like that. Hopefully things are just kept the same or it becomes part of the DAZN subscription at the same price.

    @virginmedia Thank you. Yes I was able to do this eventually but it seems a bit of a coincidence that the problem seemedcto get rectified at your end after I had told a helpline operativr that I was considering cancelling my entire Virgin package because I was so frustrated with them.

    Takes 30 mins to reach you guys. Attempt 1: took 30 mins and call got cancelled coz of network failure. Call 2: your team couldn’t clarify my doubt, I asked him to put someone else; he put me on hold for long. Call 3: On going.. @virginmedia my query of wrong bill is pending btw
