  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @wrighty1707 @virginmedia the company is a complete joke, i was paying £56 a month for 1gig and the last 2 months were atrocious for connection the best they could do was send patronising emails saying it was my issue, so i switched to EE 1.6gig for £35 a month with unlimited mobile data to boot

  @BonesE78 @virginmedia I have the same reply, I've sent them a dozen messages, including photos and videos of the streaming box not working but my Alexa still able to say date and time. Not interested, just saying I have to call them from my landline, I don't have one. The service is pathetic.
