@virginmedia My service in the last week has been dreadful, constantly dropping away. I must have reset it at least three times each day. Can’t test from here as that part of your website is not working. I can’t currently connect at all. I’m E11 2LX. Can you look into it please

@virginmedia A fault in the area would impact wired connection too. This is only the wireless that is having issues so my assumption is the router needs replacing. Will I be charged for a replacement? If so I’m out of contract so will move back to BT or Sky.

@virginmedia yes , its happened 2 nights in a row. I looked at the service status in my area and there was an issue last night. Same issue as the night before. Also went down same time around a week ago. You had thousands of complaints on twitter you obviously had a problem with your network!
