@virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

@virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

@virginmedia Several times Thurs, Friday, Saturday over a week ago. Having to borrow virgin phone to ring free. Was deactivated, rang same day, told a txt had been sent, I never received. Told sim has to be reactivated to give me the pact code, told this day sim stopped. @Ofcom
