@virginmedia I can understand the need for maintenance work to improve your service but why do it during the day when the majority of us are still working from home? At least do it late evening or early morning when no one is using it!

@virginmedia Been promised somebody would call me back about a complaint for three weeks now. Nobody has, and it's a 1hr 30min wait on hold to talk to anyone at your end. Internet is terrible, engineers were a joke and you're still charging us full price...

after 6 mths @virginmedia have found the fault causing my router going offline. i have suffered countless calls, 4 engineers, often 5 times a day outage and customer service suggest i just end the contract. my request for 1 month discount is unreasonable apparently. #valued

@virginmedia We contact virgin everyday they just tell us what want to hear but ultimately nothing is done and we are back to square one the next day. We understand that there is a 14 day cooling off period after installation to cancel the contract...
