@virginmedia By all means better start reading up on the #badcusyomerservice I’ve had since 2020 about March? Virgin still hasn’t fulfilled it resolution agreement mad back in Nov 2020 and have had to chase and hound you with up to 7 calls as staff which should be able to, can’t get it right!

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@virginmedia Internet is down in BR76HH. Engineer allegedly coming Fri as it’s only one house at fault. Now a neighbour is saying that there’s outage in the whole area & 30 June is meant to be the day we get our internet back. Any advice on which VM advice to believe, please?

@virginmedia hi I’m having trouble getting anyone on the phone. I’m having issues with one of my v boxes for some reason when I try to watch anything on catch up it keeps losing the sound. The internet connection is fine and it works on my other box. Netflix and prime both work.

@virginmedia As you are unreachable by phone, could you please give me a status update on my Complete Loss Of Service complaint (C1512201772)? I logged the complaint on the 15th December and still haven't been contacted. The outage issue was resolved on 22nd January.

@virginmedia Prime time 7-11pm every night it slows down and when I call i get told to check blackspots and everything which I have done. I then get advised to pay for boosters, which are out of stock. Then I go told too connect a wire but why should I pay for wires when it's wireless.

@virginmedia I have spent 10 months trying to contact VM re billing issues. Have tried every means available, but no joy. On 3rd Jan.21. Eventually Laura Hackett rang, VM Executive Team. We agreed a new contract but no confirmation. I am now in arrears! HELP!
