@virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

@virginmedia I have installed your service, M350. I was given a Hub3 instead of a Hub4 like I had requested. The speeds are subpar (never close to 350). Now seems like the Hub3 doesn't like my work VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) and keeps dropping me off. Call your support wait for 1H+.

@virginmedia We are also paying for 350mbps and have the top package and 4 TiVo boxes amongst telephone and mobile packages. You get a lot of money out of us and we are not getting the full service we have been contracted.
