    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    @virginmedia I am trying to watch millwall on the sky sports red button service.....the commentary is of the wrong game.....can you fix please.....this is not effecting sky viewers

    @virginmedia I did and it said the service was ok. It’s now working after several times of going onto Amazon. I just don’t know why the service has become so poor recently

    @virginmedia So after 10 days and loads of phone calls I’m still without any virgin services . For a communications business you are very poor at communicating to your customer and as for the complaints link 28 days to respond is a joke. I bet my bill arrives on time though !!! #whatajoke

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

    @virginmedia more than 24 hours of no internet service in the E4 area. I’m seeing people saying that this has gone on for days with them. How can we confirm that our service will be up and running by the suggested time? I have work to do and this is really causing a delay.

    @virginmedia The worse broadband company ever. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years and just lately the broadband is shocking. It looks like I’ll be going to a new company and never coming back to virgin.
