    @virginmedia It’s kinda Improved. But when paying for M350 fibre broadband plus 2 boosters...I don’t expect this to happen. I just came from BT & not once in 3 years with them did I have any system issues nor need boosters

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the actual day but they were not very helpful. As stated before this cable has never been an issue before. I can only assume that when neighbours were weeding area where my cable runs that may have accidentally lifted it.

    @spenge74 @virginmedia Cheers. Downloading tgAt now. At my last place I had BT and no issues but when I moved no phone line so went str8 to virgin but somedays it’s real slow. Driving me to drink 🤣🤣🤣

    Pretty certain #virginmedia is the worst ISP there is around! Absolutely awful and disgraceful server. Shocking speeds wireless and wired. Never used to be as bad as this. Will be asking for an early termination to my contract as I am not even getting the promised minimum speed.

    Hello @virginmedia you had engineers in the street this am and not my connection gone and I am guest speaker on a one hour webinar with @DANC_MANC in two hours. This happens way too often and you never get it sorted.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia I could have lied and said I had no knowledge of how the cable broke but didn’t. Have been a customer for about 15 years. But have lost confidence in virgin. The bills are never correct to what was actually quoted. Partner who pays bills still can’t get anyone to correct email

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia Despited repeated requests. The whole service has been a catalogue of errors but if you need to complain it’s hard work but if payment wanted there are no problems. NOT HAPPY AND NOW WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

    @virginmedia @AnitaaAnderson Have to say, our experience of Virgin Media was of extraordinarily poor customer service. I generally have sympathy for staff working in contact centres, but with Virgin, it seemed as though a culture of contempt and arrogance was hopelessly embedded in it's corporate DNA.

    @virginmedia Not sure what this will do. There has been regular outages in the area for over a week. Your call centre told me today that this should now be fixed and will not reoccur. We will see if this is the case when the service eventually returns.

    @virginmedia I was a Virgin Media customer (apart from a few years in the 2010’s) from the old NTL days. I had no complaint about the service, only the pricing, and the fact that transferring to another company was so difficult.
