    @virginmedia again really???? I just signed up to a flipping contract and broadband goes down again! Worst mistake. Should have went with another provider. My Plex and my security system is down. Thanks for nothing virgin. 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Yes. But that didnt stop you charging me for a full month even though i didn't have service for a full month. Your customer service is appalling, I've complained for years and you make no change or comoensation. You don't care one iota for your customers.

    Dear @virginmedia how many incompetent people (now on my 10th call in 2 weeks) before one of your staff get it right..No sooner had my tv, bb etc working then someone in your movers dept disconnects my service.

    @virginmedia It has just come back on. The annoying thing is your website said no problems, so I went through the usual, unplugging, checking cables etc. only for the website to be updated later. I should have learned by now.

    @virginmedia The next slot was 28th April which I would not be in and so have taken 5th May. A loyal customer of about 12 years this a complete let down after arranging today from a previous cancellation on your company's part.

    @virginmedia so disgusted with the service I’ve received . Trying to sort out a trade up since November 11th, I’ve spent over 2.5 hours on the phone with no one able to help and you are ignoring my written complaint. Awful.

    @virginmedia Hello, the service checker is showing the hub is not working, and the router is flashing red. We have had 2 engineers booked this week but did not arrive. We have 1 booked today but have no confidence the engineer will come.

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Contact ofcom or ombudsman as they have to show responsible attempts to fix the issue if not they need release from contract without penalty and they are also members of the telecoms auto compensation scheme so should be adding a certain amount of credit to ur bills

    @virginmedia I’ve now been told SEVEN times that an incorrect final bill charge would be removed, yet it’s still showing and I’m still chasing. Account no. 223578504. Please issue a corrected final bill and confirm no collections/credit impact, or I’ll contact the ombudsman

    @markenello @virginmedia Seriously mate if its broadband and you can swap to another cable provider do it. And I'm not talking about a big name. We had full fibre installed in street and I jumped to an unknown, did some quick research on them and it was the best decision ever, night and day service.

    @virginmedia Service desk closed for the evening, so logging this here. Broadband and television down in B24 8RB. TV shows a code CS2004. WiFi hub flashing red and TV box flashing a symbol with two arrows. Have rebooted WiFi, but this has made no difference.

    @footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.

    @virginmedia Ok, how about replying to my many messages? We are close to the 48 hour compensation deadline for loss of service and with an apparent 'fix' planned for Monday at 12 you are going to owe alot of people.
