@virginmedia Chatting with you is not solving my problem. This is day 6 with no internet to work in my house. Your company took it upon themselves to change my landline without informing me. I have called the old provider to find out if the line is still available with BT

  • Phil_precious1 Phil (@Phil_precious1) reported from Eltham, England

@virginmedia When I eventually got someone to deal with the issue was after waiting on the line over an hour, I was told someone will contact me within 24hrs. I’m still waiting since last week Thursday.

  • jezrab Jeremy Rabinovitch (@jezrab) reported

@virginmedia How have you sold out when everyone seems to have been frozen out all day. I will be making a complaint to @Ofcom about this.

  • T4ndy10 Tandy 10 (@T4ndy10) reported

@virginmedia ******* disgrace!!!! Stick your **** priority partnership with 02 up your arse you clowns!!!!

  • LouOsbo36184718 Lou (@LouOsbo36184718) reported

@virginmedia So as a @virginmedia customer, the error 404 keeps coming up on priorities meaning that we’ve prob been diddled and had zero chance of actually even getting on to buy any. Virgin and @O2 seriously gone down in a lot of peoples eyes! Ridiculous

  • MartaIg88800241 Marta Iglesias (@MartaIg88800241) reported

@virginmedia And now getting a message stating priority unavailable because we are making some improvements ! This is absolutely ridiculous ! Virgin media and O2 should not be promising their customers a service which they cannot offer at all ! Many tickets have by now been sold elsewhere

  • angelak2271 angela keown (@angelak2271) reported

@virginmedia O2, at a time when people are struggling financially ,you have totally let down your hard working customers. Peter Kay announced he was keeping prices low, but you’ve allowed touts to buy and re-sell upto 10x the amount. You should hang your head in shame and embarrassment.

  • Rae1990x Rae (@Rae1990x) reported

@virginmedia Every tweet I’ve seen no one could get on so how the tickets have gone I’ll never know! ****** ****

  • colinbut66 Colinbut66 (@colinbut66) reported

@virginmedia I’m currently looking at broadband options I will be phoning shortly to cancel

  • WIN58URY Daniel Winsbury (@WIN58URY) reported

    @SoVeryBritish Why are @virginmedia so ****?

  • PaddyWhiteway Paddy Whiteway (@PaddyWhiteway) reported

@virginmedia So I’ve just seen news that Virgin Media have sold out of their Peter Kay tickets. How’s that possible when the App is still not working? Where’s the back door to the queue? Surely the whole O2 isn’t sold out for the 18 Feb show? Boo! I only wanted 4 tickets. Bet lots have 8.
