Our 8th engineer visit scheduled for today (this time rescheduled because they needed a permit for the work). Just had a text saying engineer will be here next Tuesday now. Livid does not cut it. In short an outage.

Chris L (@CDPL1) reported@virginmedia what a joke of a company. I need my broadband point moved. Cable through the frame of my front door will be cut next week when a new door is installed. I will be without a service until 13th July which is the earliest an engineer can attend.
