    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @virginmedia Omg this is ridiculous this has been since the 18th June.. I have such poor connection and I am wfh ? An engineer appointment to my house was booked but virgin cancelled? I can’t carry on like this for another week?….

    @virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

    Every time Virgin Media says they are near fixing our internet outage, they push the fix time back another 12 hours 😩

    Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

    Working from home is super fun when Virgin Media’s internet in south east London goes down completely for the entire morning and you have to use the hotspot on your phone to try and get any work done 😬

    Hey @virginmedia it's seemingly impossible for me to get in touch with anyone who can help with an incorrect bill. Can you point me in the right direction of an email address please? I won't use the call centre as I've been outright lied to or hung up on by the last two people.

    @theodoraclarke @virginmedia My elderly mother’ phone was cut off mid December whilst she was in hospital. She came home on 27th and I’ve been trying since then to have it restored. Technician installed new kit yesterday. Still not working. No one at VM giving me answers.

    @virginmedia Your engineers have abandoned my very vulnerable parents (80+). Your helplines are completely unhelpful. I’m very worried indeed that they will fall down the stairs rushing to answer their only phone (they had 3). Take action before something awful happens to them.
