    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    @virginmedia So after 10 days and loads of phone calls I’m still without any virgin services . For a communications business you are very poor at communicating to your customer and as for the complaints link 28 days to respond is a joke. I bet my bill arrives on time though !!! #whatajoke

    @virginmedia It’s working as of this morning but that’s a 48hr outage with no explanation why and no realistic reconnection time given. Could you advise on the process for claiming compensation?

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    Well, turns out @skytv are just as useless as @virginmedia. Installed broadband today, forgot to sort out TV and Virgin TV doesnt work with Sky fibre. Now have no telly until they find an install date. Why is this so complicated, why are these firms allowed to be so poor @Ofcom

    @virginmedia it's now getting beyond a joke, 3 days now without TV, and when you call all you get is "our engineers are working on the issue". Not good enough service
