    Is @virginmedia the worse company in the world to deal with. been a customer for many years, just spent 45 on the phone to discuss an upgrade to a new package that is on their website for £79 to be told that I will have to pay £104 because I am an existing customer. #crapservice

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    @virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

    @virginmedia Hello, I pay a premium for your fastest line. The last few months the broadband has been cutting out, incredibly slow and I’ve lost work. Ive been a customer for nearly a decade but the last few months I feel ripped off. Will you offer a reimbursement?

    @virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.

    @virginmedia 33Mbps DL and 19.59 Mbps UL... but however three attempts at running the Speedtest. On the first two attempts the UL test failed reporting connectivity issues.

    @virginmedia No service issues showing via your website but many being reported. Is 3rd party tracking sites. Have fun the test more than 6 times today so unable to report fault.

    @virginmedia Unbelievably poor customer every time.. 30 mins on hold, then spoke to a retentions CSR who could barely speak English & couldn't find my account with the acct no. or my name & postcode. Then transferred to a customer care CSR who found my account saying bill would rise by 61%!?

    @virginmedia It is very clear your operators work off of a script, fine, but please, if someone tells them "I am having to cancel because at the moment I don't know where I'm going to be living at the end of the 30day period" just move to the cancellation part.

    @virginmedia Nope. Gave up after 5th time in a row being cut off at around 13-14 mins in que. Also tried text service. Now 4 hours in and no agent has made contact. This has to be the worst service I have ever had. It shocking.

    @lisshut @virginmedia i was really fed up when i had similar issues, support system did not even consider my complains i wrote them so many time but no response. i was recommended to @toderfix he got mine perfectly fixed fast with everything safe
