    @virginmedia Your bland response is no different to the info being said on your website. Rather than tell everyone that the fix will be ready in a few hours (as you have done for the past three days), why not tell us what the problem is and stop giving us false hopes. Your response please.

    @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

    @virginmedia I tried again today. After faffing with phone, then faulty website, and back to phone, I eventually found a very helpful assistant who managed to convince me to stay; happily. It was close though, as much room for improvement. Please sort out your customer services & website.

    @virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

    @virginmedia the tv connection has had a fault since 8th June. You are "working on it", & each day checking status the date to fix is moved further away. You do not refund for lack of service why is that? And text updates are not received. And its STILL not working.

    @virginmedia Couldn't use my phone so couldn't call you. I tried from hotel landline to your so-called help numbers to no avail. All others in a group of 40 people did fine cause weren't using Virgin. Not ideal to have single female abroad no phone, no maps, can't call cab etc. Last century

    @virginmedia As I have already told you-the service checker simply, and probably purposely, give us a fixed time of 4/5 hours after any time you look at it. In short virgin are just “moving goal posts“. Why are you unable to tell 100s of your subscribers what the problem is. Is it laziness?

    cont/- Every 2/3 hours you say that it is going to be fixed within three or four hours. It has not. We could not give a **** about £8 compensation per day. You are costing us thousands of pounds in lost revenue for those of us working from home. More @virginhelp @virginmedia

    @virginmedia We've spoken to sky and the cancellation has already gone through so can't be reversed.They told us to get back in touch and see if anything can be done due to my husband's medical issues.

    @virginmedia When you will send I tell already through the phone and you told me that you would email me. I didn’t receive any email. If the price increase go through in April I told him already end March I’m not longer virgin media customer and I do not have any charge to pay to you

    @virginmedia Hi we were supposed to be having virgin installed today but the engineer is saying we need new lines installed and a new box outside. We have been given a date for 1st March. Our sky goes off this Wed. My husband's heart machine and lifeline emergency box is connected to the wifi

    @virginmedia I understand but this has been going on for months and months and months by now. We have the 1gb download speed package and currently are unable to use what we signed up for. @virginmedia I expect our account to be credited/compensated going forward until the issue is resolved.

    @virginmedia I used to work in retentions, never took me an hour in live situations for a single site. Due to you know, wanting to retain the customer. If I couldn't deal in a timely fashion an account was passed to someone who could.
