@virginmedia @Millseypops "Renegotiate"? You're providing a service to customers around the country, many of which are vulnerable. You should just offer a fair price to all customers equally from the outset, rather than exploit the vulnerable like elderly who just aren't capable of "negotiation".

@virginmedia I've done everything several times, explained everything on the phone several times. Wifi barely leaves the room the hub is in.. you want me to pay £5 a month for boosters, clearly there is an issue here
