    @virginmedia 11 days without a landline and 17 texts giving a time and date estimating the fix to be done by and failed every time. Oh well let’s see what tomorrow brings! Crap Virginmedia

    @virginmedia I have twice tried to speak to people this week re the poor broadband speeds whilst being left on hold for over an hour the first time and 30 mins the 2nd time. Can someone contact me so I can end my contract as your service is terrible

    @virginmedia total service failure 47 on hold to be told can't get an engineer until Thursday then they cut me off - no phone back and the know I am in the medically vulnerable

    @virginmedia I have been on the phone to customer retention who always say they will get a field engineer to phone me. Never happens. On 4 occasion's they have said they will put me through then cut me off. Each time I get told they are do out today? At 6pm don't think so

    Yo @virginmedia what's going on?? I suggested your service to my step dad and since then, you sent the engineer over to hook up the house to the road an hour before installation on 21st July, found a problem, was told it would be sorted by the 6th, now cancelled and say the 23rd!

So moved house & no Virgin Media available at new address so get charged £159 for breaking contract... both address are in central London! Feel robbed but I know never to go with them again. Be careful people before signing up to Virgin Media
