@virginmedia I have a hub 3. I’ve used the app and it acknowledges black spots in the bedrooms, within 20 ft of router. I got a link for a free booster, but the link was dead. I need help to get these issues sorted. CS. are uncontactable. There are no more trouble shooting steps left!

@virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

I’m a new customer with @virginmedia. Should be getting 200MB download. But literally move 2/3 meters away from router and it drops significantly and device is just buffering. Furthermore trying to resolve this via ur call centre is a joke. Been on hold for 50mins now.

@virginmedia I haven’t been able to access this page until now as the virgin website wasn’t working earlier. Apparently there are no issues, but on sites like downdetector it shows Virgin has been out all morning & I’m still having issues.

@CPalethorpe25 If you've got Virgin media at home, they've got some very competitive stuff since they partner with o2 now. Eg double data, reduced broadband costs. Best if you call them and get to "customer relations team" for any useful offers in my experience.
