    @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

    @virginmedia I think you will have to agree this is an unacceptably long time for the repair as it’s already been going on for days?? “There's a TV issue in xxx. Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can. We hope to fix this by 14 March at 16:00”

    @virginmedia They escalated my complaint,but looks like the package is not available to us.When my contact expires will definitely looking at other options as I don’t trust Virgin Media anymore

    Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

    @virginmedia again really???? I just signed up to a flipping contract and broadband goes down again! Worst mistake. Should have went with another provider. My Plex and my security system is down. Thanks for nothing virgin. 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia guess what? I still have no wifi. Our 8th engineer visit scheduled for today (this time rescheduled because they needed a permit for the work). Just had a text saying engineer will be here next Tuesday now. Livid does not cut it. What kind of service is this?!

    @virginmedia Unable to access TV for 2 weeks now; internet speed slow or non-existent. Assured on Thursday all would be well in 24hrs and given £20 refund!!! Spent over 2hrs on hold. No updates given; no signs of rectifying anything. Customer service is non-existent. Appalling.

    @EdnaKrabapple1 @virginmedia There was a Virgin 'outage ' yesterday which caused a lot of problems including pixilating. Most channels are now fine except for BBC 3 and 4. I've not phoned 150 cos I know its not just me and i know I'm not the only one.

    @virginmedia Yes they have checked it and I have. As others have said when using it, it keeps showing "account not recognised". Finally they have an engineer coming out tomorrow. The lack of any substantive customer updates shows no regard for customers, take the money and done.
