    @virginmedia The fee is to change my husbands name (which actually has wrong initials) to mine as I have always paid for it and dealt with it. You also want to close down account and start another with new direct debits!!

    @virginmedia It was from broadband team the gentleman name was Robert. He was not listening to anything I had to say he was beginning to annoy me so I had to put the phone down before I said something I would regret

    @virginmedia It says no known issues for my area. N8 0AT. But broadband router is flashing green saying “Access Denied” in the control panel

    @virginmedia We have tried diagnostics and it told us there was an issue. The broadband was working fine last week, nothing has changed. The router has not been moved or altered in any way. Either issue with the line or the router is faulty.

    @virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @virginmedia our Tivo box is showing menu and sound but no picture. Worked fine for 2 weeks in cooling off period. Also was on hold for 35 minutes today. Please provide solution. Not happy.

    @virginmedia Doing tests it was found that there was an issue regarding “up levels” or something like that. Which after many many phone calls to customer services resulted in an engineer coming out and moving our connection in the box and the end of our street. This didn’t - to be continued

    @r4ym0nd4589 @virginmedia Think the service quality really depends on who put the cable in the ground originally. I was a Blueyonder customer in North London back in the 2000's and that had excelent service. Moved over to East London/Ilford circa 2010 to an NTL area before Virgin and that was crap

    It seems that @virginmedia accounts have restrictions on what you can do with your password. Pretty standard. But how can the password be too long??? “Sorry, but that password is too complex, brute force hacking will never get through it”. WTF?!?

    @virginmedia called to cancel contract. Followed the instructions and eventually spoke to someone who said they couldn’t cancel so was transferred. Then after an hour was hung up on. You literally make it impossible to cancel. This is against contract and illegal. Have a nice day

    @virginmedia The issue. This problem has only come about since we upgraded our package with yourselves. When we originally signed up we where on a 300mb service and it was great... then when the “deal finished” we downgraded to 50mb. A shirt while later there was another deal- to be continued
