    @virginmedia @VMSolutions_ hay I just want to transfer the account ownership to my roommate. But I tried to call u three times, each time I hv to wait 2hrs, but no one could help me to solve it, only transfer to other departments, and wait !!!!!!

    @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

    @virginmedia So after 10 days and loads of phone calls I’m still without any virgin services . For a communications business you are very poor at communicating to your customer and as for the complaints link 28 days to respond is a joke. I bet my bill arrives on time though !!! #whatajoke

    @Barclays why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915? I’ve been trying to log into my account for a LONG while now!! Coz of not having access @virginmedia have been stealing DD from my account even though I no lover have a subscription with them! Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    @virginmedia Yes my husband was trying to report it first thing when it was still not working . It keept saying no issue . Eventually accepted there was a issue . Estimated time 3pm .

    @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

    @virginmedia No, that has resolved nothing. A fundamental change to actually learning to provide timely customer service is required. 6 min. to schedule a call back 20 min. later - approx. 30min lead time Pick up phone and resolve issue <5 minutes. who needs math class?

    @virginmedia Imagine for weeks upon weeks your internet has not been working. Can't connect on chat as no data and WiFi not working. Ran out of data repeatedly and have had to top up eSims And U have the AUDACITY to say my services will be suspended for non payment. No thanks

    @colonbarbarian @virginmedia @SkyUK I got a deal of them via email a few years back. Gigabyte sports movies there hole package for £60. Then my bill came in around 190. They tired to get out of it by saying I never accept it. About 6 hours on the phone and they finally said they where.

    @virginmedia I have reported 7 times now I need damaged cable burying under hardcore as having tarmac being laid tomorrow and still the Indian call centre cannot sort out my problem!!!! Unreal and past a joke now - customer service is shocking and I want a call back from England

    @virginmedia @alexand979677 Customers shouldn't have to compromise. We have all paid for a service which we are currently not getting. It's a disgrace really considering the cost. Maybe time for a change.

    @virginmedia @alexand979677 If I wanted to watch it on my phone / laptop / pc etc I would use an Internet based hooky site not something I pay 100 quid a month for. Get it fixed and issue rebates.
