  @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡

  @virginmedia this is the third time this has happened in the last couple of weeks. And 2 days in a row. When is estimated restoration time ? When you check service checker in line it says no issues but I called and it was confirmed
