We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

@virginmedia If I upgrade to a £60 per month connection, I become instantly eligible but not when your broadband is dropping out randomly which apparently is a router fault so why not send me a hub 4 to sort two issues out as it has better WiFi connectivity and will fix any fault with hub 3.

@virginmedia Yes, but I shouldn't need to restart my Internet and TV boxes several times a day for them still not to work correctly, there is obviously an underlying problem. Why can I get such a quick response on here but noone to answer a call or call me back ?
