@virginmedia Well, I'm nearly certain my issues were caused or fixed by the gentleman in the Virgin Media van outside my residence. All seemed to be well yesterday afternoon and evening (and today so far).

@virginmedia There’s been no resolution whatsoever. And I’ve called 4/5 times a week since the 29th and have waited nothing less than 50 minutes to be given a run around. If I’m receiving half a service surely I could pay half my bill?

@virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@DUCKmagstoke Internet yep. See if you can use the Virgin Media Connect app to diagnose it. Got an engineer out once the app knew there was a problem but couldn’t fix it.

@virginmedia can you advise of any issues in the WA5 area of Warrington please. TV keeps going off every 5 mins with error code V53. Have tried to visit service status site but that appears to be down at moment as well. Broadband and phone are fine.

@CarlSutton9 @virginmedia @virginmedia your fault checking page is still broken. However when I ran an equipment test for the same problem in Manchester the test page said there is a problem on the network. Can you look into it please since customers can’t?

When you swap your service provider and join @virginmedia for £79 a month and don't get to watch the TV channels cause they never work but @virginmedia don't help but still take your money
