Our 8th engineer visit scheduled for today (this time rescheduled because they needed a permit for the work). Just had a text saying engineer will be here next Tuesday now. Livid does not cut it. If you simply want an internet connection and you don't have any problems, you might be okay, but as soon as anything goes wrong you hit their awful customer service. I had intermittent problems and it took months to get resolved, I then went to Sky asap.
