Hey @virginmedia, when your customer service rep says "I'll transfer you to the bereavement team" and then a recorded message says "Sorry we're closed right now, goodbye"... that's pretty poor form. Oh well, I did my best to let you know your customer had died.

@FromRoy @virginmedia Every time I try to register for updates it says something went wrong & try again later 🙄Meanwhile status keeps putting the resolution time back.Initially 4pm yesterday, then 12noon today & now 4pm today. Why can’t you tell us what the issue is and give us a realistic fix time?

@virginmedia I’ve tried, many times - it still takes me to automation and sends me a link to pay which is not approved. I’ve been trying to pay for weeks now, and am being told my service will get disconnected. Please take my money! I need the internet for my job!

  • rabiahmad_
    Rabi Ahmad (@rabiahmad_) reported

@virginmedia @RickSacrop 30 days? Are you stupid @virginmedia? If a customer is on a rolling contract and wants to be disconnected, you should be able to do it faster than 30 days. You seem to have no issues signing up new customers within hours.

  • PaulBisland
    Paul Bisland (@PaulBisland) reported

@virginmedia I think I need to be a customer and sign in to contact, which I'm not. I'm just getting your customers emails, for 4 years. Which I reported over the phone twice in the past with no impact. I have my 2 boys and am off work I'd really rather write an email

  • postyboymark
    Mark Stewart (@postyboymark) reported

@virginmedia I've ad a discount for a 18 month contract 2 months all I wanted to do was upgrade my TV box and router which I have had years. The agent said fine but I will lose my discount and go on full price. Sorry but if that's the way you treat loyal customers fine I will go elsewhere.
