    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness By ‘protecting network’ you mean protecting profit margins let’s be honest here. Thankfully we are being released from the contract and moving to a more reasonable provider that supports customers through the pandemic and not makes them inaccessible.

    So so so crap @virginmedia every single month at least once we lose connection as does whole street. Every time we got thru the same shenanigans and you never fix it. And you never refund money.

    @virginmedia Yes - this is what I’m having a problem with. The website advises doing that and if it notices a weaker signal it will organise a booster. But the app doesn’t work and keeps having errors

    @LadislavMaljar @virginmedia You're lucky to get through! My attempts to terminate my contract upon it's conclusion next month are being met with "Sorry, our lines are busy. Try calling back later" and then it hangs up!! I am sick to death of Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia Everyone agreed that I needed boosters (it only works in the room with the router) and I was told they were sent, but they never arrived. I need someone to send some more, or I just need to cancel the contract. But both are proving difficult.

    @virginmedia I would just like to add after speaking to our school there are a lot of people in Guildford who have problems with virgin at the moment I am pretty much 100% sure this is not a problem with our equipment but the problem with virgin

    @virginmedia Any reason as to why rebooting the HUB3.0 is taking more than 10mins?? Still no green lights flashing at all. Is service down in the area and you aren’t updating the service status? I had no 4G on my phone earlier either!

    @virginmedia this is 100MBPS service. however more of an issue is wifi connection. we have to reset the router up to 5 times per day as various devices drop out constantly
