    @virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

    @virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

    @virginmedia My flatmate account holder gets advised to do this every time. Has never helped. Can you please check if there is any reports in N6 area of works going on? The router/cables/channels have all been tested and replaced etc recently so I can guarantee its not the kit

    @virginmedia what’s going on in the LE18 area? Now on to our 2nd day of a total loss of service! No internet connection means we are unable to do our jobs and we need to work from home! Received a text/email yesterday to say the issue had been fixed but it wasn’t. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia Yes they have done updates on firmware etc , we already pay for the WiFi boosters as well and the service has never been as bad as it is now. I shouldn’t have to get two other people out during a pandemic to have an unsatisfactory service cancelled 😡
