@virginmedia seems like it’s time to finish with Virgin Media. I had connection issues for the last one week every morning and evening, now finally my rooter is dead and I need a technician, the earliest slot was on Saturday!

@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. @Queen__Leiaa @virginmedia did this me 5x , sch install in Feb now saying end of July, each time with text night before and reply chat never worked, I even got 2 differ answers on the same day, engineer said no one home then told engineer never came to work

@virginmedia It’s the 11th of May, however I’m not hopeful of that date, since I can see from a quick google of the fault, you’ve pushed back the resolution date six times over the last three months. The fault is F008611099

@virginmedia We are due to have a new cable fitted outside as we have had months of issues which I have contacted virgin about regularly leading to an engineers visit. The engineers suggested updating our boxes and getting some pods to assist with signal- just ring up. Which I did no good
