@virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

@virginmedia I was given no explanation and no courtesy call. I was told that they don’t do either when I asked why I wasn’t. I appreciate your speedy reply thank you 😊 & I would really appreciate you implement both since your customer service person I called said you don’t do either

@virginmedia It seems clear that in some locations you just offer terrible and inconsistent service. Given how much You charge it’s unacceptable that your response is in effect ‘sometimes it takes a while’. I have never known such appalling and unreliable service

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

@virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

So far I have spent 75 mins on Monday and over an hour yesterday trying to cancel my contract. Just pushed from one person to the next until you give up. Waiting 30 mins today still nobody

@virginmedia Trouble is John, the equipment is scheduled to be delivered to the wrong place tomorrow. I could have sent the PoA last week. In fact if you look at A/C 57180001 (my uncle’s previous a/c which I can still access) you should find the PoA attached.

@virginmedia I ran a diagnostics on it yesterday and it said there is a cable issue, but the lack of factual information from yourselves and trying to get a straight answer is frustrating. It can't be an area issue if the neighbours is trouble free.

@virginmedia great to finally hear from your customer loyalty team today after cancelling my broadband contract 👍🏼, it’s only taken 7-8 years. Anyway not sure how they have been trained but as soon as I told them we’ve agreed another service they put the phone straight down 👌🏼

@virginmedia Your status page says everything is OK. Yesterday I was told on here that there was a known issue in my area, SO198AF, and that it would be out until 15:00 05/11 but I don't understand how my neighbours Virgin is working fine. Also my TV service is OK, it is purely broadband.
