    @virginmedia Despited repeated requests. The whole service has been a catalogue of errors but if you need to complain it’s hard work but if payment wanted there are no problems. NOT HAPPY AND NOW WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

    @GBarfoot1 @virginmedia Good luck trying to get a refund for the few hours (so far) of loss of TV services. I had intermittent internet issues for 34 days (faulty cable that the 5th engineer discovered) and I am still fighting for some compensation!

    @virginmedia The fault detector doesn’t work on the app so you can’t get an update when this will be fixed .The phone line tells you to callback.The screen tells you to go to virgin media and input code ……. It then says there is an errors the link has been removed .

    @virginmedia I did have bbc1 and itv now it is coming up that these channels are not authorised, what the hell is going on, hope we can reimbursed for a loss of service can't get any channels and it is now 3.30
