No attempt to contact us was made. was initially told by Virgin that they thought the account holder had called to have the account disconnected. I have since tried to rectify the situation by calling Virgin to request our account be reconnected.

After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 30s later, he hanged up. 1/2

Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.

We have been told someone will come back every day this week and no one has. They fixed the cable we are just waiting for someone to come and connect to the house again.

The engineer that came said there was a loose wire in the box across the road and fixed it but still having issues! This has gone on for over 2 weeks! We have to use phone data and our landline doesn’t work
