    @virginmedia I wouldn’t bother. No one has bothered to explain to my 85 yr old mum why her account has been cancelled and her PAYG balance (~£100) cleared out. No response to our formal complaint and no one willing to discuss. Shameful treatment of vulnerable customer.

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @virginmedia Over the last 2 years I’ve checked all my cables, rebooted my router and reconnected all my devices more times than you’ve had hot dinners. Because it works for a bit you consider it fixed. It’s not. I even upgraded my broadband because you said it would fix it. It didn’t.

    @virginmedia Well all that suggested after I selected my options relevant was to upgrade my broadband speed which shouldn't be a solution to 1 device having a problem and the price we pay already, and the fact you've just increased prices, we won't be upgrading
