Joe’s contract came through for our @virginmedia and they spelt both his names wrong on his direct debit and contract. Phoned up to change it and was on the phone for 45 mins and it’s still not changed. Logged a complaint, heard nothing back. Literally only a 5 min job 😭

@virginmedia Well I’ve had intermittent issues with it & my housemate doesn’t have nearly any connection anywhere, she was hoping someone could come out and strengthen the WiFi, we’ve tried all the advice online with regards to resetting & restarting
