    If you’re considering getting broadband / tv in SW5 central London don’t bother with @virginmedia. The service drops out almost daily for many hours and the customer service is non existent @ofcom

    @virginmedia Just now. The service is appalling. They have no up-to-date info on faults, they can’t explain why faults often happen in SW5 9, and point blank refused to put me through to someone who could explain the faults, and also refused my request for a call back from a Uk based manager

Plus you cannot get through to customer service . On hold for hours and when you do get through you get someone rude who cannot communicate

    @RuthPetrie1 @virginmedia Same for me. They’re a disgrace . When you phone their offshore call centre , rude operatives try to tell you it’s a loose cable on your box. Tv and broadband outages daily for me for last few weeks in sw5 @ofcom

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    My favourite bit about Siege now is when I get reported for an innocent 1 round disconnect because my ISP (@virginmedia) are awful and I go from esteemed to respectable. I have a 4/5 chance of reporting the people that reported me for griefing. In short, this system needs fixing

    @virginmedia I've got the Stream box...remote has stopped working, the Virgin remote app doesn't work, and it seems to be pot luck as to whether the remote on the catch up app works...tried to order a new physical remote and it said I can't as stock is low?!

    @virginmedia I will know more after a call today. I think you need to not use Yodel as a courier. A big part of the issue is that they failed to deliver numerous times and have now 'lost' my equipment.
