@virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

@virginmedia You're just assuming it's just my Wi-Fi speeds that are slow (The screenshot I was right next to modem), My Ethernet speeds are just as terrible my main computer is Ethernet connected and are pretty much the same.
