    @vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    Think its absolutely appalling that we have to wait for @virginmedia to send an engineer to INSTALL A NEW ROUTER because ours is “broken!” For the guy to come and NOT install a router because supposedly it is the signal so he has added something to the back to regulate it

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @MaggieGee10 @reece_dinsdale @virginmedia I ‘m with Sky too, Maggie. Much better customer service and if you have a problem with your broadband it’s sorted quickly. I left Virgin years ago. It was a wise move.

    Trying to get through to @virginmedia to ‘renegotiate’ my broadband contract (which is long up). Been on hold for 90 mins over two days (understandable, given our current crisis), but the calls cut off after 30 mins & feature the same, awful hold music. HELP!

    So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

    @virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

    @DaedalusTux @virginmedia Don't hold your breathe for a response to your complaint. I had to complain multiple times, and then report them to CEDR. Who then investigated the case and award us a compensation payment from Virgin. That was nearly a year ago and Virgin have still not paid the compensation!!!

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia My issue is price and service level 1Gbps internet can be found for 19 Euros a month in mainland Europe The internet with great and working bandwidth isn't a luxury item and shouldn't be priced or treated as such
