    @virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

    @virginmedia She was in one location but is now on a coach heading home(UK) but has about 20hrs to go and would like the use of her phone! Her friend (on a different network!!) has worked fine since they set off. It worked on the wayout finding local networks as they travelled...

    The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’ve just done the test. It says there are no known issues, I’ve run a speed test on 3 different devices. My phone was running at 212mbps, my laptop at 4mbps and my games console at 19mbps. No consistency?

    @virginmedia I have received a bill for £214.20 and it has gone up to £277 today. Since 11/2/21 I haven’t been provided a service from virgin because my phone line was transferred to hyperoptic. When I mentioned this virgin asked me to pay £140 to deactivate the account.

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin, instead of emailing useless survey's why not have one that asks why your wifi doesn't work well, why do I have to every year threaten to leave to get a less crap deal then offered. Why your vastly more expensive then virtually every other ISP.

    @virginmedia Unbelievable rudeness after 3 days trying to get through my partner eventually did and was met with a demand for £240 to cancel a contract for a product/service we arnt receiving by the most rude lady ever...... I'm afraid DD will be cancelled and BT contacted disgusting
