Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

@virginmedia The really annoying thing is that ever since I got an email from @virginmedia telling me that I will now be receiving improved, super fast broadband - the service has deteriorated considerably.

@virginmedia They advised an engineer. I rejected as I received a text stating planned work, it's not specific to me. I asked for reference of the work being implemented, there should be an outage/change calendar with this information, right? She has no information so I requested escalation.

@rchambers22 @Tupp_Ed My Virgin Media hub had that locked down too, so I ended up getting a mesh WiFi and switching the hub to modem only mode
