@virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

@virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

@virginmedia Don’t worry! It only took 2 hours in the end! Avoid avoid @virginmedia customer service sucks. You could improve just by letting customers run their accounts online. Only upgrades are possible. If downgrades where possible too, your phones would not be as busy!
