    @virginmedia It was on chrome and Firefox. View bill in VM says you must sign in I was already signed in among various other issues. Updated site just seems to be a mess. No need to reply. Just log as yet another customer complaint. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Without wanting to sound rude...incompetance. Long story short...we are now awaiting another construction visit although that's not as a result of any action at VirginMedia. Thats from your cable pull subcontractor.
