@virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

@virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

@virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

@virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

@SatonmyButt @virginmedia Father tried a free trial with Virgin media a number of years ago. It never worked. So didn’t go beyond free trail. Years later got letters from debt collecting company for £30. No letters from Virgin before that. It took a lot of persuading that the debt didn’t exist

Broadband down in North London since 6pm last night. Now told it won't be back until May 11. You have got to be effing kidding me @virginmedia. Have you any concept of how much it costs to use data on a phone for work. Usual appalling customer service, too.
