@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

@virginmedia Nothing other than to telephone again. We do now have an appointment so we will see if it gets fixed. Two of us working from home in zoom-heavy roles has been very difficult. And the only action we have got has been via ombudsman not your customer services.

Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

@theodoraclarke @virginmedia My elderly mother’ phone was cut off mid December whilst she was in hospital. She came home on 27th and I’ve been trying since then to have it restored. Technician installed new kit yesterday. Still not working. No one at VM giving me answers.

@virginmedia Your engineers have abandoned my very vulnerable parents (80+). Your helplines are completely unhelpful. I’m very worried indeed that they will fall down the stairs rushing to answer their only phone (they had 3). Take action before something awful happens to them.
