He said there was a fault on the system, I believe with the cable, and told me it would be fixed in 2 weeks. That was in June and I’ve now been told it will be November. What can take 11 months to fix?

Element Safety (@ElementSafety) reported@virginmedia It’s intermittent, it can work for a few hours then be off for an hour, the next day it can be on for minutes the off for minutes all day. It’s never off all day but never on all day either.
