    So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

    @vmbusiness LOST FOR WORDS I have been a business customer of yours since May 2021 my broadband has gone down 8 times and 6 engineers have come out. The broad band is down again I’ve called and now waiting for a message to confirm when someone will be coming out again!

    @virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

    @Papi85799379 @virginmedia Is awful isn’t it? Mine’s been on and off since early June. Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

    @virginmedia Got my Virgin Wifi set up in my house, i paid for a speed of 500 mps, i get less then 1mps. It only covers 1 floor and doesn't even reach the other two. How can you guys fix this as this is unacceptable for a new provider
