    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @virginmedia What happens is when I connect to the @TicketmasterUK app from the priority app, it offers no option to actually purchase. @TheO2 suggested clearing all cookies and cache. The issue with that is passwords have to be re-entered for almost every app. There must be a better way

    @virginmedia Yes my husband was trying to report it first thing when it was still not working . It keept saying no issue . Eventually accepted there was a issue . Estimated time 3pm .

    @virginmedia There are no known faults - we have tried rebooting and checking all connections. The box was only fitted on Friday (it is a replacement Samsung box). I have tried calling several times but the ‘lines are busy’! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
