    @virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

    @virginmedia It seems clear that in some locations you just offer terrible and inconsistent service. Given how much You charge it’s unacceptable that your response is in effect ‘sometimes it takes a while’. I have never known such appalling and unreliable service

    @virginmedia I was given no explanation and no courtesy call. I was told that they don’t do either when I asked why I wasn’t. I appreciate your speedy reply thank you 😊 & I would really appreciate you implement both since your customer service person I called said you don’t do either

    Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

    @virginmedia I contact with your customer support all they do is charging additional for wifi booster without making sure it works properly. We need a sufficient solution on that

    @virginmedia No reported issues in my area. Weirdly hive hub appears online but every other device, phones laptops etc are reporting "IP configuration" and nothing connecting. Your website keeps falling over on 4g too which doesn't help

    @virginmedia We have been without proper service since Tuesday, last night we were told the issue in the area was resolved and this morning we have no internet. This is extremely disruptive for working from home, why we weren’t notified prior so we could make other arrangements?

    @virginmedia Hi. I want to cancel my monthly mobile phone contract and I don’t want to take the number with me. I got a STAC code and found that the contract didn’t cancel. I can’t find a page on the website that tells me how to just cancel the contract.

    @virginmedia We moved home, took all our current equipment with us, when we phoned to confirm our move they decided to cancel our old account and set up a new one which we later found out was not necessary, we now have no internet as you are failing to reconnect us.

    @virginmedia @52marathonman They are useless, had an installation due on Wednesday of this week, they emailed me Wednesday morning to say they couldn’t instal as they had been unable to gain access on Monday. Never did they mention needing access on Monday, and I was home all day and no one rang bell!!
