    @virginmedia Since more than 2 hours the broadband in E15 2BT is absolutely poor or not going at all. Your website lies and shows the service is good and and green while your telephone message says you service experiences intermittent connection and teams work to fix it. When ?

    @virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

    @virginmedia the service from your call centre is absolutely awful. Expecting a call back at 4.30 and nobody has ring me back. Broadband issues have been occuring for a while now and need a new router. like gettng blood out of a stone!

    @virginmedia Told me as usual there’s nothing on their end and said wifi pods just boosts weak signal and that I’d have to pay for it, I need an actual solution here getting sick and tired of this now.
