@repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone?? But some poor lad who cannot help because he’s not working in CS and can’t transfer the call. Frauds and criminals

@richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia

@virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

@virginmedia Frankly, very poor service. BOTH of my tv boxes and my phone have gone down this afternoon. Over an hour on the phone to be told I need an engineer, who can't come until Wednesday. Also I am due a tv box upgrade, I have 2, you've only sent 1. Awful.

@virginmedia I have rung, automated messages, then an automated test, that finds a fault, automated message to “turn it off and on again’ and they hang up... they’ve been with virgin since 2006, time to find a provider who cares about older people with issues as you clearly don’t.
