    @repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone??     @richie_errol @virginmedia I have had the same for years and have now gone to sky. I also called sky to cancel and start again so could get 100 cash back via quidco and they have me 100 credit on my first bill. More customer service in 3 mins from sky than 15 years from @virginmedia
