  @virginmedia Issue still not fixed . your compensation is £10.34 a day . What about subscription services like Netflix etc . I’ve had to use data from my phone to work, this is unacceptable in an age where everything is WiFi. Also no contact from your team. This is a major issue in the area

  @virginmedia hi guys um I need a engineer to relay my cable also just to check my hub etc as my speeds up stairs are half what the used to be we’ve done all the normal stuff soo just need the number but all I find is customer services
