    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

    @virginmedia Hi there, no longer in contract. Advised by cancellation dept that cancel was not possible because we are moving out, despite our move out date being over 30 days away. Move out dept would not action because of that. After an hr talking to over 7 different people finally managed.
