    @virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

    @MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

    @virginmedia I was put thru at 7.15pm, would be better if there could be a message to say that and disconnect the call properly. Someone rang me last Tues as I'm a volt customer and WiFi doesn't reach upstairs, they were going to call me back within 24-48 hours but I've had no phonecall!

    Anyone with @virginmedia do not use their WhatsApp chat option. Been on with them for over a day now and only just managed to cancel our contract. They don’t listen to you and take ages to respond and pass you from one department to another.
