@virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

@virginmedia The issue you ‘fixed’ hasn’t resolved anything. I’m now being told earliest at-home tech appointment is 4th Feb. I am a freelancer who relies on internet to make an income wfh. If it doesn’t work, neither do I - and I lose jobs. PLEASE HELP.

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

7 weeks in. Still the TV doesn’t work. Four visits to install a new cable. Each person visiting has no idea what the last team did, or what they were required to do. Lovely guys, terrible systems. No contact. Efficient at collecting payment tho. Time for Sky. #virginmedia

@virginmedia After having no TV or broadband for the entire weekend I’m now trying to watch a movie and it’s buffering. Seriously. Two minutes of movie and two minutes of buffering, for the last half hour. Your service sucks. fastest broadband? This is like dial-up in the 90’s.
