    @HendonGooner It's gone beyond a joke. Recorded message says issue fixed. WiFi still dead and zonked. 4 days of no service @virginmedia only adds to the head f... of being under curfew.

    @hannahfearn @virginmedia My brother had issues with his provider due to a restriction with ip addresses of VPN. If you are using VPN mention that specifically in complaint to virgin.

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

    @virginmedia Hi Team, I managed to speak to Paige at the call centre this morning who was very helpful and made the bill adjustment for me. The trick seems to be to push the phone buttons that take you to bill enquiries and hang on for 5 mins. Anyway it worked for me. Many thanks all.

    @timfprice @virginmedia I had pretty strong broadband from them with barely an issue for 2.5 years, including a house move. Admittedly i plugged their WiFi router into a WiFi mesh so the home side was taken care of. However they do fail on moving out of coverage and spamming/calling when asked not to.
