@HavocTechie @virginmedia Thanks. Router has been rebooted and factory reset. I installed a wired Lan in lockdown 1 to solve poor wifi but unplugging that switch and going straight into the router doesn’t work either. Now no service at all. 😩Again.

@virginmedia Your agents promised respectively on feb 13 and mar 6 to get back via writing; sadly I’ve heard nothing from them. You are unreliable and time wasting and now would cut off the service again due to another ‘outstanding’ bill

@virginmedia It now says that there's a known fault in my area that will be fixed today. So, why did Mark say it was planned maintenance to be resolved on 24th and why wouldn't he share the number without closing my complaint?

@virginmedia I was told by Mark in your call centre in the Philippines that this was planned maintenance and my connection will be down until 24th - I wasn't informed this was going to happen. I need broadband to work from home 🤷

I’ve had awful internet speeds for a couple of weeks from @virginmedia . (<10MB on a 200MB plan) Their call centre has said this is due to an upgrade that will take a week to complete. Which ISP do I move to?

@virginmedia The VM app says no service problems but I have 8MB download tonight on a 200MB service. Lots of disconnects today too. Calling 150 results in them telling me to wait for it to get better.

@virginmedia my WiFi is so bad that come 7pm we have to switch it if on our phones and use our data. I’ve just tried to book a service call only to be told I can’t as they are doing work on our area and it will automatically get cancelled. It’s been bad for a year now!!!!

I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

@virginmedia outage link says channels like itv, BBC1 have been restored but I have no channels to watch on my tivo box & it won't connect to the Internet either. It just says "failed whilst negotiating" it's very frustrating seeing as this has been going on for 6 hours now. 😕

@virginmedia The service from you is always terrible. Our Wi-Fi is continually dropping out all the time, tv packages are massively over priced. Will 100% be moving to Sky or BT in the new year!!
