    @virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

    .@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia wanted to raise a complaint the customer service rep wouldn’t give me her name or the team lead name. Saying we are not allowed to give any names or call our customers back. The next day I get a call from virgin media trying to sell me more products.

    @beverleyturner @virginmedia Sky tried that last year with me. Rang and said I wanted to cancel as couldn't afford it. Accepted the 3rd (lower) offer. 35% reduction from the pre-increase price.

    @virginmedia Also not even near the fastest speeds. Hyperoptic have 1gb packages and are symmetrical. What you get down you also get up. I pay for 350mbs but lucky to get 200 most days. Whilst the upload is 34mbs. Hardly worth the 33% rise is it?

    @beverleyturner @virginmedia Mine to be £7 taking it to £68. This despite that package about £40 if you're a new customer. I'm out of contract but they refused to start a new one at the new customer rate unless I waited 60 days with no service. In the end locked in new 18 months contract at £67 for 3x speed.
