    @virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. Do far, nothing.

    @virginmedia I’m not interested. I am interested in having Virgin Broadband that doesn’t fail every day. You’ve designed your website so that it’s impossible to report a fault and there’s no-one answering the ‘phone. Pathetic. Is there a fault in E17?

    Anyone on @virginmedia in SE London able to get online? We have had more issues and their service status page doesn't seem to be working. Doesn't look like they're responding to tweets either for the past 17 hours...

    @virginmedia Everything seems to be back but this is a reoccurring issue. Three separate times it's dropped out for over 8 hours at a time.

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia The people on first line support are there to filter out the most obvious problems (wrong password, equipment not plugged or faulty, etc). Your goal noe is to prove that it's not your fault (device configuration, weak WiFi, etc).

    @virginmedia Yet again your broadband service has failed in E17. It failed Monday lunchtime and has failed again now. Is the service held together with elastic bands? Might I suggest that the local infrastructure requires investment/upgrading? Pathetic

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve checked. To be honest it’s been so inconsistent since we’ve had it, which isn’t ideal. Therefore I more than likely cancel unless something miraclasley changes in the next 24 hours

    What I love is that I’m paying @virginmedia £50 a month for 200mbps & I get about 22mbps no matter how many times I call them to tell them how **** there internet is or how many engineers come out.

    @virginmedia Disgraceful customer service, promise 2 call back but never do, put you on hold, hang up, still waiting a week on 4 some1 2 call. Sold me 18 month contract after agreeing to a 12 month. Disgraceful. After 15 years with Sky, my biggest regret is moving over to Virgin.

    @virginmedia It looks extremely pixelated and blurry, almost as if my eyes are failing me. It is only the sky sports channels that are this bad. I understand its not going to be as good as HD but the football is simply unwatchable.

    @virginmedia Hi mate - new issue - everyday around 2am onwards until morning the internet briefly cuts out every so often for about 2-5 minutes. It’s very very frustrating. What could be a cause for this?
