@virginmedia After all that, the new contract by email shows the phone part of the deal has been down graded to weekend calls only despite my Dad saying he needed to keep all time calls as he spends ages on phones to hospitals and doctors for appointments. I’m sure this wasn’t what was agreed

@virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

@virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

The reason I left was their insistence I pay a fee for something, only the day before, they told me was going to be free. This was after their customer services had already let me down.

Another day and even more Internet issues with @virginmedia. I've been awake half an hour and I've already had the internet drop out 6 times. That's over a week of issues now and jts starting to cost me money at this point. So I'll be paying them less for my bill this month.
