@virginmedia *sigh* it’s ok. I was overreacting too - I had some stuff I was working on and I felt that it was my router that was at fault. Once I knew it was a network issue I was able to relax (and subsequently used 5gb of my mobile data allowance) - at least my hardware still works!

@virginmedia You keep sending me emails and texts confirming what we agreed which are wrong…still how many times can you get this wrong… for a communications company you sure are bad at it!

@virginmedia Yeah and speak to a snr complaints Mgr which I’ve attempted 3 times, been promised a call back in 48 hours and each time never got one… seems like they’ve not been trained to use your own phones! #saynotobadcustomerservice

Hi @virginmedia I wonder if you can help me? I'm looking to access the subtitles on a movie I have just paid to download...that essential service doesn't seem to be available? Thank you 🦋 #Deaf #deaf #HearingLoss

@virginmedia No worries. I’ll just spend a third hour on the phone to have someone read a script to me that doesn’t answer my question. I’ve got nothing else I’d rather do. Cracking service guys. Really feeling that you care.

@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia Your agent told me that only 2 people are working. 2 people!!! I pay for a high performance business line. Unbelievable. Cost cutting over customer care. Your shareholders will be delighted.

@virginmedia 150 all departments are shut, my virgin media app keeps having a 500 error code. How do we contact some to move an appointment due to family emergency. Shame for a communication company users can't communicate with you.

Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia is terrible for that. Its website seems designed to navigate you away from finding contact details and customer services.

@virginmedia Unbelievably shockingly bad customer support today. 1hr 25 mins on the phone, spoke to 7 agents and no resolution 2 of your agents were excellent the rest were appaling. As a long standing customer I feel I have no option but to change provider. #virginfail

@virginmedia We agreed after 2 years of slow service you’d upgrade my 2 TiVo boxes to V6 and bring 3 pods to cover dead zones agreed in Nov last year and after 3 missed appointments and you calling me 3 days to confirm the work to do & you still **** it up. #fuckwits

@virginmedia “We are very busy” just isn’t a valid excuse to a customer who has a contract with you. I’ve spent hours on the phone. Hours on your messager. Hours on your WhatsApp function. I cannot get through to you. I cannot end my contact via my online account and you know it!

@sabaone @EE @SkyUK Cancel the contract. I am paying £11.00 p/m to Virgin Media 30 GB free. 2 yrs fixed price contract

@virginmedia Hi and no, it's been a pain. I've been told that I'd need to wait a total of 60 days to be considered a new customer 30 to give notice to leave and 30 waiting. Then trying to sell me things I told them I didn't want nor need, like another contract sim and TV.

When i found why @virginmedia were lying- deceiving- misinforming- ignoring- blocking ANY resolution for my (& millions of other) complaint & breaching (at least) 4 areas of contractual law to disadvantage for their ££..realized this huge data breach could be deliberate-could be.

Dear @virginmedia, I phoned yesterday, and after 35 minutes on hold, you hung up on me. Have now been on hold on your WhatsApp 'help' for nearly 22 hours. Your website's complaints section won't let me register a complaint either. No wonder you won't sign up to the Ombudsman.

-
Ellie Twelftree
(@ellie_twelftree) reported
@virginmedia That’s the earliest appointment for an engineer apparently. That is unless I want to pay £30 for the 3 months upgrade, then I’d get an engineer tomorrow morning. Don’t think I should pay a fee just to receive the service I already pay for tho

@virginmedia I'm not speaking to anyone else. I've spent 5 days on the phone sorting your mess out to start with. I've coped the complaint to will just keep copy and pasting until it's live on my account. Maybe more than one copy with actually make someone do something at your end 🙄🙄

@virginmedia I've cancelled now. You gave me an install date 3-4 weeks later then on the day itself you cancelled the install, giving me another day a month later, even though I'd cancelled my current internet provider. Ppl rely on internet to work. Disgraceful behaviour & horrendous service.
