    Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

    @VMSolutions_ @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia tried all day to get the problem solved with my Virgin V6 box, 1st call took an hour, called back as requested and was cut off, no one has had the good manners to call me back, very poor service think I will be leaving you soon !!

    @virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

    @virginmedia Hi, it’s not that the internet’s not working, the tv is saying that the Ethernet is not connected but it recognises that the cable is plugged in... there was a c130 error, and now it’s saying v210

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia it’s over 24 hours since your call centre cut off my call after waiting 30 mins for you to answer, having already spent ages trying to resolve the issue previously ,still no call back, if this is the customer service you provide, I’d avoid this circus at all costs !

    @ChrisWPhysio @virginmedia Thanks Chris! I also know what you mean about prices, mine go up every year and the staff just say there’s nothing they can do. I have been a loyal customer but there is definitely no reward for that.

    @virginmedia @Brandon30772140 The issue is that this happens all the way throughout the day including into late evening. I don’t want to be running speed tests at midnight! The fact that it was never installed properly is causing me concern as we meant to have the top broadband you offer

    @virginmedia I got through! phew. Ta. KF. I appreciate ongoing issues for everyone as people and systems continue to work from home/sort things out. All four of the staff that I talked too were dead friendly.. and the last one managed to fix it.

    @virginmedia I spoke to an agent, they said I needed to upgrade the plan I was on, which I did. It hasn’t got any better though and I still have no signal in other rooms where I used to have it a few weeks ago. I’ve not done anything myself, it auto reset when the guy upgraded.

    @virginmedia Look listen as a says before everything possible has been down reset the router five times un plugged it five times etc etc a think you catch the drift aye like this issue isn’t the first time this as happend and one your team told me to reset my Xbox and did so a lost everything
