@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@DeeRockUK @virginmedia Yeah I had this issue with them had to change my package to vivid gamer do they didn't throttle my upload speed. They have changed the package named since not sure what it's called now.

@virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

@virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

The staff @virginmedia are so rude. Called to renew my package and was dealt with appallingly. Offering extortionate prices for a lesser package than I already have. Virgin are clearly not interested in keeping their loyal customers. Looks like it’s back over to Sky.#virginmedia

Hey, @SkyUK, please bring an IP TV box to the UK. I had Q for months but serious audio technical issues got me released from contract. I have a great TV set so #SkyGlass not wanted. I just need that IP box. You’d see @virginmedia off! I read IP is being rolled out in Europe.

@virginmedia It looks like I will be leaving you after 20+ years of being a loyal customer. When I spoke to the customer service advisor prior to signing up to my current 18 month contract they said there would be no price increases to the monthly fee I pay. It appears I was mislead again.
