    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    @virginmedia our update on our issue is still after 3 days showing as unresolved. Phone and broadband is fine but tv services are still showing as an issue. Please advise

    @virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

    @virginmedia services might have come back as per your update (terrestrial ones) but they’re now not working again. Channels now ‘not authorised’. How about some proper action and updates.

    @virginmedia Well resetting gets if going again but the cut outs keep happening. I'll try ringing later but shortage of staff to help is likely to still be an issue

    @virginmedia service just gets worse and worse. 3 days with no TV service whatsoever, and now no Internet either in SE7. It's simply not good enough anymore. Your service has been declining rapidly for over a year. Sort it out please.

    @virginmedia Miss sold products by ‘Luke’ in the SN12 7 area. Over promising and under delivering, obviously saying what he can to rack up the commission!! I recommend this so called ‘deal’ to 3 of my friends - all of us have been left disappointed by this. Awful service.

    @virginmedia I was advised to ring your support line that just kept saying ‘there was a problem that was difficult but we’re working on it’. Had that for about 2 weeks now. The internet seems more reliable if I unplug the phone, does the router need replacing?

    @TlFFS @virginmedia Yeah don’t believe the lies about web chat . Monday they never sent a link until I chased and it was a non active link and now today after twenty minutes of waiting i got told it was down . Couldn’t run a piss up in a brewery

    @virginmedia I wanted to stay on my current package but I’m not happy that its increased by £24 per month. If I was a new customer I would only be paying £65 instead of £114 per month. How is that fair?
