    @virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

    @virginmedia It took 4hrs getting nowhere 2.5 in last 12 hours finally got UK... 🇵🇭 Better than Indian call centres..3rd company in 12 m with Indian call centres where there are serious problems... We need to bring all these jobs back to UK. Finally sorted but @virginmedia is 4 the birds

    @virginmedia broadband keeps cutting out, intermittently for days now. Done all the checks, connections etc fine. Turned off & on many times. The online diagnostic test says there's no problem but THERE IS & MY INTERNET IS UNUSABLE! Please advise ASAP.

    @virginmedia I need an engineer to come to my house, not to post onto a forum. I have to run an all day workshop tomorrow and I can't do that if only a fraction of the sound is audible in both directions. I pay £110 a month for virgin media services and it's so difficult to get your help.

    @virginmedia I did that. I asked for a technician or a new router. I was bluntly told there is no fault they can see therefore I don't need a visit or a new router. So I'm basically paying for a service I can't use and that they have no intention in fixing.
