It’s bonkers that the whole district of EN9 could have an outage of @virginmedia for 5 days and because I didn’t call and log it I’m not entitled to compensation , I’m taking my £111 a month and spending it elsewhere!

@virginmedia the customer service at virgin media is below 0 star they treat there customers like crap and lie. I have a recording of the agent I spoke to and she put a bunch of lies on her notes and transferred me to there cancellation team. Terrible service!! Rubbish connection

.@virginmedia 9.30pm and our WiFi installation appointment for tomoz AM has been delayed another 4 weeks! this is third time. we’ve been waiting since July, 4 x professionals trying to work from home, awful customer service from chat bot - can we please have support and answers?!

@ontvnow @virginmedia I had webchat w customer service adviser this morning @ontvnow who confirmed my email account was locked - but said the forms he normally uses to unlock accounts were not working so has passed the issue on to next line support....😐

@virginmedia The test is saying no problems at all. But the box will not load for anything. All I get is the language welcome screen then it switches off. And it just keeps looping like that over and over. I’ve had this for days now.

@virginmedia said no issue with credit. Tried to raise complaint with manager about customer service and the fact I was left without an upgrade. Nothing done. Escalated complaint on 28th Nov, told I'd receive a reply within 5 working days and haven't. Spoke to an advisor on live chat

@virginmedia My WiFi signal shows full strength but is very slow and I often get buffering when watching films my daughter also struggles when trying online gaming I'm now paying extra for a booster which has made no difference at all

@ChrisMarlow666 Who's that with Chris? I currently get around 80Mbps up, 20Mbps down. I can't get anywhere near your new speed until BT roll's out their Ultrafast broadband in my area. Virgin Media only cover half our town, and have no plans for expansion. Guess which half I live in 😢
