@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@virginmedia I managed to get hold of someone on chat who’s sending an engineer. I filled out the complaint form and submitted. Where you should get a complaint ref it’s just asterisks and when I go into my account and track complaints says there is no complaint attached to my a/c

@virginmedia I can be but there is no resolution that doesn’t involve your engineer coming and fixing whatever @VirginMedia broke yesterday. You haven’t even offered a 4g backup or similar, which I’ve now been trying, but have too little signal to offer a viable alternative.
