Broadband is fine and the box is connected to the TV because it has the welcome screen and the Starting up screen, then says no signal.

Pity you changed the design of the service status page to stop it accepting arbitrary postcodes or you could check it yourself. Guess you aren't keen on people the transparency that would create.
