I thought the design of the internet provided redundancy but @virginmedia seem to have relied on one point for all of SW London. One broken cable kills TV, broadband and phone. Time to move provider.

@virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

@____________jkg @harerik @virginmedia You have a backup hub that you can route traffic too if one is down. In a business environment this is standard practice. If Virgin want to just be a home TV provider, fine. But if they want to sell services to schools, other public services and business things need to change.

@virginmedia Our contract states minimum guaranteed 107mb, we are getting that nowhere. I’ve tried calling and get told by the Bot that there are no issues on my line it the hangs up. Your WhatsApp is not accepting messages-HOW DO I TALK TO A HUMAN PLEASE!!!

@virginmedia Also @virginmedia when someone requests a password reset, the page tells you that the password is invalid as soon as you type in the 8th character of the new password so its impossible to reset. More poor customer experience. Proud of yourselves?
