    @tomfenn8 @elondems There's a lot @virginmedia does well, particularly on the setup, online configuration and admin sides. But when it goes wrong they fall apart. After 4mnths of this we went @Hyperoptic and never looked back. VM uninterested in my feedback on its failings. As to the street boxes...

    Absolutely sick of @virginmedia wifi is down every other day! Can’t even get through to speak to someone, everything automated. Then send you an online link to resolve no wifi issues! Couldn’t make it up. Useless!

    @virginmedia My parents have VM, they rarely have wifi signal, but when they phone up, they are told that signal is fine and to reset their router. Is resetting the router on a daily basis standard practice for those on VM? I dont have to reset at all on Sky.

    @virginmedia my connection at home dropping and reconnecting 50+ in 8-9 working hours for the last 3months. Checking service status online for last 3 months "engineer's are working on the issue". How long will this last more? How to help? = Fix ASAP, not in 3months and no results

    @virginmedia I have raised the complaint and it remains unresolved so who do I escalate it too? It’s in regards to yourselves demanding £111.00 payment for disconnecting. This is a decision I have no control over.
