Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@NeeshaRees @virginmedia I got my notification as well. Taking the absolute piss! & I'm currently unable to switch to another supplier for technical reasons, otherwise I'd cancel @virginmedia broadband ASAP. But there's a few options I can explore, & if they're good, then I'll cancel for sure.
