    @virginmedia Thanks. The link says there are problems in the area and they should be fixed by 8pm but that’s a whole day using my mobile data instead of broadband! I am really disappointed.

    @foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

    @virginmedia I’m experiencing really poor speeds and quite often find my phone has switched to 4g due to my wifi connection dropping out (meaning I’ve used most of my data allowance!) I’ve treated rebooting the hub etc. Please advise otherwise I will be seeking compensation

    @virginmedia installation cancelled for 4th time yesterday and pushed back another 2 weeks. That’s 2 months now. Nobody is doing any work on the supposed issue and I can’t speak to anyone who knows what’s going on. You seem unconcerned that I’ve been without wifi for 9 weeks!

    Hey @virginmedia, we just upgraded to the 1Gig Broadband package, why am I only getting 400Mb down after having your support activate the connection when hardwired with category 7 ethernet cables. The hub is in modem mode and attached to a 2.5gb router of our own. Pls fix.
