    @Leesasdream @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog It’s actually ridiculous how unethical they are. The amount of promises they’ve made with no delivery. Something as small as a manager reaching out. It’s actually ridiculous how piss poor their customer service is.

    @virginmedia are the complaints team able to reach out? Consistently given the run around by all your customer service reps, you guys are unethical and quite frankly don’t respect your customers enough to keep promises. Will be going to @Ofcom next.

    @virginmedia Well getting a text saying estimated issue resolve 8am tomorrow is not acceptable. We haven’t had any service since Sunday morning. Now have to wait another full day. I can’t do any work as I can’t access my online files etc.. not sure my clients will find this acceptable

    @virginmedia This is now the 3rd day of the last 5 that we’ve had intermittent broadband problems in CR5 area. Called 150 and get Apologies and We’re working on it. Trouble is it’s been happening since Thursday. Anything other than Apologies and We’re working on it?
