    @virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

    @virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

Spent 60mins on phone 10x trying to resolve they pass you about or cancel call after being put on hold. Disgusting service. Just cancelled the Direct Debit

    @virginmedia We’ve complained repeatedly over the year and getting no where. Had 2 engineer visits, Router switches off. We lose signal constantly. Pixelated tv. Now been hung up by cold caller. Enough is enough!

    Lies and more lies from @virginmedia staff. Now they claim the notes said the engineer visited the 1st March to fix a fault allready fixed 22nd Feb so no compensation is due. Just stop with the bullshit
