@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia Been there. Done that. Months later still no better. Also filed a formal complaint regarding the days I wasted with poor customer support. Received a letter that someone would be in touch about it over a month later. It’s been another month since.
