Nigel Hudson (@nghudson) reported from West Bridgford, England@Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. -
Lee Smith (@lee0510) reported from Ilkeston, England@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.
-
paulwitneyphoto (@paulwitneyphoto) reported from Ruddington, England@virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

Rob Parker (@roberto85) reported from Beeston, England@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. -
Chris Maltby (@ChrisMaltby) reported from West Bridgford, England@virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

-
DJ Knight 🇬🇧 (@iRacing74) reported from Sandiacre, EnglandWith public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.
-
gemma kerr (@gemkerr81) reported@virginmedia Paid to watch the football and have not been able to watch half of it as internet id awful today
-

M U (@Shef1212) reported@virginmedia still waiting for an engineer. I now been told I need to wait 12 days for an engineer to fix a damaged cable outside. No one wants to listen.
-
Alloqui Strix (@AlloquiStrix) reported@virginmedia My point was that the date of fix changed from 1 day, to 2, then 4, 3, 10, 4, and 10 days. Broadband is an amenity nowadays and your customers should not be without it for this length of time, especially when I'm told it's an upgrade of the infrastructure.
-
Lee Black (@leeb9972) reported@virginmedia Dundee DD4 area, limited broadband, any issues you are aware of, i might need an engineer :(
