    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia The error message says my account is locked. I was told my husband must call to unlock it even though I am named on the account. He did so. Reset the password with one of your team but my account is still locked and I get the same message I called again & nobody can help me

    @virginmedia Yes they are able to take on individual complaints. Also given everything I have told you about her being ill, elderly, vulnerable and the clearly strongarm pressure selling of contracts. You not being able to say you can cancel without recourse tells me everything I need to know

    @virginmedia We’ve had no wifi for 2 weeks now and no one is responding to our complaint. My pregnant wife who is vulnerable and high risk of covid is having to travel for work as she can’t work from home. You promised us it would be fixed yesterday, and now you’re saying it’s delayed again
