@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

@virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

@virginmedia How do I make a complaint? The phone number on website gives options but none mention complaints. BTW Virgin media must be a great place to work, just tell customers you will fix problem then call them back, do neither, then repeat.

@virginmedia @PMIOMTT Having same issue. Can’t login into sky sports app via iPhone or iPhone using Virgin Media logins. You can’t watch it via Virgin Go as it forces you to the Sky Sports App. Very frustrating.

@AndyDaley @virginmedia I had to ask to cancel my contract twice to get what I wanted. £50 reduction in the end. Loyal customers should not have to do this. Next renewal of it happens again im off to Sky. Such poor customer service

The only to leave (other people have said this on social media) is to not pay the bill and let them contact you, so you can tell them "**** OFF"
