    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia We finally got an engineer to call, the hub had disconnected itself and we have problems with the strength of signals so have been recommended to get boasters. Pity it took so long to get help

    @virginmedia Wifi. + When I went to the service status on the website it says it will be fixed in the next 4hours sometimes and it’s driving me mad as I got so many zoom meetings last month. Hope the service was less faulty especially during quarantine thanks.
