    @virginmedia Apparently it's a mistake based upon a price increase before I signed my contract ie NOT included in my price. Customer services say they will correct on a monthly basis, but I want that in writing, which they are adamant they can't/won't do. Contract signed in November

    Really appalled at @virginmedia customer services, I’ve found out I’m being charged for a broadband service they no longer offer! They changed and reduced it and didn’t notify me, but still charged me!

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
