@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia again. Salman then responds on the 15th saying he will look onto this. Your automated response than shows on the 16th asking if I still need help. It then appears on the 17th, after I have advised I need help. Panchami responds on the 17th and asks me to.

Woke up in a terrible mood. Virgin media being ****... again! I need this baby out of me and lockdown* now meaning my family won’t get to meet him until he’s well over a month old! *id just like to add I think we should lockdown but I’m angry that it needs to happen again!
