    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    @virginmedia My broadband hub has no power at all, and it seems the solution is an engineer in the middle of next week. How am I meant to work until then? Can’t you just post me a new hub?

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

    @virginmedia I will also be making a short video and sending to @BBCWatchdog, its been such a comedy errors I'm sure their producers might consider broadcasting it as a warning to other potential customers.

    @virginmedia Useless. Service status thinks there’s nothing wrong. I’m not confident it’s even working. Test hub isn’t responding. Last time I tried calling it was a nightmare getting through.

    @virginmedia the Internet and TV services have been out for almost 24hrs in the Heywood, I have to work from home in a few hours what's going on, last time it was to be fixed by 8:15pm yesterday, the fact its taking this long to fix is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia We are being incorrectly billed every month, and every month you tell us you’ve sorted it yet it happens again. You even told us to cancel our direct debit and then fined us for doing that. How can we resolve this please? Call centre staff have no idea.
