@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@virginmedia Impossible to get through to anyone. Paying for 500MB fibre and getting nowhere near that, no matter the time of day/night. Working from home is near impossible with the near constant outages, or drop in signal. This is ridiculous.

@l_Kathleen_l While I've had issues getting my installation in, they've all been on the OpenReach end. BT have been fine to deal with, and getting the support from Scotland is really a god send compared to dealing with Virgin Media who outsource to offshore.
