@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@We_OwnIt No, I don’t & Virgin are crap. Virgin media - crap (my service didn’t work at least twice a month). Virgin Health - crap (they failed on my daughters ingrown toenails twice due to out of date nail bed substance). I don’t want them anywhere near our NHS, they cut to the bone.

@virginmedia There has been remote diagnostic issues identified with the box following first and second line contact by ourselves, the issue is more the lack of consistency with assistance, and even more ludicrous offers to keep us (double the price of a new customer offer) 🤔
