@virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia can’t fix my broadband and I can’t leave your service as I can’t get through to either the faults or customer service depts on the phone after a combined hour of waiting. Your engineer wasn’t able to fix my issue and I just want out of your dreadful service.
