@virginmedia very disappointed in your customer service, unhelpful, defensive and unbothered is best way to describe it. Was on fence about leaving but this has pushed a decision. Always had great things to say about virgin so this is definitely a let down

@virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

@virginmedia No, I have issues at home because we live in the middle of nowhere so I accept that 3G is all I will get, however it still does not work at all. I have only recently been in an area with 5G and the performance is extremely poor.

@virginmedia I have been a long-standing customer (20+ years). Whilst I am overall satisfied with the service. I no longer feel I am getting value for money! Plus the fact when I upgraded from 100Mbps to 200Mbps “free of charge” . Addition charges were applied.

@virginmedia A couple of weeks ago now. I reckon I’ve phoned over 30 times since March. I’ve been promised calls back, a swift resolution almost every time and none of this has happened. I’m 6 months down the line and nowhere further forward. The last advice was they were investigating.

@virginmedia internet is not down continuously for 48 they cannot reimburse me. The service is intermittent internet keeps cutting out between evening times sometimes for 1 hour sometimes for 20 minutes sometimes for 3 hours. Paid for the internet service and service is running
