@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@virginmedia Endless, unnecessary questions. I've said I'm moving, you can't provide service. Cancel contract easy as that. I've now been billed £74 for early termination. It's not my fault you don't provide service. @MartinSLewis surely this is illegal.

@virginmedia Like I said, I will allow 1 week. Your workman have entered my property, without permission, and caused damage. I am unable to use my garden until this is resolved so if things are not rectified in 1 week I will carry out the myself at a cost to Virginmedia

@virginmedia I've got reciept and a few times did call your advisers. Gave the details to them and also recieved confirm e-mail the kit is with you. I asked one of advisers to give me an e-mail address I can do serious complain but he refused. I've got enough to deal with your support.
