    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    My day so far 06:30 Power cut at set burglar alarm off. 09:00 1st of the month, client has locked out my contractor account. 10:30. @virginmedia broadband is down. 11:30 All VM customers locally using 4G, which is running like a 2400 baud modem #FirstWorldProblems

    @virginmedia I think now is the time to leave. I've been a customer for 20+ years. Just called to bring my all singing all dancing package down to the basics and was quoted a price over £10 more!!! Also, time it takes to get through was over 30 minutes! I really expect better!
