    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

    @virginmedia That’s all well and good but it was out from early hours of last night. My partner’s entire team was down and he couldn’t even hotspot because the SIM cards also went down. No way to report an outage so we won’t even be compensated

    @virginmedia You say that you have restored services, but I still cannot reconnect to my WiFi, it keeps showing an issue as if it is not connected to the internet so we are still unable to use our WiFi. Just for the record, this is in the Cheltenham area.

    @virginmedia Can you tell me why it said the lines were closed when I called tech support? It always used to be 24 hour tech support. Also why did my land line go robotic and then dead! ever since you had me run it through the router socket rather than the wall socket the quality has been bad
