@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

  • DevilHatman
    Hatz (@DevilHatman) reported

@virginmedia what on earth is going on? My upload speed has been dogshit since Friday/Saturday. Today along it's dropped from about 25mb/s to less than 10mb/s. All your site says is "intermittent issues in the area"... which is so regular its utterly redundant now

  • Samina_masood3
    Samina Masood (@Samina_masood3) reported

@virginmedia Thanks for responding but there is no sense of urgency in that message ‘respond as soon as possible’ & ‘resolve issue as quick as possible’; have you read the T&Cs & your legal obligations?

  • JohnBolashello
    John Bolas (@JohnBolashello) reported

@virginmedia Good morning, many thanks for your help! I didn’t realise I could do that!

  • NicolaG01
    Nicola Golding (@NicolaG01) reported

Day 3 of no internet and almost zero communication from @virginmedia. Got a text on Friday saying issue fixed (clearly not) and nothing since. Went on the service tracker to sign up for updates. Still nothing.

  • SprocketEtQuill
    Sam Greenland (@SprocketEtQuill) reported

This week I’ve learnt a lesson. Resilience in AI Agents isn’t just about model provider Vs local hosting. This week @virginmedia accidentally cut my internet connection and it’ll be a week before they can fix it. I’m buying a 5G router so the baby monitors still work because that’s a safety concern! The router will also bring the Mac Mini back online so two of my three agents will be back. The third agent is on a laptop at work so they’re still up anyway. Resilience baked in was a good strategy, but it will get better still. There’s always room for improvement?

  • Rzchy
    Harry (@Rzchy) reported

Does anyone on virgin media get 15% packet loss and 225 ping on west host? It’s been happening for about 3 weeks now got to be a fix somewhere

  • servesthesun
    Steven Usher (@servesthesun) reported

@virginmedia it’s quite literally impossible to sign into either your website or the app! Literally stuck in an endless loop of being asked to sign in but when I do it refreshes the page asking me to sign in

  • rchcool
It's mom not mum (@rchcool) reported

@virginmedia @sabrevan Yes can you please explain the issue? Repeated occurrences means we can’t rely on the service until you confess the problem and whether it has actually been solved or if you’re just applying temporary fixes to avoid paying compensation to customers
