    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed Iโ€™m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past Iโ€™d have queued at the arena but the box office isnโ€™t opening tomorrow

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is itโ€™s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    @PeterBakerMcfc @virginmedia Internet is back now. No one touched anything and it goes off. Moving to Community Fibre once this contract is up. I can't keep having these issues & paying through the nose. At least we'll be able to rotate through the apps as and when needed.

    @OliverGMcManus @katedodd3 @virginmedia It was a great day when I got these rip off merchants out of my life. If uou Google it you will see tgere are multiple mass complaints to Ofcom about obstacles they create to customers trying to switch away. Keep going and threaten a formal complaint.
