@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

@virginmedia Get your staff to stop hanging up on customers would be a start! Also, in my case, providing a router that didn't drop its signal several times a day would have been useful. But you refused even to do that while wanting to put my price up from £40 to £60 a month so it was bye bye
