@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

@virginmedia I’ve raised issues with your service now 30 times my broadband is constantly lagging I’m being told it’s over-usage in the area but I work nights and it’s at its worst between 1 and 5am and every 20 seconds it lags for like 3 seconds it’s not over-usage at that time

@virginmedia I was told it was my fault, I explained its what we were told when taking out the contract. I have done everything your team members told me to do and assured it would be fine and I am now being penalised and called a liar. Everytime someone said they could help the phone hung up

@conorpurvis @virginmedia Just call them up and tell them you want to cancel the service. They will put you through to that dept. Then that dept will work hard to try to save the account. (That was the pre-Covid reality - still worth a try.).

The actual pain of working primarily online but having tae dark with @virginmedia 's awful WiFi. So many times we call them up and nothing is done. I've had more insightful conversations with the Fake broadband scammers looks for my details than I have with virgin media
