Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

@iamdanrice It depends 🙃 There’s a reason there are sometimes no price tags in high end designer clothes shops. Virgin media tries to make you login to hide new customer deals from existing customers. B2B SaaS - removing pricing can increase sales enquiries - to a strong sales team.

@virginmedia On my landline, I’m currently not at home. How hard is it to provide? a) The service I’m paying £120 a month for b) An email address. c) A solution to a recurring problem. You’re in breach of contract. It shouldn’t be ME doing the running around.
