Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

    @virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    Hi @virginmedia waiting on delivery of various bits to move telly, broadband and phone from current suppliers to ye since mid May. Told a few times that all has been sent. Same story last week. Even allowing for human error this is the worst customer service I've encountered.
