    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

Sales haven’t been in touch about it after discussing twice or sent any details about my complaint. Very frustrating that a “business broadband” cannot look after static IP. Ignored..

    @virginmedia Yes I have. And I surprisingly it’s saying there are no issues. I’ve followed all of the other troubleshooting advice too but to no avail. And when I’ve spoken to your advisors they blame it on pressures due to a lot of people working from home! Absolutely ridiculous
