    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN VIRGIN MEDIA ARE GOING TO SORT OUT THEIR POXY INTERNET SERVICE FROM GOING OFF AND ON ALL THE TIME I CANT WAIT TILL ELON MUSK GETS HIS INTERNET SERVICE UP AND RUNNING THEN VIRGIN MEDIA ARE FINISHED BY ME FOR GOOD.

    @LaptopGeek92 @virginmedia I have same problem, waiting hours to someone to pickup up the Phone. When someone actually pick it up and hear That i want to cancel my broadband they hang out. The reason why i want to leave is that they send me a 44 pound bill while i ordered IT for 26.99 a month

    @BATC_London @virginmedia Online chat sends you to WhatsApp who never answer or cancel like I ask over and over again. Phonelines put you on hold. Managers are non existent and then if you get through and say you are cancelling they hang up. Cancel my package!
