  When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

  @virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

  @GameRiot Exactly, who doesn't have the internet in 2026, virgin Media internet went down and was fixed for me with in 4 hours. If you don't log on you don't lose your games, just need to sign back in to play.
