    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

    @virginmedia is there an email address I can use for customer service? The online chat is awful, wait 2 days+ for a reply then it comes at 7am and shoots me back in a queue when I don’t immediately respond (I was asleep!) I’ve been trying to fix this for over a month I need help!

    @virginmedia So.I spent all day in work texting virgin trying to resolve my issue. I needed to be in my property. We ageed that advisor Ankitha would msg me back at 8pm when I got home. AND SURPRISE SURPRISE GUESS WHAT...virgin you are an awful company with no respect for your customers

    @virginmedia your broadband is poor at best, the signal in my room from the router downstairs is 1 bar at best and most of the time 0. Today we've had no internet ALL DAY! I'm using my mobile data allowance up here, can we please get something sorted or at least compensation?

    @virginmedia The issue is that I'm paying for Gigabit but only getting a max of around 300Mb/s on devices whether cabled or wifi. This is worse than the 350Mb/s Internet my mum has at half the price. I'll be cancelling in the next day or so as nobody has come out to investigate and fix.
