@virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

@Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

@virginmedia Best service is following through on promises made, we keep being offered deals to stay with Virgin and close the call happy with the agreed contract only to then find no contract comes through and we have to go through the painful process of calling you again - not good enough
