    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia I gave my cancellation notice for a month and then I got disconnected the next day. I’ve been told it can take 72 hrs to reconnect. I would like to make a complaint as this is not acceptable to have internet/phone/tv disconnected like this. #badcustomerservice plus

    @virginmedia PlayStation is another issue, can’t ever lay any games on that. It’s not Sony’s fault, the PlayStation is fine offline. It’s the internet connection.

    @virginmedia Yep. Tried calling that number. The Bot told me to go to the website. 🤨 Can you perhaps tell me the right menu options to get to a human. I know they are expensive but they do do ‘customer service’. They had it back in Boomer Times I’m told.

    @virginmedia Hi. When do you suppose that will be?? I am now experiencing so many issue with the powering boosters its almost unbearable to work from home but I have no option! They keep dropping out for 1 or 2 seconds. So all online meetings are severely interrupted.
