    Managed to finally pay @virginmedia off and get rid of them for good. Absolute shysters and the worst customer service you’ll ever be unlucky enough to encounter. You won’t see me again unless things drastically improve.

    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    TWICE MY INTERNET HAS DROPPED OUT TODAY SORT IT VIRGIN MEDIA ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH YOUR NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE THE CHINESE ARE BETTER THAN THE AMERICANS AT DELIVERING INTERNET I SINCERLY HOPE ELON MUSK IS BETTER THAN VIRGIN MEDIA SO I CAN TERMINATE VIRGIN MEDIA AND GO WITH HIM.

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    Help @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!

    @Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

    @jennyk1977 @SilverstoneUK I missed you on the tv Jenny but trying to watch it on virgin media as a nightmare. Didn’t see the national anthem or martins grid walk either as the channel changed to the damn cricket!!! Finally got the race to play but I wasn’t quick enough to spot you sorry.

    @virginmedia Two months + before I get contacted by 02/Virgin Media regarding my ongoing complaint and all you can offer me for broken promises is £20. No phone calls before today and you are a communication company. Not good enough!

    @virginmedia It’s been nearly 2 weeks now. Drop ops/low speeds are still continuing in s63. I keep getting texts saying you’ve identified the problem and sending someone out, but all that happens is you change date of when it’ll be fixed, but fix it you have not!

    @virginmedia complaints dept, how does this even work? I raised a complaint about my house move/disconnection and you've closed it as 'resolved to my satisfaction' - despite zero response from you. Impressive. Didn't even have to lift a finger!

    @JoeNaConnacht Virgin Media panel very harsh, huge result, scored 33 points and attacked very well. Missing Porter, Doris, Crowley, O’Brien & Balacoumbe. Set piece is a problem but otherwise played well
