    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    @virginmedia My broadband hub has no power at all, and it seems the solution is an engineer in the middle of next week. How am I meant to work until then? Can’t you just post me a new hub?

    @virginmedia work done on our internet network has left us with weak security at the same time this was happening I had a new update on my Apple iPhone. Not ver happy with situation.

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia Thank you for the update. I am not questioning the fix time as I appreciate these issues are complex. My point is the sending of an SMS message stating the issue is fixed, but then receiving a further message stating it is still being worked on.

    @virginmedia Yep, we’ve done all that. It says intermittent service. It’s been like this over a week. Now it’s worse! Even spoke to one of the customer service people on Friday, the issue is worse and we were told unless they get 360 then Virgin won’t help. Absolute disgrace!

    Done with @virginmedia 3 times I've requested Comex come out and dig up the drive to bury their own cable which wasn't installed correctly. 3 times they've sent a level 1 tech with a shovel, who can't do the job. Contract cancelled. I might return if they ever decide to put customer services back in the UK - preferably with someone who understands plain English. #hopeless

    @virginmedia this is absolutely disgusting service, for the amount money we pay for Internet packages. The internet has been down for the last 2days and I’m tired of getting the same robotic answers as to y its not working. People are working from home and need Internet services!
