Now with Virgin Media for 3 years and paying for 1 gig to get a 500 Mbps download speed. Complained repeatedly but nothing happens.

Chirpy but infrequent and meaningless communication from Virgin to tell me how hard they are trying to fix the problem whilst continually delaying the time it will be fixed.
