    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @samatlounge @virginmedia I wrote them a letter (!) on physical paper (!) saying I was hereby cancelling my contract, and if there's any problem they should get in touch withn 10 working days. It worked. Never heard no more from them. And yes, they are the WORST! Never again!

    @samatlounge @virginmedia I’ve literally cancelled debit cards to get out of similar monthly charges. They make it as easy as possible to sign up and as hard as possible to cancel. Should be illegal

    @virginmedia OK one thing I would point out though is the set up instructions don't mention anywhere about having to ring the activation number to set your hub up. Only to ring if you have issues?

    hello @virginmedia can you help? Just moved house and got internet. Your 100mbps internet is giving me 2mbps down and 0.08mpbs up. It's unusable. I tried using your help but the links takes me to 400 Bad Request. Can this be fixed?
