    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @JConcreteABH @virginmedia One of the reasons I dropped VM. Was paying for 200mb and only got 40 at best. Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

    Wow... I honestly thought @virginmedia we’re the worst for customer service but seems like they’ve got serious competition from @ArrowXL_Help and @BandQ - both want to test your commitment to holding for an answer at least 20mins each

    @virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

    @virginmedia very disappointed in your customer service, unhelpful, defensive and unbothered is best way to describe it. Was on fence about leaving but this has pushed a decision. Always had great things to say about virgin so this is definitely a let down

    @virginmedia Patience! I'm absolutely furious! How dare you assume I'm happy to wait! I hardly have a choice in the matter. I work nights I only get time in the morning for relaxing in front of the TV and I probably won't be able to till Monday cos ur service is shit!

    @virginmedia That's the installations team, and they put me on hold again. Please give me an email address so I can put my notice in writing. It's pretty terrible that to cancel my contract I have to do a twitter conversation with you because I can't get through on the phone!

    @virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

Corrected it for you @virginmedia 👍🏼. (They gave me £50 off my bill for the same thing Mike, don't let them get away without compo)

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @virginmedia Already have done, and it’s the same notification that’s always given: that it’s a complex issue and engineers are working to get it fixed, if it’s an ongoing issue then say it’s ongoing and let customers paying for these services know.

    @v8oholic @LuceoNonUro75 Virgin media offer better deals on packages. I have a landline and a TIVO box which I never use but it’s cheaper than just having my fast broadband

    @virginmedia no internet again today. Tried phoning and advisor wouldn’t help as main account holder not here. Explained he is abroad and can’t phone but advisor refused to help me. 12 years a customer of yours but no longer that’s it. Plenty of other companies

    @virginmedia After the roundabout way to get to speak to someone (and the incredibly long wait time) they apologised I was having issues and checked I’d rebooted etc as advised online. I’ve logged a complaint now over this. It’s simply not good enough.
