    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia @virginmedia so not only have virgin hiked my bill to £49.00... I’ve had no phone line for 12 months.. it cost me over £4.00 on my mobile to phone them. How does that work Virgin? Appalling service.

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia James who did it it was having technical problems and it took in total almost 2 hours. That was Friday. It was Sunday when we realised Netflix was missing. I spoke to Lee who was meant to be sorting it.

    @virginmedia Look at the feedback from the call centre, it’s almost impossible to navigate the options, once you speak to a human they have an ability to not listen. I’m so disheartened & disappointed by the lack of care & support, like I said at the start, I now understand the others..

    @virginmedia Well, placed order over the phone. Order went well- got contract account number and the kit delivered but VM cancelled my account without telling me. Called up and was told it’s an address flag issue but not given a choice to resolve. Now have the kit without the service
