@virginmedia Thanks. The estimates are invariably unreliable, which adds to the poor service. It’s not ok to leave customers without service for several days and an apology is meaningless when it happens more than once. Emergency repairs should be standard for the price. 👋

@virginmedia Nope, just says "something went wrong. Please try again later". Worked fine for 2 years, doesn't work on windows or android. On the phone using 150 and just go around in circles as there is no issue with my phone, broadband or TV boxes.
