@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia He has made changes to the brown box on the wall outside and also changed my cable to a different port in the cabinet. This is clearly why I'm now experiencing issues. He doesn't accept this and won't do anything more. You couldn't make this stuff up.
