I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

We had full fibre installed in street and I jumped to an unknown, did some quick research on them and it was the best decision ever, night and day service.
