    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @VirginMediaIE @virginmedia virgin media emailed me offers, I used to be a customer, still have all equipment, still plugged in, but can’t self install, first bill would be €51 for service, €30 for reconnection, €50 for engineer, as HE NEEDS TO INSTALL. NOPE. avoid.

    Is it a coincidence @virginmedia are calling customers to offer 350mb internet for £5🥶I pay £88 already the woman said only £5 to have it . I said you’re not even calling to apologise but try get more money from all the people you let down so we are trapped in a 18mth contract
