Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.
