    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    Help @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!

    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia How many times do I need to call the team? They keep me waiting 20-25 minutes each time. I get the same reassuring answers from your assistants each time but no real results. A little honesty from your engineers would be helpful. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for service.

    @virginmedia Terrible service. Can’t even get through to a human on the phone. My neighbour in the flat below told me that one of your engineers did something last Thursday the day my internet went down. Coincidence? I think not. This needs sorting now with a real person.

    @virginmedia need to hurry up and answer the phone. Been put through to second line support. Still waiting 45 mins later. No internet speed coming into the house but no faults cam be found. Absolute joke. Makes me wonder why we bother paying for high speed broadband

    @virginmedia Their? It cannot be Yodel policy's or they wouldn't normally have the option of delivering to a CollectPlus point. Virgin Media asked for a 'with signature' service. Yodel would charge me another quid for that.

    @virginmedia So I texted the number and was assured someone would attend by 6pm today. This has not happened and they are now suggesting I call technical support who I’ve called 4 times to be told they can’t help. Who will take responsibility for this? Totally unacceptable customer service.
