    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    @virginmedia 1.This problem has been going on for 5 weeks now. Intermittent signal. Not enough upload speed to run zoom sessions so losing money and clients. Can’t stream TV shows. Called on Thursday and was told there was no problem. Then when I persisted was told there is a problem.

    @virginmedia 2. I was then told the hub needed to run off a different frequency and to leave it 24hrs to settle and if still problems you would send an engineer out. 48 hours later I have no broadband again. Just off phone to you, and you are refusing to send anyone to me.

    @virginmedia my broadband is terrible, supposed to get 350mb getting only about 10mb, TV keeps buffering. Had issue for weeks now and waiting ages to get though to talk to somebody. Paying a lot of money and getting terrible service.

    @virginmedia I have also raised complaints via phone but I can only take the word of customer service that they have logged these complaints but seeing as I've raised so many with them and I've never had any feedback, I highly doubt it.

    @virginmedia Had a service outage in the local area today, Service Checker says it's back to normal, but haven't been able to connect to the internet all day! Unplugged and rebooted the router about 10 times today and my connection has not come back 😔
