    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @virginmedia absolutely shock service! Ordered the Tyson fight on demand! Guess what the flipping thing crashes just before the ring walk and by the time it loads I’ve missed 3 rounds! Stayed up until 5am only to be let down by the shocking service from Virgin Media!
