    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia just ordered a free WiFi booster, but received contract stating I have committed for another 12 months. I don't want to go ahead on these terms so won't be signing, can you advise how I cancel this upgrade within cooling off period. Thank you

    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @virginmedia Today i had 3 vans turn up with 3 separate technicians to try and fix the problem, the repull. All 3 said we cant do repull theres a blockage. @virginmedia seriously 3 vans?? Send the construction team first and then the repull team. This is what ive been saying for last 14 days!
