    @jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia Nope, we got the £45 price cause of the trouble I’m having with my WiFi which still isn’t working correctly, was promised a manager would give me a call back by the end of yesterday yet nothing, also got told the extra I paid last month would cole@off this months yet it hasn’t

    @virginmedia There is no link. No one appears to know what’s going on and there is no ownership or continuity of help. As the paying customer we are supposed to just wait, lose business and accept the situation.
