    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @O2 @virginmedia not a fan of doing this but o2, you guys have made a holiday in the USA as difficult as possible. After many conversations with advisors on the chat I STILL CANNOT Make calls back to the UK from here in the USA. I'm a volt customer but will rethink this...

    @virginmedia I finally got VM 2 do me a rolling 30 day broadband contract until sky can get my new BB up & running bt at a cost of £54pm which is ridiculous & told can’t do anything about it - nw sky r having issues installing new BB having 2 pay more 4 less speed at this price cn u help me
