    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia Well it didn't fix the problem, the hub still doesn't work properly, which is why I had to put it in modem mode in the first place. Although I'll confess, the Netgear's WiFi speed is brilliant compared to what your Hub 3 can kick out.

    Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 mins trying to get through to your shambolic customer service. I upgraded my package on Sunday yet there is no tracking or information & my virgin media say I have no open orders?? Not happy, this needs sorting

    @virginmedia I have speed-read the above document. I'm actually many years out of contract. VM never renewed the contract or updated it online. VM just continued providing the (lack of) service & raised the fee. This shambles of a service goes way beyond the technical.

    @virginmedia my 8th call to Virgin Mobile this week about deactivated phones missing SIM cards etc average call time half an hour more to get Ron (an American or Canadian) OMG how bloody irritating is he with his patronising rude attitude. Thanks for nothing

    @virginmedia On 02/09/21, yes. You do know that's 2wks from now? The failed appt was yesterday. The appt you booked, 2wks after sign up. The 'technician' said - "the wrong booking was made, its common & a problem" What is he expected to do between now and 02/09/21? I await your answer

    @virginmedia Provider and I had not used any media services it too a number of weeks and call to get to this point. Then I received another bill, contact customer service again Explained and asked for them to listen to the last call recording they said they would do so and not to worry
