    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    @virginmedia your broadband is awful. Never works. Tried to call customer support, there is no number. Tried to check on internet for some help and it's very confusing. Very unhappy customer.

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    @virginmedia I used to run around 500mb to my xbox, wireless!! With many wifi devices connected at the same time! Now im lucky if i reach 100mb. Please dont treat me like i dont know anything. Ive had enough of the lies. Pls help me cut this off so i can get proper FTTP

    @virginmedia I haven't posted as I find it unhelpful having read other similar posts. I would appreciate someone calling me to sort this issue asap or I will be writing a formal complaint. I shouldn't have to resort to twitter to get to speak to virgin either! Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia It would mean me moving my pc etc to do a wired speed test! You are not providing the speeds im paying for, wired or wifi. Its a wifi router. Not a wired only router. Ive been lied to every step of the way, your service was always the best, but are by far the worst in the past yr
