@McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia Customer Loyalty!! None! 25 years continuous service. Can't get my name right. Retention team ignorant and useless. My bill went up from £25 to £28.50 and the BEST they can do to keep me is £39!!!!!! What a Joke. Bye Bye Virgin. You've lost the plot!!!!

@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

@virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

Don’t join @virginmedia unless you never EVER want to leave them. Tried to leave 5 times today, cut off every time. My reason for leaving? Instead of sending a box to my new address, they sent a cable... After speaking to 10 people for 2hrs, they couldn’t do anything. Day wasted

@virginmedia Yeah it may be applicable to your T&C’s but on a moral ground, it should be been waived. Your service is awful and your customer service is disgusting. To be called liars by a manager is deplorable. All I want it to watch my TV with sound after paying £90 for the service.

Been with @virginmedia 4 10 years,Tv box went down today,rang virgin 2 be told can’t get anyone out till Wednesday which is fair enough,however then 2 b told if I sign now for another 18months they’ll send someone out Monday,had no intention of leaving virgin until this phonecall
