@virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

@w0rldofswords @virginmedia Worst part is if you're not experienced with actually managing your WiFi you can end up on a call where a support person will give you advice that's convincing enough to sound like it might work, but is missing the problem entirely.

Never ever sign up to @virginmedia Doesn't matter what package you're on after a few weeks they'll lower your speeds. They once claimed we had accidentally been moved to a different package! Now, connection drops to zero briefly every couple minutes. Impossible to game on.
