@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@MoneySavingExp @virginmedia I am moving house and Virgin do not provide their service in my new area. They are expecting me to pay £240 to disconnect. I would have loved to have transferred my package but I feel I am being penalised for this. Any help would be appreciated.
