Corrected it for you @virginmedia 👍🏼. (They gave me £50 off my bill for the same thing Mike, don't let them get away without compo)

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Hi, through Ethernet it’s much better - 114.5Mbps download and 5.0Mbps upload speed. However, this isn’t very practical as we have multiple devices on the internet and it’s not working via wifi or boosters. Please can you advise further?

    @virginmedia Avoid at all costs. Phoned to leave Virgin, was talked into staying by upping my boradband speed..I am now fighting an additional charge of £65 for the privilage with threats of my services being cut off if not paid immediatly, customer service not helping at all.

    @virginmedia Yes wired or WiFi doesn't make a difference. I play esports game titles and I'm on the 500 mb package. I get 540 download speed, my issue is ping, it shoots up to 600ms randomly, I only have 4 WiFi devises
