@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia No. As advised to MH days ago the account holder is a vulnerable 85 year old with memory issues. I deal with her finances and so all your correspondence comes to me ( hence no data protection issue). I don’t need any other details other than this error has been fixed

@virginmedia Are we going round in bloody circles today or what? I have checked the service checker and only problem known is broadband. I do not have TV, broadband or phone - the whole lot. I have phoned and got nowhere. You have no complaints dept. Time to move elsewhere.
