    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

    @virginmedia - please cancel my installation set for 16/12/22- I have been on the phone 4 times totalling 98 minutes and then your call centre disconnects the call. This customer service has been abysmal and I’m not yet a customer. You now have this in writing / recorded calls
