Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia Last time I upgraded I got a faster speed for less money but due to price differences between what I was paying and actual todays price recently they added sky movies so gap must have got wide again as you continue to improve service over time
