    @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia Hi, I’m fed up of trying to contact you’s through all your channels. Simply no point. Have just become a new customer. I’ve had WiFi black spots. TV’s all out of sync. Boxes constantly rebooting. Tv quality poor. I could go on. I can’t even get through to cancel.

    @virginmedia I was calling because I pay a lot of money for my 500 Mbit/s service and my upload speed had never been more than 15 Mbit/s. I kept photographic evidence throughout the months. My usual upload speed is 8 Mbit/s. This is unacceptably low. It is literally unusable.

I have not seen news on BBC ONE HD England channels being moving to Channel 101 on January 26th on Virgin Media. When BBC ONE HD Scot. was moving I did see info screen about the move for a week before
