@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

House move tomorrow. Was told by virgin media the house had fibre connection. Picked up keys and checked. It doesn’t. Three hours of waiting on live support, no customer service available. Gave up. Not the best start and we haven’t even started yet. 😔 Mando finale will wait.

@virginmedia I did call. It didn't resolve anything and when I was told I'd get a call back to discuss things further from management I just didn't get a call back. When I asked the text service to call me they told me that's not something they do.
