    @virginmedia The other issue your engineer was in yesterday surely he would have checked these things out ? Personally i dont think he was very experienced or didnt know how to do his job properly.

    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

    @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

    @virginmedia internet has been down since yesterday, all cables checked, can't watch the telly because a message keeps coming on to the screen, red light on the TV box and the hub has a slow fading white light. And the app is useless.

    @virginmedia Yes obviously I have. So ridiculous. You even have the cheek to text that the services have been restored when they haven’t. Can’t work & can’t use o2 either because reception is non existent especially since you merged your terrible services.
