@BingoBertie @RichardLXXII @virginmedia Yes you clearly have no clue about the wording of the contract. Contracts have a fixed period and if you are smart you have discounts. They however have a fixed period, so if you let them run out the contract continues without them. So what your are suggesting is bad

  • TheModSmithYT
    TheModSmith (@TheModSmithYT) reported

My household has been with @virginmedia for around 25 years. We’re told new customers at our address can get full fibre/XGS-PON, but existing customers can’t migrate. So we’re stuck on older HFC/DOCSIS with Gig1 upload around 100Mbps. Why must loyal customers cancel/rejoin?

  • Lifeline04India
    MR COOL (@Lifeline04India) reported

@y_alibhai @virginmedia What makes you special? Nothing especially after your comments on that poor baby and his caught and convicted killers! I’m guessing your award wasn’t for reading the room? You should never be seen on screen again

  • paz565

@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

  • JameskRobbo
    James Robertson (@JameskRobbo) reported

@virginmedia I’m forever wasting my time trying to cancel my service but because the email is old and I can’t access it, you can’t do anything

@HarrietHarman A government minister's family members were downloading porn on virgin media and claiming it back off the taxpayer the last time you lot were in power, so I'd pipe down if I were you.
