@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

Okay so, if I do a speed test through my virgin media hub I get almost the advertised speeds, but through a second router connected to it I get much worse... Is it a problem with the second router, or do they detect speed tests and boost it only when I'm connected directly?

@virginmedia As per original tweet I've spent 3.5hrs on phone to that number and call centres in India with shocking service. I've had no internet for a week. I'd like a number for somebody whos first language is English and who is in a position to actually help me.
