@virginmedia @Ofcom how is it acceptable to have no service staff picking up a call after 90 minutes and to leave a vulnerable older person with no telephone?

  • pdenno
Paul Dennison (@pdenno) reported from Beeston, England

@virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

  • sarjeantm01
Michael Sarjeant (@sarjeantm01) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

@virginmedia Yes it must have shorted itself overnight @virginmedia can I please cancel the engineer?

  • MissBeBop

When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

  • Kizztronice
Kizzy 🦇 Puckmigo23 (@Kizztronice) reported from Awsworth, England

@virginmedia I have used this service for the past hour to then be told the matter can not be fixed via the text service. So that was very unhelpful indeed.

  • Taidhgh
Mr T O'regan (@Taidhgh) reported from Beeston, England

@virginmedia service in NG8 #Nottingham becoming an expensive joke. Now apparently likely to be intermittent until 3pm for 'improvements' but no notice given? Great service guys. #planning

  • SmileyJMH
Joanna Hayes (@SmileyJMH) reported from Loughborough, England

@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

  • richardtaylor37

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

  • katej1984
Kate J (@katej1984) reported from Sandiacre, England

@virginmedia any chance you could hire call centre staff that don’t hang up the phone after 3 seconds in an attempt to bring their AHT down?

  • mattdowning5
matt downing (@mattdowning5) reported from Selston, England

@virginmedia How about just giving your customers reliably service for the extortionate prices. We can look after our kids as parents. You do your job as service providers. I don't want my kids in borstal

  • lee0510
Lee Smith (@lee0510) reported from Ilkeston, England

@virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

@TheMercianNews I'd like to see mobile phone and internet companies shut down operating in the UK on a single day. Have USN/Seals sever all international fiber into the UK on a single day. SHUT DOWN the City of London Physically SEVER International Fiber from BT/OpenReach, VirginMedia/O2, Vodaphone and the LINX Nework internchange in London. Ideally each line in 2-3 points of varying distance from UK shores to make repair more complex than laying new fiber. Air attack on all the major BT interchanges plus the physical operations of Cloudflare Akamai, AWS/Cloudfront, GoogleCloud CDN and smaller operators like Azure, Netflix, Meta and every source of new fiber either mfg or warehousing Destroy every piece of equipment and then just leave. Make all European govts TERRIFIED of the crazy Americans Destroy the internet as a means of brainwashing the British public

@virginmedia why is your website the clunkiest most user unfriendly website going? Trying to pay my bill and I just keep going in a loop with it, guarantee if I don't pay it though you restrict my service. Honestly 124 days until my contract runs out and I cannot wait.

@virginmedia complaints dept, how does this even work? I raised a complaint about my house move/disconnection and you've closed it as 'resolved to my satisfaction' - despite zero response from you. Impressive. Didn't even have to lift a finger!
