    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Yes..says there are no device issues...as I say it happens regularly for varying amounts of time, has been an issue for quite a while causing my teenage son to become frustrated as he is the one it affects for the majority of the time as I am usually at work

    The number of cold calls I have to answer from @virginmedia at work is phenomenal, and they are so rude when you tell them they're calling a hospital. its bad enough you're trying to take over our NHS, without wasting our work time too.

    @virginmedia This isn’t user friendly at all for me to lodge a complaint. Is there an email address that I can use? Three weeks of no phone line, 8 months with pixelating channels on both TVs, slow internet speed and no one wants to resolve the issue.
