    @RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    So @virginmedia no warning my deal was finishing, get my bill for £134 then a letter to say it’s going up again in March by £4.50! We’ve had loads of problems with connection, wifi only works in 2 rooms and can’t get through on phone, chat or connect app.

    @virginmedia All it keeps saying when I do a service check is that it’s fine. And this is on wireless connection but wired isn’t any better. When u pay for 500 mpbs of speed I expect a constant 100-150 mpbs

    @virginmedia The broadband is no longer working correctly, & noise on the line. Given a replacement hub but this has not solved the issue. The agents we talk to also refuse to tell us what speeds we should be getting. Even the mangers have shouted at us! No info being given either!
