  Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

  @virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

  @virginmedia how many times do we have to suffer loss of internet before you actually do something proactive & sort it? Fed up of paying for such a poor service, promised reimbursements which never happen & being fobbed off by your team every time to power off and reset the hub

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia They’re dodgy as ****, I had total loss of service for over a month, they kept closing my complaints saying it was resolved after I explicitly said not to. They also kept saying it was fixed when it wasn’t to avoid paying compensation.

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Would it be worth trying to ring them? I find their customer service people are usually helpful. Use the 0335 454 1111 number, as I used another one in the past and it had really high charges. I ring them every year to stop them putting my direct debit up.
