@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

@virginmedia This problem seems to fix with a reboot then returns. It’s unpredictable but ongoing. I follow the instructions. It resolves. It comes back and I have to start again. All the while, the routers lights give no sign of a problem.
