@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia The call back was promised on Friday afternoon and was told it would happen before Saturday 10am. That call never happened and it is now Tuesday. Still no ability to register a complaint, no response and no date for broadband installation.

@virginmedia Requested a booster to get speed in my sons room so he can play his PlayStation, ended up with a rude attitude and argument telling me I can’t have one free as I’m in a cheap deal (and a lot more). I don’t see why I should pay to get a device that I’m already paying for.
