@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia @virginmedia so not only have virgin hiked my bill to £49.00... I’ve had no phone line for 12 months.. it cost me over £4.00 on my mobile to phone them. How does that work Virgin? Appalling service.

@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

@virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

@virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

Hi @virginmedia please could you provide at least one method of getting tech support? Your live chat sends me to WhatsApp where I get told you can’t receive any more technical queries. I have a fairly simple question about why the connect app doesn’t work properly.

@virginmedia what a week indeed! Finally thought I’d solved the TV issues we’ve had for months with a new box, that’s buggered after 4 days and in the middle of a World Cup I need to wait a week for an engineer! Sort out your customer service!!!

@virginmedia Wow. Stellar help. Make a complaint and wait for up to (surprise) a month for an answer. Fantastic concern over an issue caused by Virgin Media. No urgency at all. Just wait two months for a paid service.

@virginmedia how much longer am I going to be without broadband? Why am I paying for a service I'm not getting? Why are you increasing contract prices if you can't sort out issues quickly, I should be getting a refund🤬

Shoutout to @virginmedia - no internet until the 15th now due to your techs cutting thru my fibre line. Ironically in an attempt to fix a speed issue previous installers caused. After playing some customer service tennis, your CSR recommend I be supplied a dongle temporarily 1/2

Hi @Virginmedia after several days of my landline not working, it's miraculously started to work again despite a visit from your engineer not due until this Saturday. Your IVR is awful. How do I get to speak to someone about getting a credit on my account for no landline service?
-
Simon Price

@virginmedia Thanks but it's not me 'feeling this way' - the reality is that whether work was required or not, as a paying customer, Virgin have a duty to keep me informed along the way - not ignore me and bury their heads in the sand.
