    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    Hey @virginmedia, when I call to downgrade my package, you tell me you’re too busy to talk and direct me to your website. When I visit the website, it tells me that the only option I have is to call you… Pretty awful customer service. Seems disingenuous.

    @virginmedia has to be the worst customer “service” ever! Called thrice, cut off after 45m. Put through to Customer Relations SIX times on chat, just gave me deals. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL. I’ve been granted 1 month’s rental to be paid by cheque despite having my bank details! 👎🏽

    @virginmedia Bear in mind I have a broadband, TV & phone package paying in excess of £120pm. Moving over to non-legitimate services would save me loads of money. If you can't provide the service, what incentive do I have to do things the 'right' way?
