    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    Nothing and I mean nothing but problems with @virginmedia ever since your agent TRIED to help, got cut off and never called back my @TPLINKUK Powerline adapter doesn’t work. THE worst experience calling up your customer service I’m so angry 😡

    @virginmedia - loss of broadband & landline phone on 18th - area outage - was fixed. Twice had loss of broadband & landline phone on 19th - area outage - was fixed. It’s 2pm on 20th. 3x I’ve had no broadband or phone line again. When are you going to permanently fix this issue?

    @virginmedia We done the speed tests through the website on the phone with customer service last time, but because it stated i had 21mbps that it was fine because it was over 20. I live in a small flat with no upstairs downstairs so this shouldn't be acceptable! you should do more to help.

    @virginmedia Yes, it sometimes hangs for a couple of seconds on black screen when switching from Virgin Ultra, but always crashing totally when switching from Eurosport #UHD - looking online I can see other users have been reporting this since 2020, but can't see any official response/fix
