@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

@virginmedia I pay for an average of 350Mbps broadband speed and getting roughly 1-3Mbps if lucky. Running the test and there's an issue with the signal coming into my house. Been like this for days now! Argh!

@virginmedia The whole point in having a modem is to connect via wifi to devices, it is not a drop in performance the actual wifi signal is disconnecting on all devices. If you cannot send out a technician then we need a new modem as this one is faulty.
