It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

Scrapped once identified.

In any case, I expected my March bill to only be 40 odd as per my 18th mo th contract, however, I have been giving a bill of something like 67.50. This doesn't even match what the increase would have been.
