  When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

  @virginmedia Can you please explain.. when you set up a new c9ntract with VM you end up having a contract with 02 as well, never asked for or agreed to. And now im struggling to get them to cancel the 02 contract as 02 have incorrect email address and never received a sim card?

  Here I go - still a problem with my tv services from @virginmedia a day after I tried to get through and I expect at least a hour waiting to get through
