  @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

  @virginmedia another day, another wake up to NO broadband. It has been on and off since last Monday. Apparently a problem with my hub, but we know there’s problems on the street, as they’ve been trying to ‘fix’ it since last Wednesday 😤
