  @virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

  @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

  @MartinSLewis Hi Martin. Are you aware of the scam between Virgin Media and 02? They hound you with calls, set you up as an existing VM customer, and then unknown to you, you have an 02 threatning letter asking for £30 a month. This was not agreed to or even known...help 🙏

  @virginmedia please don't use Yodel @yodel241653 as a courier service. Pods not delivered today. Van stopped outside, and as I opened the front door he drove off without delivering the parcel. Now got to cancel plans for tomorrow to wait for parcel. Please don't use Yodel.

  @cmairsy @virginmedia Zen for internet - rock solid and great customer service, not that you’ll need it. But after ditching Virgin we went down the freeview route, I’m afraid.
