    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @Louise4Mh @virginmedia You wait till they try and rip you off by allowing reverse unsolicited text messages to your devices and charge you a £1 a message for a message never sent or received. Criminal.

    @sarapascoe @VirginActiveUK Virginmedia and their offshoots are the most frustrating to deal with. The management is absolutely appalling with their setup criteria. They are taking us all for fools. Recently tried to cancel my landline, they told me the monthly cost will actually INCREASE if I did that.

    @virginmedia We did, and all we have been offered is £25 for an appointment that was cancelled on the day. We haven't been able to get a resolution for the lack of installation, and frankly £25 for waiting over 100 days and counting isn't sufficient.

    @virginmedia Well @virginmedia are capable of either calling the account holder to find a solution, or checking internally to make sure the external works are completed ahead so that the installation can happen. It's not believable that there is nobody in @virginmedia capable of checking.

    @virginmedia spoke to customer service assistant said best can do is keep my package with the phone line but when it goes up by £3.50 in March give me 12 months of £3.50 credit, thought may of done better than that but it's something especially with all the energy prices rising as well

    @virginmedia I will, as there appears to be no direct help your company offers, but this is nothing to do with temperamental wi-fi, this is the base tech being garbage. Customers shouldn't have to write reams on forums to get help. You should be serving them and sorting the problem for them.

    @virginmedia But that was only compensation for cancelling one appointment on the day. There has been no solution provided to actually get the Internet installed or for the inconvenience caused by waiting over 100 days.

    @virginmedia Yes - it showed intermittent - but I have to wait 24 hours - the WiFi basically is poor in my house in some rooms and drops out at 5pm every day - I just need to speak to someone to organise more boosters and some@help
