    @virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    @virginmedia Please help. :( He was sent the order information and the contract but nothing else. I contacted Yodel and they didn’t have anything to be sent to our house from you. We have no information.

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia I’m not happy at all. My internet has been down since last night till now . I have tried to call customer service and it would straight decline it . I tried going on the website but still it won’t let me . As I work from home . Here is the area DE248ET

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @virginmedia I'm not at all satisfied. Since last night until now, my internet has been down. When I attempted to contact customer service, it flatly refused. I attempted to access the page, but it is still blocking me. I am self-employed. The region DE248ET is shown here. Fix it asap

    @virginmedia Don't have 4G option. This is not a handset issue but a virginmedia issue. Had problems with a previous handset which I upgraded to the Note. Sort this out or I'll change phone provider. You don't need to Google the issue. Check your complaints log

    @virginmedia That it completely unacceptable. We have no internet yet have to wait until Thursday? How can that be considered a reasonable service offer? We pay for internet and currently have none. All we are asking is for you to provide what we currently pay for.

    @virginmedia Hi, no issues showing up. It’s only WiFi, I am getting really bad signal strength upstairs, and it’s not even a large home. Other users generally sit next to the router so don’t experience many problems

    @VirginMedia_TV This is very unfair on the parts of the country where access to Virgin Media tv is not possible. You're alienating those relying on terrestrial or Sky to get their channels, mostly rural areas. Go national with your service please and be fair.
