@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia You are a god damn joke. I am paying 55 Quid a month for my internet to vanish for mili seconds therefore interrupting everything i do to then proceeds and come back for 2 mins and so on. I am cancelling my contract and moving to anyone else.

@virginmedia Hi , phone is plugged into the wall socket , it says on the phone display please check line , there is no dialling tone or noise when you lift handset,there was issue about 2yrs ago and they made a temp connection to next door to get phone on
