@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@RUTrainingToday @virginmedia Also Talk talk. Probably worse still. And to be totally fair, I was once on BT and the engineer literally told me they play pass the problem parcel at the junction when one person complains by just switching wires around. At this stage I have no reason to doubt that.

@virginmedia I'm trying convey that your website and chatbot appear to be out of sync. Chatbot provides info and links that don't work, which seems to be a bit of a problem when all upgrade paths are funnelled through the chatbot. Even the 'Chat Now' button is a no-op
