    @virginmedia I just want to report an open cabinet on my street, and it's hard work, I don't want to sign up to your "community" as I have tried now twice and had to do the damn not a robot thing both times which takes ages and it says my email is not valid

    @virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth Β£84.

    @virginmedia When I phoned the contact centre they said they knew there was an issue and it would be sorted in 24hrs. A quick google shows this isnt just me its a common trend

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @bradfreeman93 @virginmedia Also having problems in the Stevenage area with VM. Our issue is drastically varying speeds, sometimes not connecting at all. Complained loads of times like yourself, but nothing.
