    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia No issues on the service status. Sorry, how do I run a test on the affected service? I can log into my router but every 20 minutes or so the connection (on all devices) will drop for 5-10 mins.

    @virginmedia It says I have no access to home broadband. PLEASE could someone call me as I am VERY close to cancelling and moving on. If that’s the case I will be requesting money back for all the months we have had poor service and not fulfilling your contract

    @Rivermansky63 Tried numerous times …can’t get through on phone. It’s constantly ringing out. I’m so stressed with it all. 😢 I’ll try to phone new company who I’m starting with to see if they can help. Never again will I go with @virginmedia .
