@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@virginmedia We've had so many issues like this the past year, we've had 3x Hub 3.0s sent out to us - so they're clearly not viable pieces of kit, or aren't designed to last, and we can't get the Hub 4.0 because we don't have your Gig1 fiber service in our area. Getting tired of it.
