@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia It's for Virgin Media. Everytime I ring up to try and change something no one over the phone can ever find my account and because of this no one can help me. I want to cancel my package because the offer I'm on expires next month and the services are not worth £84.

@conorsclips @virginmedia I completed a survey they emailed me about their service, in it I highlighted their extremely slow broadband and how it keeps dropping. At the end of the survey I was asked if I wanted to be contacted about my answers, 3 months later still waiting for contact, shock horror!
