@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia VM is a complete let down. They mislead their customers, do not even follow up a fair complaint as they said they would. NEVER AGAIN. They charge you extraordinary sums when you leave them if they cannot provide you a service. Other companies such asBT or EE don’t. Never again

@virginmedia Spotify streams hang part way through a song when connected to the network. Tried on Spotify desktop and web on 2 computers, both wired and wifi, and on Android. Spotify works ok tethered to mobile data, other web traffic on virgin seems fine. Constant ping is stable.

@Ofcom @virginmedia I have a problem with @virginmedia installation, they keep pushing the date and making excuses that some work is not finished and not giving me a date (its 4+ weeks). Not taking complaints, keep transferring 😡😡
