  Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

  @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

  @Benleo @virginmedia Some are great some are not. I had an issue told them what I thought it was as it happened before. One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.

  @Benleo @virginmedia Try @NatWindscreens they would give Virgin a run for their money. Tried calling 5 times - different person each time- 5 calls today, 3 emails and voice mail. They have taken my money, realised that window screen needs calibration and offered date in TWO weeks. 3rd world service
