    @virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia That's the installations team, and they put me on hold again. Please give me an email address so I can put my notice in writing. It's pretty terrible that to cancel my contract I have to do a twitter conversation with you because I can't get through on the phone!

    @virginmedia Your colleagues aren't calling, making promises to do so. I think that the security breach is that the Virgin Media website never logs you out. So a hacker just needs to take control once and there is no way of fully regaining control, even if the password is changed.
