Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

@virginmedia Everyone is very apologetic but that doesn’t help give a vulnerable old lady the peace of mind that her son is available at the other end of the phone, should something happen.

Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@virginmedia Tried it, and this is the only message that comes up. From a community page I can see that I am not the only person in the area with a down network. Can you check into this and reply ASAP please? People are loosing money that can’t work from home.

1st world problem @virginmedia down, they admit known issue for 4days in Lincoln - we missed 2 deliveries as Ring doorbell not working, baby hasn’t watched his sensory on YouTube we’ve not watched The Serpent, and I tried to interview 2 people by iPhone hotspot which was awful.
