    @virginmedia Reboot will help for a while but have to stop all in the family who still have signal for streaming radio, Xbox or watching Tv on the TiVo every time. How inconvenient is this for all due to a @unreliable service provided by @virginmedia. Had many other issues before as well...

    Writing this using O2 mobile network at home because my @virginmedia fibre is @unreliable. Cannot get to the internet or stream tv but on mobile data it was effortless. Considering going back to BT as they seem to be more consistent.

    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia My Children have noticed lagging on their game stations for approximately the last month & the Issue with the phones been connected but not connected has been nearly 2 weeks (this time around) & progressively getting worst. When we ring up, they can't even perform a line check..

    @virginmedia I wanted to change my mobile phone number over as I’ve recently taken out a new sim only contract along with the TV package however I’m thinking of cancelling it all as the customer service was disgraceful and makes be wonder how I would be spoken to if I ever have to ring again

    @virginmedia just ordered a free WiFi booster, but received contract stating I have committed for another 12 months. I don't want to go ahead on these terms so won't be signing, can you advise how I cancel this upgrade within cooling off period. Thank you

    @virginmedia It’s obviously a localised equipment failure caused by the power fluctuation this afternoon, not “signal to noise” problems as your telephone operative said. Get an engineer out here and fix it now, please, @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I am having the issue now where I cannot update my apps or use twitter through the Wi-fi. But I am streaming tv. @frustrated. Why do I suffer and stop to reboot the router and paying for unreliable service!!

    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @virginmedia Done that for the tv service and it cannot find a fault. Just ran the broadband to check service. Need to wait 10min.

    Absolutely disgusted with @virginmedia mobile customer services. Ring up and after 10 seconds get told to GET TO THE POINT I was actually ringing to change my mobile number as I’ve just taken a new contract out with you. I will be better off staying where I am 😡 #virginmedia

    Well @virginmedia my TiVo box is stuck in starting up mode (2 hours) and needs a technician, not available until Tuesday. Piss poor service and your telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting for you to get in touch 🤬

    Do not, EVER, susbcribe to @virginmedia in @cityoflondon , they are doing everything they can to avoid fixing my issue (happening since May) or compensating me (I pay 40quid a month for a service I cannot use, and if I stop paying I get charged ludicruous late fees) 1/2

    @virginmedia Struggling to understand how 1G of Internet turns into nothing just coming down some stairs. I'm assuming it's your hub/router as when I was on 86meg with so a tenth slower I got better WiFi all be it with their discs

    @virginmedia Yes I have a reference number they said that 660kb per second was an acceptable download rate! Awful jitter and latency means you can’t do anything approaching audio or video on this network. Still awaiting a call. Ref: 534038

    @virginmedia Yes, my equipment is fine, my neighbours internet goes off and on same as mine so i can safely say the problem lies with the signal to the cabinet, can i ask if yous will come out and turn the cabinet off and on again
