@virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia Yes rebooted and nothing at all. Solid red light which indicates the hub is working but it’s getting no RF signal - I imagine because one the contractors has broke something!

@virginmedia The issue is the setup of our broadband and phone line, we have the QuickStart kit, but when we set it up we get the solid green wifi logo and the flashing green light underneath, we have followed suggested steps, the 3 people on phone said our broadband hadn’t been activated
