@virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

@virginmedia It is up to date and I got a text half an hour after services went down. We have been told in a message to reboot and it will be back up. Tried that still not working and can't raise a fault as the message keep looping. I've had to take a day off work. Thanks virgin

@virginmedia No, I was interest in renewing but when I was quote £64 and £61 for a package that’s £33 for new customers, I said I would rather cancel.
