  • davidluke86 David Luke (@davidluke86) reported from Beeston, England

An update! It gets better, a member of STAFF used @carolineheppell ‘s details for another customer but @virginmedia won’t refund!!! This would be funny if it wasn’t so appalling.

  • leannebiggs14 Leanne Biggs (@leannebiggs14) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

@virginmedia I wanted to change my mobile phone number over as I’ve recently taken out a new sim only contract along with the TV package however I’m thinking of cancelling it all as the customer service was disgraceful and makes be wonder how I would be spoken to if I ever have to ring again

  • timmo1963 Tim Moore (@timmo1963) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England

Well @virginmedia my TiVo box is stuck in starting up mode (2 hours) and needs a technician, not available until Tuesday. Piss poor service and your telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting for you to get in touch 🤬

  • SamLDerry Sam Louise Derry (@SamLDerry) reported from Shepshed, England

@virginmedia My Children have noticed lagging on their game stations for approximately the last month & the Issue with the phones been connected but not connected has been nearly 2 weeks (this time around) & progressively getting worst. When we ring up, they can't even perform a line check..

  • ryau3 Ron Yau (@ryau3) reported from Repton, England

@virginmedia I have a hub 3.0 and showing white light. No change to the light with the issue.

  • smithy_steel sam steel (@smithy_steel) reported from Beeston, England

@virginmedia You guys came to install our internet and wire it all up, did such a bad job an outsourced company came on your behalf to fix it now it doesn’t work at all

  • WiteWulf ☞Ⓖⓐⓡⓨ Ⓟⓐⓡⓚⓔⓡ☜ (@WiteWulf) reported from Shepshed, England

@virginmedia It’s obviously a localised equipment failure caused by the power fluctuation this afternoon, not “signal to noise” problems as your telephone operative said. Get an engineer out here and fix it now, please, @virginmedia

  • lisahaywood10 Lisa (@lisahaywood10) reported from Eastwood, England

@virginmedia The service is on permanent down time. Hence moving to @SkyUK no problems since

  • hollibob hollibob (@hollibob) reported from Stapleford, England

@virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

  • ryau3 Ron Yau (@ryau3) reported from Repton, England

@virginmedia Done that for the tv service and it cannot find a fault. Just ran the broadband to check service. Need to wait 10min.

  • leannebiggs14 Leanne Biggs (@leannebiggs14) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

Absolutely disgusted with @virginmedia mobile customer services. Ring up and after 10 seconds get told to GET TO THE POINT I was actually ringing to change my mobile number as I’ve just taken a new contract out with you. I will be better off staying where I am 😡 #virginmedia

  • withcoachs Coach S 👊 (@withcoachs) reported from Loughborough, England

Internet man can’t come and fit the WiFi for 2 weeks. Stupid Virgin. @virginmedia

  • ryau3 Ron Yau (@ryau3) reported from Repton, England

Writing this using O2 mobile network at home because my @virginmedia fibre is @unreliable. Cannot get to the internet or stream tv but on mobile data it was effortless. Considering going back to BT as they seem to be more consistent.

  • SamLDerry Sam Louise Derry (@SamLDerry) reported from Shepshed, England

@virginmedia We do speak to someone on a regular basis only to be told what I've stated above... when we can get a word in edgeways without being interrupted by Rude Staff

  • dazfuller Darren Fuller (@dazfuller) reported from West Hallam, England

@virginmedia And that information is exactly the problem and the thing which needs reviewing by your security teams. It's terrible advice!

  • midgetgem1980 MelanieSmith (@midgetgem1980) reported from Heanor and Loscoe, England

@virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

  • smithy_steel sam steel (@smithy_steel) reported from Stapleford, England

Had @virginmedia sort our internet the guy who did it did such a shit job someone had to come out to sort it and since they’ve been we’ve got no internet 😡😡

  • davidluke86 David Luke (@davidluke86) reported from Beeston, England

Disgusted by @virginmedia taking £150 from @carolineheppell account on a fraudulent DD and then refusing to help her bank or her. Giving fake email addresses not answering complaints. A disgrace.

  • ryau3 Ron Yau (@ryau3) reported from Repton, England

@virginmedia Reboot will help for a while but have to stop all in the family who still have signal for streaming radio, Xbox or watching Tv on the TiVo every time. How inconvenient is this for all due to a @unreliable service provided by @virginmedia. Had many other issues before as well...

  • ryau3 Ron Yau (@ryau3) reported from Repton, England

@virginmedia I am having the issue now where I cannot update my apps or use twitter through the Wi-fi. But I am streaming tv. @frustrated. Why do I suffer and stop to reboot the router and paying for unreliable service!!
