It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

Called and asked again for my account to be unlocked. Again told this would be done. Hasn’t. Can this be escalated? I need access.
