    @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

    I ordered M350 broadband package on 16th January 2021 but I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am with your service, or lack of it. My initial installation's been delayed 3 times . It's now 27th March !!!!! Joke!!!#virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m disabled with neurological conditions and I called 3 times to cancel my contract (it has just expired) but was out on hold all 3 times for over 40mins. My condition means I can’t sit for longer than that on hold. Please assist

    @virginmedia it tried to speak to someone on the phone twice to get the uhd content but they said they couldn’t do it, so I asked to CANCEL and was put ON HOLD for an obscene amount of time again. I have neurological conditions, I can’t sit on hold that long
