    @Rathilion @vmbusiness Same here… we went for the higher plan with the best SLA, and also the backup in case of events like this. Let’s just say neither of those things paid off today. Shame as the service is usually quite good, but I’ve lost several hours of work today..

    @virginmedia This has been happening for the past month and every time we call, we are told to upgrade, told to pay for an engineer, or told to pay to replace hardware instead of explaining what the issue is and offering a solution. The only other resort for me is to leave.

    @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia They won’t match new customer deals but if you get through to a UK based, non script reading, retentions department they will usually come up with a reasonable reduction to keep you, particularly if you can quote competitors prices/offers.

    If and when you do get through to CS dont go weapons grade Karen (or Male equivalent) at the agent, its not thier fault and screaming at them wont help. To be honest in a situation like this when it's a national outage its pointless calling them it won't speed a fix #virginmedia
