@virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia You hooked up my neighbours cavle to mine then installed a booster in my house that I was not informed was powering my neighbours signal. Then when I showed what was going on you, used my ip to work out ware I was and removed it the next day as it was clearly breaking the law.
