    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

    @virginmedia Premium oomph package ends in a month. No good deals offered. I gave 30 days notice. Then called by pushy retention agent who has moved us onto a worse deal with immediate effect!!! Sky cinema etc gone!! Why on earth would I have agreed to such a change!!Terrible customer service

    @virginmedia Hi, still same, no service at all. There seems to be another fault on the system showing today on status checker. I'm expecting ofcom compensation, I've spend 30 quid already on 4g tethering. It's not intermittent, it's total loss of service.
