@virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia hi I bought an eero mesh system because the signal strength/coverage from the virgin hub 3 is so bad. The eero works fine but now the virgin media box won’t connect to wifi and I have no TV channels either. Any ideas before I cancel all TV subscriptions? Thanks
