Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

@virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

@virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

@virginmedia helping out my 74 year old mother, when she resigned with you at Christmas, you also promised to send out a new V6 box, it never arrived, I chased this up and then you sent an older TiVo box. I spoke to the guy and he told me they're the same !?

@virginmedia Contacting your customer service is the worst part. The amount of time wasted without an outcome is horrendous, the deceiving information by the agent is scary & the attitude is completely unacceptable.

@virginmedia It's not to do with no service, it's to do with an installation that took 3 weeks, the inefficiency of the call centres, failure to do the work and compensation. Who do I call to rectify.

So @virginmedia chat is the faster way to chat and you might get better deals, 3.5 hours logged on to chat with no sign of a human response, just some sales pitch nonsense. Truly awful service, I'm assuming Virgin relates to their lack of experience with satisfying customers!
