It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

We ended up going with Sky and havent had any problems since then. We kept the broadband with Virgin because we get 1GB for £38 month with Netflix included. Shop around mate 👍
