    @virginmedia And so you presume the customer is lying than the potential for your employee to have made a mistake and insist she pays £250 to cancel a contract she never entered. For a contract to be valid there needs to be consideration, offer and acceptance. Where is the acceptance?

    @virginmedia Yes, he sent a text which took 72 hours to be responded to. He went through this process twice, then decided to abandon the complaint as it wasn't worth the time and stress. He now just wants to know who to contact to address the non-receipt of the automatic compensation please

    @virginmedia 2/2 I notice you don’t make any offer to look into this, to see if we’ve suffered a bad experience and are in the right. You just blindly presume the call wasn’t recorded. Nobody told us it wasn’t recorded, they just said we can’t have a copy.
