Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

@virginmedia well for the past almost 4 weeks been having problems with internet my husband had phoned nearly every day now and get told sending stuff down the line had guys come out as well and still not sort out and working from home as well need it also fostering too

@virginmedia The connection is intermittent, my wife's customers keep getting cut off my son keeps losing his xbox connection, Netflix doesn't load sometimes ,we are rebooting the router nearly everyday ,we even tried a 3rd party router with the hub on modem mode but still the same issues

@SOULTRADERDJMM @skytv @virginmedia I was on sky not anymore, I’ve been with virgin media for 5 years now and I can honestly say they’ve been brilliant, when my contract runs out I always negotiate for a lower price and they always give me it when I threaten to cancel , I known so many friends that don’t haggle

@virginmedia New, When i ordered your website said Wed I'm now being told tomorrow I tried to complain about it with your team on the phone and they said thats not there fault the can only tell me what's on the system Another told me to contact yodel about the del date. Awful customer service
