@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@virginmedia No worries thanks for the reply. The issue I am having is that certain applications won’t play/work when connected to the internet. Netflix as an example will not work on any iOS device when connected. On 4g works fine, this is the same issue on multiple devices.
