    @virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

    Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

    Urgh I left @virginmedia in July and still they’re causing issues in my life. Awful service, cut me off mid pandemic, when I left they took 4 months to send out packaging, now 6 months to refund me money owed. Strongly avoid.

    @virginmedia Yes I've had 9 calls with Virgin in the last 2 weeks totalling more than 2 hours on the phone. The change in installation date was never mentioned on the phone before it happened. After that I was told multiple times that I could get an earlier date after the site survey was done
