@virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

@virginmedia I am currently on 3G and it’s SLOW! So a refund would be the right thing to do. Especially if the money has already come out of my account. I have screenshots to prove it’s not working.

Productivity nearly at zero today because @virginmedia been off for nearly 24 hours 🙃 came on for 1 hour and now no service again! ...not I rely on the internet for work or anything 🤔 🙄🤬

Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@virginmedia No, and when I asked your team whether I needed to register it they said “suppose so” but offered no way of doing this. Every other utility provider has been fantastic and I haven’t needed to do this. I have been promised calls back, resolution, I’ve tried for over a week!!!

@virginmedia My husband tried that. It tells us there isn't an issue but our phone line is dead - can't phone out or receive calls. When you click fix your landline, it takes you to a page but when you click can't receive calls, it takes you back to the fix your landline page.
