    @virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    @virginmedia It's a planned upgrade in the area.. just your version of minimum disruption is different to mine and a nightmare for those of us working from home. This will be the 2nd time in 6 weeks there has been no service due to these upgrades

    Virgin Media disgusting, charging a disabled customer £240 because they have to move to adapted accomodation which doesn't have virgin at the moment. Apparently that's to get out of the contract. What vile hideous greed of this company
