    @virginmedia Horrific broadband speeds, and even worse customer experience, being passed from pillar to post, continually repeating security questions, going through the story each time and being disconnected thrice in one day, without a single courtesy call back. No worries, BT’s gain

    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    Typical, less than a month into my new contract with @youfibre they announce 6 months free fibre... Why couldn't I have waited for the offer... Not complaining, love the service and its putting Virgin Media to shame... But pennies are tight and that 6 month would been soo good.

    @virginmedia I don't know which one I am currently on but I haven't been informed of any changes recently?. It's only been in the past few months I've had issues though.. used to have perfect signal in most places then pretty much overnight went to getting hardly anything
