@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@virginmedia well for the past almost 4 weeks been having problems with internet my husband had phoned nearly every day now and get told sending stuff down the line had guys come out as well and still not sort out and working from home as well need it also fostering too

Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

Thanks to #openreach cutting through our @virginmedia cables we’ve had no household telephone or internet for 10 days as @virginmedia doesn’t seem to be bothered about fixing it, they took their monthly payment today though. Anyone recommend another service provider?

@virginmedia It's been going on for 3 days and you only just allegedly scrambled some engineers to try to fix it "in 24 hours" but consistently lied and told me it was my router trying to gouge me for £25 for an engineer visit. And then you won't let me cancel my subscription.

@virginmedia Connected via a mixture on all devices. My PC is Ethernet but everything else is Wi-Fi. We've rebooted the hub several times. We phoned and apparently issues in our area but on your website everything seems fine, but checks can't run on my broadband. It says try again later
