    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @DaveRumbold @virginmedia Thank you Dave, how did you manage to get through to them? Feels impossible! I am at work and keep on taking breaks to see if they get back to me, but the days tree n is absolutely broken. Should be able to terminate from the online portal!

    @virginmedia But I need to give my notice within today? How is it possible if you give people no other way to cancel it?! Every other company let’s you do it by clicking an option on the portal. I am an NHS key worker and feel like you are taking advantage of people money time! Let me cancel!

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @virginmedia I click "having trouble" at the bottom, and the only option is to call. And spend 40 minutes on hold, and 20 minutes on the phone only to get nowhere again? What do I do now? How is it this hard to regain access to my emails? And why did you block them in the first place?

    @MartinSLewis Never had the reason to write to you but —- i an a Virgin Media customer for around 20 years and this July my contract ran out. I was paying on Ave £110 a month. After july i got 2 bills of £162.50 ea and i have a message that it will go up to £180 & move to O2

    @PaulNic_Journo @virginmedia @skytv Stay with Sky bud. We had issues with a box in one of the rooms upstairs kept cutting out so got rid. They then removed the sports and HD which we had from the original package. Leaving them in October
