    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @virginmedia hi, do you have an email address? Calling doesn’t work, message doesn’t work fast enough (waiting for hours), submit online - done but no confirmation. I have no idea if you’ve received it or not. I just want to complain, cancel and move house.

    @virginmedia But I need to give my notice within today? How is it possible if you give people no other way to cancel it?! Every other company let’s you do it by clicking an option on the portal. I am an NHS key worker and feel like you are taking advantage of people money time! Let me cancel!

    @virginmedia please please please can someone please contact me. All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry

    @DaveRumbold @virginmedia Thank you Dave, how did you manage to get through to them? Feels impossible! I am at work and keep on taking breaks to see if they get back to me, but the days tree n is absolutely broken. Should be able to terminate from the online portal!

    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia I was given false info leading up to signing a new 24 month contract. Now the cooling off period has passed I have been informed by my latest bill that what I was told has not been honoured. I raised it with webchat team who put me in contact with complaints team - the rude agent

    @virginmedia After I raised a formal complaint using the form on your website, along with my initial complaint it has just been ignored. They ended the email with “please consent that you’re happy to close this complaint” though no resolution has been offered.

    @virginmedia The telephone agent who I’m talking about called me about a complaint I had, the initial complaint has not been dealt with because he wouldn’t listen to me and hung up on me after being extremely unprofessional, I got the same email asking me to consent to close the ticket.
