    @Geoff_NUFC @virginmedia I got rid of my Sports package. £106 p/m just wasn’t worth it when sky put on games like Burnley v Cardiff. Me & my brother share a now TV login so we can pick and choose which games to watch

    @virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

    Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

    @KaysGramma @LordSnow @Bjorkian15 @EW Think it would be much higher if it was available on more platforms, in the UK it's only available on sky, so the large customer base on virgin media would not be able to watch until available to stream.

    @virginmedia Hi there, I have tried yesterday and today, I can't keep spending my life on hold. I want to cancel my service, it is a shame as I have enjoyed having it but this is infuriating. I will try again tomorrow morning, I suggest you employ more call agents.

    @virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

    @virginmedia Yesterday evening. It was a call centre in Asia, in which they couldn’t speak very good English and sounded scripted. Very impersonal and never called back. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Don’t use people I was going to be a new customer changed my delivery date as was on holiday told me it’s changed I checked with online chat all good Never turns Up Customer serves were rude its not our fault it’s yours!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia still waiting for my internet to be connected, have a contract that should have started 18 November 22!! Raised a complaint which had duly closed by Virginmedia with no resolution offered!! Even emailed direct to CEO Lutz Schuler with no response!!
