Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@virginmedia well for the past almost 4 weeks been having problems with internet my husband had phoned nearly every day now and get told sending stuff down the line had guys come out as well and still not sort out and working from home as well need it also fostering too

On the phone for another 40mins of my life with @VirginMediaCC @virginmedia today. Told that the fault is my problem due to usage. They then put me on hold for 10mins to run a diagnostic test to come back and say “actually there is an area fault” & I’ll receive a callback!!

We were and when our not attached neighbour had virgin installed our internet dropped to zero at times because they used powerline plugs too and turns out were on same electric circuit as ours and zapped our connection

Difference unbelievable wish I had done it years ago, however technology improves over time and prices come down. Have a 25ft playroom with Xbox furtherest from door, 1 mesh box 1/2

@jimconey Not sure if I’d say worst but I moved house in 2019. Called Virgin Media & they said they didn’t service the area so we could cancel for free. Cancelled, moved to Sky (also poor) and got a £65 bill from Virgin. Not a huge sum but it’s the principle that was really disappointing.

@jimconey Also had terrible experience with @virginmedia . Spent over 12 hours on the phone with them since September as had been overcharged on my bill... still awaiting my refund despite formal complaint. Eventually left them and now they call me asking me to come back 🙄
