    1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

    @virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

    @virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

    @virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

    @virginmedia I click "having trouble" at the bottom, and the only option is to call. And spend 40 minutes on hold, and 20 minutes on the phone only to get nowhere again? What do I do now? How is it this hard to regain access to my emails? And why did you block them in the first place?

    @MartinSLewis Never had the reason to write to you but —- i an a Virgin Media customer for around 20 years and this July my contract ran out. I was paying on Ave £110 a month. After july i got 2 bills of £162.50 ea and i have a message that it will go up to £180 & move to O2
