    @virginmedia please please please can someone please contact me. All I want to do is make a formal complaint on service speeds and leave VIrginmedia. I have had online chats that ended with a link to another chat it and phone numbers that end in a link to a chatbot. So angry

    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia Somewhat stable. However, today is a clear day. It is whenever there is the slightest breeze or a slight change in weather. I have never had such an inconsistent connection.

    @virginmedia Yep, have tried everything and still the same. So I looked it up and found that the VM networking team have opened up a fault ticket - F010146436 ... So I am guessing my problem is a part of this wider issue that a lot of people on PlayStation are experiencing currently.
