Amazing, @virginmedia Internet was down today from 9am. I phoned to get an update at 4pm, and also ask why my bill keeps going up.. The lady on the phone literally drove me away to another provider. I just signed up with @EE

@virginmedia While waiting for my new Hub with a hopeful power cable included my old hub 3 stopped working. I was without service. Numerous phone calls to the support desk I was told that the Hub 5 was the answer and the only option was to wait for an engineer. (2)
