I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

Called about renewal as I can see online for 1gb broadband and anytime chatter for £37.99 yet my renewal for the same package is £58 a month. How do you justify that and they cannot match but would rather lose a customer.
