Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

@virginmedia Paying for top-notch broadband of up to 350mps but regularly getting around 50. Have restarted, rebooted & factory reset hub which solves issues for about a day. Just paid £40 for a booster as it’s even worse upstairs. No answer on phone to customer service.

@virginmedia Hi, I am using Hub 3. I finally got through to your call centre and the agent said there is a fault in my area. However this doesn’t explain why I can get 200mb via wired connection and only 2mb via WiFi? Surely this indicates an issue with the hub 3 box?
