Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

@MrComplaintBox My number mission today is to sort out my account with that useless company called @virginmedia and end my 5 years relationship with them. Since November 2020 they have overcharged me and never bothered to call back. I will provide updates here.
