@virginmedia Sadly no and quite predictably, I was advised to monitor the situation for 7 days... Literally no further forward. Internet access is essential for what we do. We produce TV shows and this is causing no end if problems... Just staff clearing call queues not fixing problems

@virginmedia I've spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to arrange an increase in mobile data, promised as compensation for delays to my Broadband installation. The call was just cut off, with the issue still unresolved. Can you please arrange a call back asap.
