All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company! What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?
