    Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

    @PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

    @virginmedia the website has just updated with another 4 hours delay, says fibre cable damaged. fibre cables don’t just get damaged it’s either malicious damage or incompetence, think o will go see if i can get starlink

    Why can I get through to @virginmedia to cancel my contract for days in a roll, waiting for hours on the phone and no answer every day, @Ofcom please check this out. Even tried their whatapp option and no luck. I can't cancel and they been charging me double the price since April
