Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened
