    @virginmedia I am a very disappointed customer I was on hold for 15 mins finally spoke to a advisor on the retention team who placed me on hold and then the call dropped on hold again now and it’s been 30mins and no answer 😔

    @virginmedia Sadly no and quite predictably, I was advised to monitor the situation for 7 days... Literally no further forward. Internet access is essential for what we do. We produce TV shows and this is causing no end if problems... Just staff clearing call queues not fixing problems

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint on 19th December regarding my bill which I am disputing due to leaving within 14 days, I have not yet had a response. I am no longer able to access the complaint online due to being disconnected. I have had my final bill which is still not correct.

    @virginmedia I've spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to arrange an increase in mobile data, promised as compensation for delays to my Broadband installation. The call was just cut off, with the issue still unresolved. Can you please arrange a call back asap.
