@virginmedia As I said, other providers do not charge a fee. You’re losing me as a customer because your retentions team won’t waive £35 charge they impose for me to renew my contract. It’s poor retention standards when other providers cheaper so I’ll go with another provider.

@virginmedia Hi - Ive noticed alot of people are having the same issues. Its the Sky TV Go app on Playstation 4. Ive checked it on another internet and it works fine so it is definitely an error on your side. You need to sort the internet settings. It struggles to load “on Now” on the app.

Just had the most appalling service from @virginmedia - £60 “disconnecting/discontracting” fee to leave (leaving because I couldn’t afford the service). People can’t afford this kind of bullshit from a multibillion£ corporation. You should actually be disgusted with yourselves.

@virginmedia We have done all the testing, downloading but husband works from home and his firm are saying they have lots of employees with issues logging on and ironically the pattern is they are all on Virgin Media. Not a coincidence is it???

@virginmedia It’s the WiFi I’ve had an engineer out who fixed a problem for the original install from august 2021 and it’s never really worked, the multi room loses connection every single day, I’ve used the connectivity app and it says all is ok but it’s obviously not, 1/2

@virginmedia Over 3 days now and still not a single email or text to apologise/notify me of the situation. £8 a day compensation is not enough when my partner works from home and has had to spend much more than that on extra data and I’ve also had to use my own data. Incredibly poor service.
