    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia Hello, it's been ongoing since I joined Virgin Media in mid-April. The Internet drops between 3-5 times a day on average. Every time it drops I run the service checker but everything seems fine?

    @virginmedia I would but after a month of trying to get the same problem resolved, I don’t have the energy. Just been told by an agent that you are unable to give refunds to bank accounts and I’ll have to contact my bank for an indemnity claim- what a joke

    @virginmedia @virginhelp This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have no WiFi at all so can’t work from home. No TV etc. i spent an hour on the phone yesterday then they opened a case and said someone would phone me back within four hours. No one did!!! What can I do now?

    @virginmedia have you had a most-of-the-day outage in the OX14 area ? My GiffGaff (i.e. O2) fall back gave up, which is usually a sign of abnormal load on their side - many people going from cable to 4G/5G.

    @virginmedia Do you indeed…. Guarantee. That’s news to me. You fail quite often to uphold this guarantee then I have my Mac Mini connected straight to the router. It wasn’t a wifi problem it was a service problem from you… again.
