@virginmedia Coax can't handle the speeds Fibre Can, And all of your Advertising says Fibre... So Maybe they should change it to say Fibre ( with a bit of 20 year old Coax). Maybe if you upgraded your network it wouldn't break down all the time.

@virginmedia please tell me why 2 reps on separate calls told me I’d get a refund into my bank by the 07/10 for overcharges (which cannot be explained) and for a cancellation of service I made on the 23/08 but now I’m told I’ve to wait 45 days for a cheque!
