    @rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

    @Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

    @virginmedia router not working, of course not your equipment has to be mine. Why have to wait 48 hours to phone again if still not working. It’s arrogant to think we know nothing about IT.

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    @virginmedia Phone line down in WA11 area since Tuesday!. Tried VM contact no 0345 454 1111 from mobile, cuts out immeditaely on connection. Tried 150 from a friends VM phone (thats works) its the same. Online chatbot is useless, no response. Awful customer svce #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia HELP! My internet drops all the time and you keep over charging me by excess of £50 on my bill! Keep trying to call, yesterday 45 mins, then got transferred to the wrong dept, then back on hold... grrr I’ve put in a complaint but still nothing!! HELP!!!

    @virginmedia My issue is that lastnight I reduced my package deal as I could no longer afford it. I cancelled the tv & just stuck with broadband and phone line. I was offered one price which wasn’t great but for the M100 speed I accepted.

    @virginmedia This doesn’t surprise me at all. Your service is an absolute shambles. I completed a nee contract Tuesday night received confirmation. Installer came to my house and confirmed no contract showing under my account number. Opened an account in my husbands name and wrong package !!
