    Productivity nearly at zero today because @virginmedia been off for nearly 24 hours 🙃 came on for 1 hour and now no service again! ...not I rely on the internet for work or anything 🤔 🙄🤬

    @virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

    @virginmedia It does not work, your 'teams' pass buck, do not care. Everyone sick to death of your refusal to resolve issues. A system that worked now does not so according to your team I now have to buy or rent mesh pods, not nec before! sounds like a plan to make more ££££. contact me

    @virginmedia and that she had the email in front of her on her screen. As I missed the deadline to apply for the credit, I couldn't be offered it now. That in itself seemed harsh. She filed a complaint on my behalf too, I was told someone would look into it and call me back. Checked my email

    @virginmedia We were told otherwise regarding compensation, by the representative who opened the complaint for us. We checked a number of times that this was the case before incurring any consequential costs, and it was confirmed that compensation would cover these. 1/2

    @virginmedia can you arrange a call back? I’ve been on hold forever trying to cancel my contract. If there was another way I’d do it, but surprise surprise - VM says the only way to cancel is to call! Ridiculous when wait times are this high.
