    @virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

    @virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

    @virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

    @virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

    Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

    @virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

    @andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

    @virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

    @virginmedia Yes. New customer deal in December, that or a 42 inch tv. £250 was due to be credited to our account but hasn't and full DD amount has taken since then.

    @virginmedia Okay I called back on Monday, went through the process of negotiating a downsized package only to be told they works call me back. Guess what? Still no call despite talking to someone about it yesterday. Seriously not happy now, might just as well cancel and go elsewhere

    @virginmedia Hi sorry I’m out until about 17:00. We have a home technician booked for tomorrow but it’s not our line that’s the issue it’s a town wide outage. It was easier to agree a visit then it can be confirmed. So many local people are affected. Customer services are useless at listening

    @virginmedia, disappointed the way customers leaving Virgin are being treated.The termination process is broken, and customer retention & disconnection teams are not communicating with each other. Had to chase Virgin multiple times to ensure I am not charged extra. Frustrating.

    I can’t believe @virginmedia still charges you for 30 days notice when you move if they don’t supply service to the new area?? These companies are so unreasonable, why do I have to pay for something they can’t provide? It’s not my choice to cancel, there’s no option not to 🙄🙄

    @virginmedia Thanks for the link, I’ll use it. FWIW, I’ve spoken to another of your CS reps and apparently my account says I can’t get services from VM at my address. Odd, I’ve had VM for the past 9 years here and you’ve never missed a months billing to date so far… #Shambles
