@virginmedia Have done it both ways. It isn’t just the speed it is dropping out completely for long periods of time and the staff in your call centres are if no help unless you want to buy a new service and you do not get promised calls back.

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

@mattburton72 @VMO2News @virginmedia That's correct. I don't get anywhere near the speed I'm paying for. I can't wait for this year's contract to end and move away to something cheaper. Might not be be better but at least not paying top dollar for subpar service!
