@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.

@virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.

@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!

@WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..

50 mins talking to an engineer who then couldn't connect the new box and now have to have an engineer come out to sort it @virginmedia you need to get your customer service sorted

@virginmedia I’ve just spoken to someone and there were faults apparently but aren’t now 🤔 yet I still have issues..I’m now waiting for a call from a virtual engineer for more pointless trouble shooting I have already done over the phone..this is a waste of time! I need it resolved ASAP!

@virginmedia We saw the engineer this morning at the green box outside at 8:45am and soon enough the service is back up and running. I just wish the engineer turned up on Fri/Sat and spared us all that prolonged frustration.
