@virginmedia The website says it's fine. When I called later, though, it said they were working on a problem and would text an update. That was 12 hours ago

Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England
@WebAsh @virginmedia You never know they might offer you the new customer discount if you stay for another year... Yes they've wasted my time too
-
Karl (@thekosfox) reported from Nuneaton, England
@virginmedia Understandably, I was very annoyed after being on hold for 'god knows' how long to be told yes, the activation cost, £49.95 would be waived as a new customer. Then to be put through to the installation team and told NO!!! the activation cost would stand!!! Bad customer service.

Martine kotecha (@smarts35) reported from Braunstone, England
@virginmedia I know all the protocols!!! I need what I pay you for I bet @richardbranson doesn't have this problem in the upstairs of his house!!!!!

-
Deborah Davidson 🕷 (@Deborahbham) reported from Leicestershire, England
1. @richardbranson cannot tell you how incensed I am at the poor service I have had since signing up to @virginmedia - no one can help me sort out getting a good and consistent internet signal across the whole house (which @bt_uk could) - amazed how the new technology is worse.
-
Matthew Walne (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England
@virginmedia I don’t know what the issue is but trying to work from home without Broadband that is supposed to be better than Sky isn’t helpful. No one seems bothered about the phone line either!
-
Kevin Mc (@bbi787) reported from Hinckley, England
@virginmedia Yes. Have had several conversations with them starting many months ago. Had new hub, engineer visit etc though problems persist. Didn't stop you raising prices for a service not delivered. I don't think there's a problem with the hardware, i think it may be too much local demand.
-
Karl (@thekosfox) reported from Nuneaton, England
@virginmedia I understand there is an activation fee, when I asked, as a new customer if it could be waiverd and was told yes, I didnt then expect in another department to be told no!! One main reason we are leaving Sky is because of this of inconsistency in customer service. Poor start!
-
jon (@jonmac36) reported from Thurmaston, England
@virginmedia my 3G is 100 times better than your crap WiFi
-

-
Kieran Lake (@itslakeyyy) reported from Leicestershire, England
@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.
-

Garbage service from @virginmedia Trying to watch Virgin anywhere on my iPhone, tried 3 different browsers, all unsupported!!! Virgin nowhere would be a better description
-
Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England
@WebAsh @virginmedia This is exactly the crap I had to go through. It's a stupid dance designed to extract more money from people. It's crazy you need to phone and ask for the price offered on the website, they say no, you cancel, then a few days later they offer it..
-
Matthew Walne (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England
@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@virginmedia Yes, I had 4 phone calls to the technical team in broadband. Each time they confirmed I was eligible but told me they couldn’t do it from their end. Each time they tried to “put me through” to another department (mobile, oomph, customer services), it was a dead end.

@virginmedia They gave me no ref number but everyone I speak to regarding the broadband tells me there is a open complaint from abe7 weeks ago

@virginmedia Better than the horses mouth? Ive reported the issue to you, your website says no issue which is incorrect, and you're passing the issue off elsewhere... i guess cruise liner promos are more important
-
bernard (@zI4ltY6GUpw74AE) reported
I am having problems with my virgin media emails. Every time I try to go to my emails I am asked to sign in with my email address and password. Then a picture page appears where I am asked to say how many traffic lights or crossings or cycles can be seen. How can I stop this?
-
Enrico Onali (@OnaliEnrico) reported
@virginmedia why won't your employees allow me to cancel my contract? I called them, and when I tell them I want to cancel they ask me why, and if I said I want to cancel they either tranfer me to an agent that doesn't want to do that or they hang up
-
Amy Beddis (@amy_beddis) reported
@virginmedia Yes we have been told that you can’t do anything- and we will be charged £25 more per month than a new customer. It’s so frustrating- I can’t understand the logic. So we will have to cancel
