    @virginmedia But I need to give my notice within today? How is it possible if you give people no other way to cancel it?! Every other company let’s you do it by clicking an option on the portal. I am an NHS key worker and feel like you are taking advantage of people money time! Let me cancel!

    @DaveRumbold @virginmedia Thank you Dave, how did you manage to get through to them? Feels impossible! I am at work and keep on taking breaks to see if they get back to me, but the days tree n is absolutely broken. Should be able to terminate from the online portal!

    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia hi, desperately trying to get through to someone to give my 30 day notice of end of broadband and not continue at the end of my 1 year contract. Been for hours trying to get through to the phone, unable to do via portal or otherwise. Please help

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @virginmedia You called offering an upgrade on service 4times faster internet sky sports Netflix an 02 sim for £83 a month. I called back and after an hour on the phone to an operator looking to adjust my package I gave up! Your colleague could not find the package (how many do you have???)

    @virginmedia Writing to complain about VM miss selling me a Media package and the appalling service received since. Last Friday agreed to renew existing contract at a reduced price. This includes Sky Sports HD, yesterday noticed these channels were no longer available.

    @virginmedia you still owe me CR £112.82 from January after I left you. I have made numerous phone calls and have done everything asked but no one seems capable of solving this issue! Is there anyone in your company that is able to resolve this!? #useless

    @virginmedia Must have been at the end of September. Virgin did not cancel all the services when I rang in August so had to call again. They said the refund would be with us within 10 days. I have trouble with your team accessing our account due to not passing the security questions
