@virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

@virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

@virginmedia having issues again in our area. I have unplugged and reset our broad band box but still having issues. Signal dropping out and low speeds. We are paying a premium for the fastest speeds yet we get mediocre speeds and poor Wifi. Can you check asap please.

@virginmedia Yesterday evening. It was a call centre in Asia, in which they couldn’t speak very good English and sounded scripted. Very impersonal and never called back. #virginmedia

@virginmedia I am messaging you because virgin status said nothing, broadband down as well as phone line. No communication from virgin to confirm verify any issue. I can't contact virgin via phone. Complete lack of communication. This has been the same communication every time this happens.

@virginmedia After being on hold for 40 minutes finally got through to your secondary team. Who told me an engineer was already booked to attend on Monday to fix the tv as there is a fault in the area. Had to then explain again that it was his phone not TV 🤦 after much back and forth
