    @virginmedia is one of the worst companies ever. Ive been trying since June to cancel my account and they keep trying to charge me and won’t answer the phone or it hangs up… impossible company to deal with. Never again.

    @virginmedia The onus should NOT be on a customer to resolve this issue it is for the engineers to return, apologise and fix the damage to the outside of the property. Really unprofessional to cause damage , not fix the broken brickwork and leave without letting the customer know.......

    @virginmedia Standard & not helpful reply. Service cheacker check done multiple times last week. Each time it asks to reboot the Hub, which I have done each time. It works for some time and again internet goes back to the intermettent state.Worst part is you have closed avenues to complain
