    @virginmedia Appalling service from Virgin again! Was given a better deal when contract ended, only for them to wrongly delete channels AND charge me way more money! Rang yesterday to complain, was called a liar by CS and told a manager would call within 4hrs - over 24hrs ago!!🤬

    @virginmedia I have been calling 3 times a day for a week to cancel my contract and you put me on a queue for 1 hour each time with no response then the line cuts off. Consider this as notice as it is impossible to serve you notice as your website instructs to do. I'm cancelling direct debit.

    @virginmedia It’s not letting me sign into that,besides I shouldn’t have to see some notice on the website when I was promised a callback from a manager. This isn’t my first case of awful service from Virgin so why should I be surprised! I’ve received nothing but lies from everyone I talk to!
