    Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

    @virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

    @virginmedia @virginmobile I left Virgin media and Mobile after having loads of problems with you but I still had a mobile to pay for. I am now trying to pay that off and cancel the insurance but I am having so much trouble doing either of these that I am sick of trying 🤬
