    @virginmedia I appreciate the first line of support have a standard checklist they need to run through but when the customer has tried all of those things already and is able to very technically articulate the issue, just being told to try again isn't helpful. Not your problem, I appreciate.

    @virginmedia Hi there, I have tried yesterday and today, I can't keep spending my life on hold. I want to cancel my service, it is a shame as I have enjoyed having it but this is infuriating. I will try again tomorrow morning, I suggest you employ more call agents.

    @virginmedia Don’t use people I was going to be a new customer changed my delivery date as was on holiday told me it’s changed I checked with online chat all good Never turns Up Customer serves were rude its not our fault it’s yours!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia The router is also reverting to default settings every time I reboot it which sounds like a fault to me. Can I request a new and very latest direct replacement (I have SH 3 which had this annoying chipset issue so if there is something with a broadcomm chipset that would be best)

    @virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

    @virginmedia Yea both, and all since I served my 30 day notice, surprise surprise... don’t worry about it though, I haven’t got another two hours to wait on hold trying to get through to your abysmal ‘customer service’ so I’ll just tether to my mobile for the rest of month...

    What a joke @virginmedia are. On the phone for 1hr 29mins just to cancel a phone contract. I ask them for an email address to make a complaint and they say they don't have one 🤣🤣 I will never be using this company again

    @virginmedia - Out of contract and tried to switch to a deal on your website. Customer services refused, claiming the £250+ more a year option I'm on is the best you'll offer. I ended up cancelling, as I'm not paying over the odds - sad I have to leave though & hoped for better!

    @virginmedia After almost 1 hour on the phone I got through to 2nd line support who knew nothing despite me having been put through by another team. Had to start again with data protection & they wanted to repeat the same checks again. Fault still not logged. Why can’t you take online reports

    @virginmedia Called them just get to speak to someone offshore who advises me I need to upgrade my package. Over 6 hours of calls past around dept to dept and cut off 4 times, it's very frustrating and issues still not resolved.

    @virginmedia Did that and the service status check could not be completed. I’ve had no dial tone for a while now. There is a fault with the line and an engineer needs to come out. Why is it so hard to tell you that?

    @laineyelmes @virginmedia Phoned yesterday and was told to hard reset. Since then it's been worse than ever. I'm tempted to check if I've got an old hub to try as never had this problem before other than a very rare outage.
