    @virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

    Never rant on socials but when a company calls you a day before, confirming they’re coming out to install broadband after 6 weeks, and on the day you get a text from CS to state it’s been cancelled due to lack of communication... @virginmedia pissed off is an understatement 🤯

    @virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

    @virginmedia We signed a new contract and we were meant to have internet connection by Monday/Tuesday. We still don’t! We called then on Wednesday and they said they call back. They never did. We called yesterday. They said they’ll look into it. Nothing yet!!

    @virginmedia I have but getting nowhere,we have had this problem from the day it was installed,also put a complaint in ,clearly a problem with the sub standard hub 3 router,even bought a tp link router and put the hub in modem and still the problem remains when in the same room as the hub

    @virginmedia I am not calling any more, you need to act on this I have invested over 3 hours now and just been cut off or not called. You must get someone to call me at an agreed time. You say your customer service is excellent well start living to that statement
