Stephen Blyth (@steveblyth) reported from Stockingford, England
I don’t mind joining the cacophony confirming @virginmedia is down. Maybe it’s linked to their space program going bankrupt. #VirginMediaoutage

@virginmedia If you can sort out the compensation for the 2 weeks loss of service, that'd be great 👍
-
Rahim™ 🇬🇧🇲🇦 (@rahim94) reported from Narborough, England
FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened
-

@virginmedia Hi guys, I’ve put my UK sim card in my phone while I’m back in the country (I’m still paying the contract) - but I’ve had the sim in for 9 hours and I’m still not receiving any service. Can you assist please?
-
julie marlow (@iamthemummy) reported from Ibstock, England
@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

🇬🇧 James Martin ACAM BA (Hons) 🇬🇧 #FBPB (@JamesMartinTVR) reported from Hinckley, England
@virginmedia @primevideouk - Why does @BBCiPlayer on your devices not support the 4K football feeds? It only works through the app on my television which isn't particularly ideal.
-
Daisy (@s_birket) reported from Coventry, England
@virginmedia Internet suddenly cut out yesterday, all checks done, but first available tech appt is 3rd Nov. I wfh, that will be 5 days without broadband. That's appalling.
-
GodivaPuppyAppeal (@GodivaGuidedogs) reported from Nuneaton, England
@virginmedia Even more reason to cancel, typical corporate strategy why offer people something cheaper in today’s economic climate when you can continue to rip them off
-
GodivaPuppyAppeal (@GodivaGuidedogs) reported from Nuneaton, England
@virginmedia Mainly because you’re now too expensive, called retention team and was offered a derisory £4 discount. Enquired about new streaming service, agent knew nothing about it
-
GodivaPuppyAppeal (@GodivaGuidedogs) reported from Nuneaton, England
@itsmeAlexVega @virginmedia I’ve used Virgin Media for years but going to cancel when my current contact expires
-

@jen2379 @virginmedia I would expect so much more from a business broadband service

Martin Plaut (@martinplaut) reported
Why does #Virginmedia offer a service that breaks down and then sends inaccurate information that the problem has been resolved? Not satisfactory
-
James Regan (@Reganmeister) reported
@virginmedia your service is absolutely shocking. Multiple issues this month, no internet again this morning. Tried calling your customer service, went through numerous messages for an automated service to tell me there's an issue before disconnecting.
-
BatDog (@BatDoggyDog) reported
@virginmedia 4th time in the past week that there have been issues. Woke today to no internet, no TV, just a few days since the last daily failure. This is absurd service. What is going on in BL9 ?
-
Carol Rowles (@CallyRaven) reported from Westhoughton, England
@virginmedia 3 times in 3 weeks we are without internet! We are paying for a service we are not able to use! Are we going to be compensated for this?
-
Jamie Greenhough (@JamieGreen3357) reported
@virginmedia bd5 8FB internet down since midnight, I work from home, only been here 3 weeks and 3rd time internet gone down, absolutely ridiculous, any updates please???
-
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Swindon, England
@virginmedia @ste1984r But YOU say 'intermittent' loss when it isn't. It's FULL loss of service. And to only compensate after 2 days is crazy.
-
Susan Johnson (@SusieWJr) reported from Himley, England
@virginmedia @WaynesWorld20_ How many areas have this 'intermittent' loss of service? O have it in DY6 too.
-
Paul Evans (@EvansPaul41074) reported
@virginmedia Also, all your complaints team are bothered about is closing the ticket. Not actually resolving the underlying issues. You should only close a complaint once it is confirmed that the issue is resolved, e.g. when the money is paid.
-
Paul Evans (@EvansPaul41074) reported
@virginmedia Hi can you pay me back the £100 you overcharged me quicker. After multiple contacts about billing errors, i was promised a refund 10 days ago. I've just been told it wasn't processed and now I have to wait another 14 days. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone about these issues
