@virginmedia your online service status says there are no known issues in my area. However when I called just with a broadband issue I was told there is a fault in our area. If your website was up to date I would not have needed to call and queue for 30 mins.

Disgusting treatment from @virginmedia. Additional services & cost added to my account without my permission and then rude call centre staff when ringing to speak about it. 100% lied to me on the phone stating I was told yesterday about the extra services (which I wasn't).
