    @virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

    @virginmedia I appreciate the first line of support have a standard checklist they need to run through but when the customer has tried all of those things already and is able to very technically articulate the issue, just being told to try again isn't helpful. Not your problem, I appreciate.

    @virginmedia imagine my surprise at my bill this morning when I've been charged an amount your CEO office assured me was a mistake a month a ago it wouldnt happen. Just let your CEO team that when they call, I won't be this polite telling them where they can stick the service

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusted with this service. Decided to change to another service provider, given 30 day notice only to find Virgin will not release the all important TELEPHONE NUMBER before 30 days up. How SPITEFUL Thanks for that😡

    @virginmedia The router is also reverting to default settings every time I reboot it which sounds like a fault to me. Can I request a new and very latest direct replacement (I have SH 3 which had this annoying chipset issue so if there is something with a broadcomm chipset that would be best)

    @virginmedia having issues again in our area. I have unplugged and reset our broad band box but still having issues. Signal dropping out and low speeds. We are paying a premium for the fastest speeds yet we get mediocre speeds and poor Wifi. Can you check asap please.

    @virginmedia Nothing works, I've disconnected the power on both, held down reset on the hub and nothing changes. Stuck on the start up screen with a blue solid light and a flashing red on the tv and a green flashing light on the hub. Seriously why not just have turn it off like every1 else😡

    @KaysGramma @LordSnow @Bjorkian15 @EW Think it would be much higher if it was available on more platforms, in the UK it's only available on sky, so the large customer base on virgin media would not be able to watch until available to stream.

    @mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia We have constant issues with our virgin WiFi, tried to phone multiple times and even on behalf of our landlord because they didn't want to deal with our letting agency either, got hung up on many times. Risky, but I wish you the best with them.

    @akhan999 @virginmedia Thanks. I did all that so many times! It didn’t work! It was effing annoying as I was in the middle of my MSc exams and kept loosing connections! At the moment, I have no actual control or access to it. My saving Grace is my neighbour help’s. When mine is down I tap into theirs.

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaIE Thanks for your help. I rebooted the cameras and they are back on line. However they were out from 19.30 last night and I would contend the drop in the WiFi caused this. I would still like to know if I’m paying for high speed why it has dropped dramatically

    @kaybaka @virginmedia This has been an issue for ages, they basically phased out a hub that worked better. They can promise all the download speed In the world but their hub 3 simply cant handle it and WIFI, They patched one problem to create another then they denied it was the issue. (former victim)

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Bit long for a tweet, but new system, can't load Office (for Outlook) because codes, forgotten passwords etc go to email, can't get email because can't load Outlook and Virgin Webmail not working for my main email. So I can't do much on my computer now (no work or games)
