@virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

@virginmedia We have. I will have to call again as we have done all the generic things on the website and on the phone. It's a long standing issue. The signal just doesn't seem strong enough, despite upgrading our package.

Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

@virginmedia @John47968210 To be fair, it does say you expect it to be back by 9pm. Long outage though, more info would help, perhaps you need to wait for an emergency road closure to dig something up? Would help explain to customers (including me) why it has been off for an extended period.

@virginmedia But everyone knows the engineer will come and agree a replacement. When will the replacement arrive? So they will be without TV for 2 weeks!! Also, they were expecting a call back to review the package at around 4pm, that never happened. They're pensioners and not internet savvy!

@virginmedia The cable is outside my home on a public footpath. City fibre have been carrying out works. I believe I am the 4th house for this to happen. I have lodged a complaint with them. The cable and service to me is from virgin so why is it taking so long!
