    @virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @virginmedia I had something else planned on Saturday morning - something important involving six other people. I have had to cancel this other thing and I have accepted the engineer's appointment on 3/4 as it is important that I am online. This is not hard to understand.

    @virginmedia Rude. And too many are just too eager to pass off a client to a waiting line instead of dealing with a client's issue. I waited on the phone for 1hr47mins to talk to a CSA & when I asked him to hold so I could get another pen, he hung up! Your customer services are a total mess!

    @virginmedia Yes 2hrs on the phone this morning to be told you have a fault and then to be told you don't my download speed is men"t to be 100 for it only to work 7 days in every month so I'm paying you 44 pound per month for 7 days service bit high wouldn't you say

    @virginmedia I asked for the whole thing to be cancelled only for the CSA to tell me that I would be charged! Well I was irate by this time & told her it was not going to happen. Then in January I got a bill. So I called in and got a CSA called Ryan. I was livid but he managed to calm me down

    @virginmedia Yes. I would still like it fixed today. I have just got online viat by public Internet at a huge whack for one day. I will be asking for this to be reimbursed when I submit my complaint.
