@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

@virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

@virginmedia It’s still down. I’ve rebooted the router. Your service status page says no issues at my postcode but when I try to run a test on my router it says it can’t run a test right now. I’m happy to wait for it to be fixed, but maybe you shouldn’t say it’s fixed until it actually is?

Hi @virginmedia - there's a patch of pavement on Hornsey Lane N6 by Bridge House which has a 'temporary' plastic panel left covering it since before Xmas. Council says this is due to you still not having repaired your chamber at the site. Any chance of a fix after so many months?
