    @virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

    Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

    @ChrisLouisJ @virginmedia Your contract is with Virgin, so Virgin should be taking ownership of this If they don’t respond Chris, the only language they will understand is a customer complaint and a demand for full refund of what you have paid
