    @PapaNichs @virginmedia I wouldn’t recommend you go with virgin in any case, I recently signed up and have been repenting since... try Vodafone broadband hear that they’re proving great service/speed...

    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia Yes nothing apart from intermittent very slow internet (less than 1 mbps at times), with no upload speed at all, and occasional phone service. An idea of when it will be back would be good.

    @virginmedia my TV is pretty much unwatchable now because of picture distortion and the box restarts itself everyday. I have tried running service status and received message "We think there's a technical issue with your TV box" none of the fixes work either!
