    @virginmedia Mainly because you’re now too expensive, called retention team and was offered a derisory £4 discount. Enquired about new streaming service, agent knew nothing about it

    @virginmedia Internet suddenly cut out yesterday, all checks done, but first available tech appt is 3rd Nov. I wfh, that will be 5 days without broadband. That's appalling.

    @Jake_BHughes @virginmedia apparently we have a blockage where they need to connect us, which is what we would need fixing by thursday. being that unreliable we decided to cancel everything with them fully. a shame because what they offered was great. customer service department is not easy to get round 😭

    FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    @virginmedia @richardbranson ordered new mobile on 18/3/21. Was told delivery on 19th. Phone did not arrive. Complaint put in 20th. Raised formal complaint with FCA on 26th. Told liable for payment despite call centre say @YodelOnline have the phone. Yodel havent received it.

    @virginmedia 1/2: Ok so I've done the following. Checked service status, run test, check lights on hub, speed test via samknows, router off and on, reset, found my hubs happy place as per website guidance etc.

    Virgin media insisting that their old router is a. worth more than my time and b. worth anything at all. Absolutely cannot make a single exception to the return-it-or-get-charged model despite the fact that *they* don't have anything in place for returns out of their service area

    @virginmedia I called 150 and got told the reason it keeps losing a recordings and series links is because there is an issue with apps. However how do items on a hardrive on the box just disappear if the apps are faulty? The box keeps factory resetting! Is Virgin doing this?

    @xXTHLXx @virginmedia The worse service ever! Been a customer for over 15 years, classed as vulnerable and still not got back to me. Wasted my time on here and chatted crap and missed appointment time. Piss poor service and I can’t wait to take them to the regulators.

    @virginmedia The only Machines I had on were the 3 needed for school and a firestick, I know you’re trying to help I appreciate it, but if I’m paying for internet that has advertised it can run 10+ machines all at once, why should I have to turn off machines when I have less then 10 running?
