Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!
