    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia trying to cancel my broadband. Finally got through and they cut me off. Called me back and spoke to a lovely woman but huge language barrier. After 11 minutes of call she has told me her system needs updating and will have to call me bk. I just want to cancel HELP

    @virginmedia What’s the complaint procedure for when you have it in writing by 3 colleagues that you’re getting £40 credit to not charge for the activation and delivery of your new hub, it takes 4 hours for the agent to finally understand and then refuse to put the credit on

    @virginmedia How do I go about complaining about the poor service I have received as a long standing customer and at the end of my current contract? Apparently its impossible after several attempts to change from TV, Phone & Broadband package to Broadband only going forwards.
