@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

My neighbour called Virgin they have no alarm due your your lack of service. What is the biggest challenge here CASE 10787757 to send an engineer

@virginmedia The wait to speak to someone on your online chat was 90mins! I was on the other day and had to give up! Deals significantly better for new than existing customers. Eg 1gb for £37 or 350mb for £64. Will be calling on Sunday to cancel my service
