Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

@virginmedia why is your #CustomerService so very poor!! Had an issue and called you charged £10 for the call. Complained... no reply... 28 days later email not addressing the issue with the closure hope this solves your issue if not call us... same number charged on previously!!

@virginmedia It only scans individual rooms for potential black spots, but by the time it’s completed them it’s usually too late/slow and says there’s no issue 😤 my wifi pod is no more than 5 meters from my doorbell yet keeps disconnecting or poor wifi, and it’s in its optimal position
