    @virginmedia You seemed pretty blasé about the poor service for most of today though? When I pointed out you were charging me £52 for cover that doesn’t allow me to take video calls your SM rep just suggested I pay MORE for boosters to fix YOUR poor service. It’s incredible.

    @virginmedia It’s an automated bot service. I’ve requested to speak to an agent via txt but being perfectly honest, I don’t hold out much hope based upon past experience....apparently in another queue anything upto 4 hours. So that’s 7 hours including calls today. Shocking.
