    @virginmedia I have already opened a formal complaint. This was dismissed with "You are unhappy about the poor customer service you experienced. We request you call on the number..." which led to further a further call, lots of waiting and no further progress. Hence this Twitter conversation.

    Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

    Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

    @virginmedia Yes, the issue was the Hub 5's dealing of network controllers. Our Smart TV and two Microsoft Surface Books would not connect well to the 5Ghz channel. For now, we split the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz channels to two separate SSID's. Having the Surface Books and TV connect to the -

    @GuardEzio @virginmedia It's alright, I found a workaround for now. With no help from Virgin Media themselves. I've split the two 5Ghz and 2.4 Ghz channels/SSID's up, so we now have two to connect to. Any devices that were failing to connect, now connect okay to the 2.4Ghz without problems for now.

    @RobBurl I use virgin media. I don't watch any BBC channel or listen to any BBC radio How does the TVL apply to me? I feel I'm not alone in this. Break down the TVL fee and show me what I use. I'll pay that % of the fee It's not a binary choice. The BBC could be subscription
