Can I ask if anyone else has problems with their @virginmedia wifi?? We both work from home and are on calls most of the day however our wifi drops at 5 past the hour EVERY HOUR - EVERY DAY 😡 Meaning it takes 5 minutes to reload and recall people or rejoin meetings!!

@virginmedia I'm currently using my phone hotspot to use my laptop. The modem for wifi is broken. Only auto generated response from the WhatsApp. On hold for long periods of time when attempting to call. Really poor customer care.
