@virginmedia Its your agents in your off-shore call-centres been extremely un-helpful. They are trying to waste my time and argue with me. I did manage to get through to an agent in birmingham eventually. Who advised me my work order on my account is still open and the estimated fix is 3days

@virginmedia Yes. I have registered my password works ect.. you system won't send me the email to confirm my account so therefore I cannot confirm it. Your colleague said it would be 7 days it's now 9 and I'm still no closer. Its been raised higher as its deemed and issue but here I am.

@virginmedia I have tried a different device (OP6T and S20+ 5G), both mobile phones with mobile data BECAUSE I HAVE NO WIFI TO USE ON ANY OF MY COMPUTERS DO I. I could hotspot from a phone to my pc, but the connection for that is way too poor. I'm on 4G in Newport. 1/2
