    What a joke @virginmedia are. On the phone for 1hr 29mins just to cancel a phone contract. I ask them for an email address to make a complaint and they say they don't have one 🤣🤣 I will never be using this company again

    @virginmedia - Out of contract and tried to switch to a deal on your website. Customer services refused, claiming the £250+ more a year option I'm on is the best you'll offer. I ended up cancelling, as I'm not paying over the odds - sad I have to leave though & hoped for better!

    @virginmedia I’m not happy tbh. I’ve always called on behalf of my mum in regards to technical issues as I set up account for them. I do all the calls regarding this and your colleague Avanash wouldn’t talk to me. Never had an issue till now, and I’ve had to wait 20 mins on hold for an answer

    @virginmedia Yea both, and all since I served my 30 day notice, surprise surprise... don’t worry about it though, I haven’t got another two hours to wait on hold trying to get through to your abysmal ‘customer service’ so I’ll just tether to my mobile for the rest of month...

    @virginmedia No, I wasn't and that's why when customer service couldn't offer anything close to the competition or your own "new customer" offers I cancelled, prior to the first tweet. If you valued your existing customers, then once out of contract, you'd be able to offer similar deals.

    So @virginmedia are putting up my bill by £4 a month after many faults and interruptions of service this year. Says internet isn’t affected by the weather but had at least 4 or 5 occurrences this year of faults. #mightleave

    @virginmedia Hi there, I have tried yesterday and today, I can't keep spending my life on hold. I want to cancel my service, it is a shame as I have enjoyed having it but this is infuriating. I will try again tomorrow morning, I suggest you employ more call agents.

    @YVirginMediaBad I have just switched to Virgin Media. I previously had a telephone line and the box was neatly fixed on the wall. The extended cable on brickwork and drilling to my property is so bad, when it could have been fixed over the rendering, that I regret having joined

    @virginmedia Rang 151 have ended up filing a complaint as I was hung up on. I wasn't offered the extra number to ring. Sorry for your loss but you must pay the 30 days notice... Very nice for my mum in her 80s who no longer needs the sports package as my dad died.
