    @HeyPJB @virginmedia Yeah. That's easy enough. My Virgin gigabit and TV was jumping from £74 to £89 next year. BT offering a very similar service for £84 but includes Netflix (£13.99 worth), which Virgin can't do.

    @virginmedia Netflix came back today. Separately, the movie I recorded last night started 30 mins late but the Virgin box didn't adjust for it. So I missed the ending. Pretty poor service, considering how much I pay every month.

    Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

    @virginmedia I’d like to raise a complaint , can someone get in touch.. I upgraded from 350 to 1gig of wifi and it’s terrible, been sent wifi pods every time I complain I now have 3.. complained again and was told I needed an engineer. Waited in all day and no show!

    @virginmedia No, all my passwords are checked and maintained on a regular basis. Never had an issue with the same protocols on any other site, just yours, every month when I check my bill, 6 months on the trot at least. £20 says it's coding on your site

    @virginmedia It's saying every time I login my saved (Chrome, Bitwarden, last pass) password is not recognised and despite doing it each month this still happens. I've now reset it again it's spat me out for daring to to attempt a pdf download of my bill. But my 3 payments in 2022 don't show
