@virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia My signal was poor throughout the house and I got a reply saying my speed was fine. That’s not the issue, speed has never been an issue it’s the signal around the home that is. I’d appreciate someone calling me to resolve this.I believe 28 days is the standard for a resolution

It’s time @Ofcom looked into this con job of Supercharge your world with Volt between @virginmedia and @O2 .The continuous loop of being bounced from one website to the next & non existent customer service. You click on O2 to be sent to Virgin only for Virgin to do the same thing
