Never rant on socials but when a company calls you a day before, confirming they’re coming out to install broadband after 6 weeks, and on the day you get a text from CS to state it’s been cancelled due to lack of communication... @virginmedia pissed off is an understatement 🤯

@virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

@virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

@WorTony @virginmedia @sebmatthews If you are still using the router provided by Virgin, swapping to a better one may do the trick. Was going for a more complex solution, until I tried a new router and realized that it solved all my issues. Even discarded the plans of updating contracted speed.
