    @virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply the issue has been happening all week. Yet toldnit is being looked at and will be called. There never seems to be a human. You answer the questions to be told the office is closed call back, why not say that at the beginning.

    @virginmedia You wanted to know how it went. I started with a price increase of £28. I got that down to £2. That's a good discount, of course. But it's depressing how I need to go through this dance every 12/18 months in order to keep your prices reasonable.

    @virginmedia Your systems are designed to make it as difficult as possible to get through to technical support, or accounts. When you finally do, it's a complete lottery, some excellent some are working towards woeful
