    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia I am one one of the prestigious 1 Gbps broadband customers from Dartford, with 3 pods to my delight. I had reported terrible issues with network issues, and all I get every time are rough responses, like today’s from “John” the expert, Ref-32592277. Can someone help?
